      I did recieve my order. It just came a day later than I expected it. I did have some minor issues with the ordering process. I was asked to re-enter my mailing address and payment information twice before I could complete the order. Plus, I could not figure how to bypass the purchase of a gift card holder. I found a free option on my second order but was unable to load it into the order.

      I received a gift card from giftcardmall.com for Christmas in the amount of $100.00. I activated the card and then looked at the balance to find there was less than $4.00 available that someone else had already placed an order for $96.00. I called the customer service and explained what happened. They claimed to open an investigation. They sent me some inquires in my email wanting all kinds of personal information including my home address and asking me to send in a copy of a utility bill and a picture of myself! I will not be doing that. When you look this gift card up some sort of International Scam comes up associated with Giftcardmall.com. I received a new card in the mail yesterday for a balance of $3.96 the difference left on the card after someone made a purchase with my gift card. When I called customer service today I am told that the investigation is being held up because I will not provide a picture or a copy of one of my utility bills. SCAMMMERS! When you call all you get is a foreigner that can not speak English. They do not even deserve the one star left

      I purchased a Blackhawk Network gift card in the amount of $105.00 and had an unfortunate experience with my gift card purchase. Upon activating the card, I discovered that it only had a balance of one ***** and upon further investigation, the card surprisingly showed a fraudulent transaction on the day of activation. I immediately contacted customer service and followed all the required steps, and a replacement card was sent only to have the same problem with the replacement card. Upon activation, the replacement card had only one ***** on it and showed another fraudulent transaction on the day of activation. When I called, I was told that I didn't submit the required documents which isn't true. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation with the card network, I have encountered prolonged hassle, run around, excuses, additional requirements, delays and difficulties.After numerous calls to them, emails and submitting the requested documents of proof, it has become evident that the gift card company has failed to deliver the expected value of the gift card and left me without a resolution. Regrettably, the process of obtaining a refund or gift card that works through the card network has proven to be unsuccessful, leading to a financial loss.It is disheartening to acknowledge that despite my best efforts, the company and ****************** Services seems unresponsive to rectifying this issue, and I feel compelled to share this experience.

      I received a **** prepaid card in 2023, which I was saving for Christmas. However, when I attempted to use it, I discovered that the amount I had loaded onto the card on 5/6 disappeared the next day, leaving only $1.95 in the remaining balance. Since I don't check my gift card balance daily, I could only notice the discrepancy while trying to use it. The transaction seemed very suspicious, so I filed a dispute with Blackhawk. After waiting a few weeks, I received a new card from them, which had a balance of $1.95. I am unsure if they are attempting to erase all the questionable transactions from the previous card. I am still awaiting their response on disputing these unauthorized charges as of today.

      Was supposed to receive a card for a mail in rebate. Never received anything. Tried calling and emailing them and they didnt help, just give you the run around and say they will escalate your case and someone will call you and nothing happens. I suspect this company is just running a scam where they keep the rebate money that the customers are supposed to receive. I think its a criminal organization.

      Please do not buy the gift cards from this company as they are fraudulent, I received a gift card for $25, with the expiry date of 10/24, when I tried to use it it had no balance with no transaction listed, and according to the help desk apparently they charge $3 /month for not using the the card.I did indicate that I was away from the country and could not use the card, but still valid until 10/24, but they referred to their web site and that is their justification of taking the funds out of the gift card.DO NOT BUY THESE PRDODUCT!!!

      We received a $250 e-gift card dec 2019 for delfriscos which says it does not expire. Given Covid and 3 small children, we were not able to attempt to use it until recently. It was not accepted at the restaurant and they suggested getting in contact with Blackhawk. We have still yet to receive a response from Blackhawk after multiple attempts to reach out to the business.

      I brought my daughter a gift card for Christmas $27.03 was taken off of the card. I reached out to their customer service and have not received an update. I have read that a lot of people are having the same problem, these gift cards are being hacked.

      Website is constantly not working to check balance. I got a card that explicitly says funds don't expire and to call for a new card, but they refuse to honor what is says right on the card.
