      I bought a gift card acivated it and when i went too use it said bhn debit ajustment the balance went from ****** to 0!! Where is the money on the card and how did this company get my gift card number they need too give me my money back!!

      I purchased these for my daughter for her birthday,knowing we couldn't get together for her special day.She was thrilled ...messaged me within minutes of sending them ...haven't heard any bad reports so I'm assuming she was able to access them ***** so much...big "mommy" score for me lol.

      Lost money. Received many different payments in digital gift cards & not able to access them individually, redeemed code already used... ok.. sign in & only 1 card is displayed & available. Downloaded their app & simply a waste of time. Worthless & COMPLETELY USELESS...!!oh & U get blocked if you sign in & put your code in to many times trying to recover your card info.

      I have a number of unused gift cards that haven't expired but they have zero value on them. They were never activated. There is no customer service available at **********************. I guess I have no choice but to file a formal compaint with the BBB.,

      I had a horrible experience with Happy Cards, corporate, a company under the Blackhawk umbrella. My initial order was delayed after terrible communication about payment. After receiving this order, none of the bulk order of gift cards could be activated. They quickly sent a second set of cards. Those also could not be activated. After dealing with weeks of no communication and poor customer service, I requested a refund. This process took from the end of November to early February. It was an absolute shambles of an experience. I would not hear from them for days or weeks on end. When I would call in to inquire about the status of my order or refund, they would say something in the paperwork was "missing" but they never contacted me about it. It was only when I called in I would find out something was wrong. Even the refund process seemed fraudulent so I started a paper trail with my bank just in case. Each person I talked to in customer service was very nice and helpful. It was the complete void of an initiative of communication that was just inexcusable.Save yourself time and energy and do not purchase bulk cards from this company.

      Was given a gift card over the holidays which I registered. When I finally went to use the card it was declined later seeing transactions I did not make. Specifically for the ****** Play Store - I have no devices that would be compatible with these purchases. Trying to get assistance has been a hassle of dead numbers, automated messages, and complete runarounds. After several searches online and reading through a vast number of similar issues with fraudulent charges I was able to find one number that worked and connected me to a person. Unfortunately, I still had to be redirected several more times before getting to the correct department.

      Many of their digital cards don't work. If you contact them to open a case they ask for a copy of your ID, a copy of a utility bill to prove who you are, and a copy of the DIGITAL card (front and bank) - which of course isn't possible, among other invasive information. I'm not giving them anything - they have what they need already - the useless digital card that they admitted didn't work, my name and email address. I'd give them zero stars if I could. They are very scammy.

      My two gift cards were escheated to the state 4 years PRIOR to their expiration dates on the cards. I understand that some states may permit and in fact require this, but the esCHEATment occurred in February 2023. My state made it illegal for gift card funds to expire as of 2022. I was able to get one $25 gift card reissued, but *** refuses to reissue the second. The money is not in my state's unclaimed property. So, they basically just stole my gift card funds. I have reached out numerous times (to BHN and my state unclaimed property), and they just say that it is a duplicate case and close it again.Agree with another customer that the site is often down and you can't check the balance of the card.

      I received a gift card for a small amount as part of a class action lawsuit settlement by our electricity supplier. I registered and used the card and now would like to cancel because of the inactivity fee. There is no way on the website to cancel the card and any of the numbers listed on the card or papers it came with connect to an operator. How donI cancel this card to avoid inactivity fees?
