      It took 2 phone calls to get the issue almost resolved with 4 virtual debit card redemption codes . I received an email stating the3 cards ( not 4 like it should be ) were on there way !!! The email stated the issue was resolved. It was 75% resolved . :(

      I had to speak with 4 different reps from 2/13 to 3/3 to seek resolution for a gift card rebate. Either they never intended to provide the gift card or they have no idea what they are doing. The fourth time I called I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me in the same breath: “they closed the case on 3/1 because everything was done correctly” AND “I need to check that everything was done correctly.” How can you close a case out when it has not been resolved ?
