      Excellent customer service. The people were very friendly, patient, and courteous. I'm not the most tech savvy person, with the customer service staff, that didn't matter. They were very helpful in answering my questions and getting me the guidance that I needed. Thank you again!

      The customer service at this company when you call is definitely good. I've had to call more than once for an issue that I will talk about momentarily, but each time that I have called, there's been a very nice representative. Despite having a mild accent has always been able to be understood and has been able to understand what it is I am calling about. Each time the resolution was fairly prompt even if it wasn't my ideal resolution. Now for this company... This card is probably it benefit to some but to me it was and probably will continue to be a headache. I choose to have funds given to me from a lawsuit on this card versus waiting for a check. It was more immediate, it was virtual and I could save it to my ****** wallet and it seems like a wonderful idea. Only problem is that on two occasions so far after having this card for maybe 6 or 8 months, two occasions my card randomly declines online and no information is given to me other than it is declined so I've had to call and both times, after being told that it was due to suspicious activity, of which there was none in my opinion just various online purchases as one would do with a credit card, and with this suspicious activity, the card was froze. And again, I received no notification through the app or email of such an issue. So, if you decide to use one of these cards on say a monthly billing item like your electricity bill, and you don't receive notice that the card is declined, you run a very high risk of having your electricity completely shut off. Trust me on this because it happened to me. And after about 5 minutes of arguing with my electricity company, finally I realized that it had nothing to do with them and that it was the issue I mentioned above. And again, the only bright side of this was their representatives being prompt, kind, and understanding, though they were unable to do anything except issue me a new card number which ended up being a lot of work to go and update various places.

      I am still in the process of gaining access to my virtual prepaid card, it has low monetary value and would probably be less of a hassle for me to just cut my losses rather than have a physical card shipped. The customer representative I have been communicating with has been patient and apologetic throughout the entire process. He even went as far as attempting to swap the defective cards for new ones in hopes that would resolve my issue. Even though my problem has not been fully resolved, the dedication and persistency demonstrated by the CSR working on my case highly increases the likelihood of me being a returning customer!!

      I have called to have my card replaced. The person who answered had a good suggestion by proposing to replace the card by virtuels cards, which was a great idea. A lot faster than sending the replacement’s cards by mail.
