1 starDONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMP, which owns ***************** debit cards. They charge you a fee for a plastic card but the dont send the card. When you reach out to customer service they give you the run around and dont answer your questions or resolve their error.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starI purchased 3 gift cards through my grocery store app and only received 1. I called and they reissued them I went to use them and they both had a zero balance. I called again and I got the run around. They told me they all had a zero balance and that I would need to contact *****. I did contact ***** and they gave me the information on when they were issued and used, which doesnt match up with when they were issued to me. I tried calling Blackhawk back and Im gettting the message your call can not be completed at this time They are scamming and totally untrustworthy.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starTerrible company with terrible policies. If you use the redeem code and are not able to link the card to your profile and/or put in your digital wallet they will not give you access if you do not know what address was used for the purchase. They wont let the person who initiate a refund without the card number. Judging but my wait time to in a hold of a manager, there is a clear need for customer service which would indicate poor quality of servers.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starWe received a reward card from Boehringer Ingleheim. Went to the website: www.myprepaidcenter.com to activate the card. Entered the Card number and security code. The card appeared to activate. Decided to try to check the balance right away. The card face said it was $35. Entered the number and code again, but this time was redirected to another site.*********************************************** reported that "This does not appear to be one of our cards."After reporting this error to Boehringer Ingleheim, I opened a new window for www.myprepaidcenter.com and created a user profile. Somehow the site connected the card with the new profile (though the name on the card is my wife's name.That window has now been sitting open for about 20minutes with the Balance showing a spinning wheel of green dots.I honestly don't know if * you are scamming me and Boehringer Ingleheim * Boehringer Ingleheim is scamming both of us. * a third party has hacked your website scamming us all.In any case, I expect I will no longer purchase products offering reward cards from myprepaidrewards.com Thanks for listening. Like other companies, we never share any details of our fraud screening approach with any customers who have had their orders rejected. We understand it is frustrating that the reason for the security flag cannot be disclosed; however, no one other than our compliance department has access to your personal information. 1 starI have tried purchasing a PlayStation gift card via Cashstar. An entity of Blackhawk. They took the money out and said there was a decline error. Impossible considering they were able to draft my account! It's been hours and they have yet to release my funds. Looking across the Internet this is common for this sham of a company. What crooks! 1 starI bought a card and it was hacked when I went to use it my balance was empty I tried to contact them they gave me the run around I provided screenshots of the purchases made on the card not by me, purchases made before I could even use it. Still nobody has contacted me they want you to fill out a form that is not user friendly if you dont have a computer. I gave them the card number and they can look u the purchases I cant dispute with the merchant because it does not tell me who or what its from 100 dollars I never got to use. 1 starI ordered a $200 **** gift card to give as a gift. As soon it was registered online they money was used by someone. I tried to use the card at the store and they said there was only 0.86 on the card. I have been in contact with **** @ Blackhawk to dispute the transaction that I did not make. They said in order resolve the issue and they are asking for our bank account number and our personal info and a electric bill to be able to resolve the issue. I did not give any personal information other than the sales receipt and the address and nothing more. I thought that was strange that they would ask for personal information. The requested documentation is necessary to establish ownership of the card between the person who has opened the Case and the regisitered cardholder as seen in our records.
