      I received a prepaid $100 MasterCard as a gift. The card appears to be defective and unusable. I have tried to use the card several times and it does not work when it is swiped, resulting in an error message every time. The security code is smudged and illegible on the back of the card, so I cannot request a new card through the phone number or the online service.

      By switching to paper based gift cards for **** gift cards/mastercard, using giftcards.com has become a mess. I have 3 different cards that went through the washer and the front and back of the cards have separated. One of the cards CVV code has also disappeared and I cannot match the cards together. All I wanted to check is if the cards have a balance or are zero balance. I was also unable to get hold of customer service thanks to the company's brilliant IVR scripts that do not allow a customer to get hold of a human without a valid card verification.

      Really dysfunctional company and web site at Myprepaid I received 4 Mastercards as a bonus at work and it was a complete nightmare to use the bonus cards Close to 6 hours on the phone over 2 days getting things resolved.Cards would not register as you could not type anything in in the web site.Security codes did not work to authenticate on the web site and when you selected resend the same code is sent that does not work.Help desk staff are nice but some are clue less and some fixed problems.I had great difficulty understanding the support staff due to language challenges.At least the staff were pleasant.I could not begin to recommend anyone use this company and let my employer know how messed up the process was

      I was gifted a one4all gift card a couple years ago. I never used it because very few retailers accept it. I had it in my wallet for a long time until the cvv code expired. I called to get a new one since I have over $400 in balance and they told me twice in the past month that they'd reissue a new card and I'd receive it within 10 business days. Well, it never arrived. This happened twice! I waited 10 business days TWICE and NOTHING ARRIVED. I am being lied to and they never provide a tracking number or anything to confirm that they're actually doing their job. Their call wait times are a joke and the automated phone system will say the wait time is 14 minutes and then it jumps to 35 minutes. What kind of business are they operating??? Scam

      Cashstar is a scam, they take your money then say that the payment hasnt been able to be processed, support doesnt answer and my bank says that it cannot return the money as the seller "hasnt received it", its 2024 and it seems as if they are manually receiving payments. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM

      I have had nothing but grief and issues from just simply trying to use a gift card my son gave me from ******** I tried to use a $50 gift card to purchase at a ****** gas station in *******, ** one night. Didn't know that it needed to be activated. It was denied twice. Tried to get through on their phone line and got stuck in a ACD loop. Went online and tried explain what happened. No luck. Finally complained to their website and started an email chain to try to resolve this. After 3 weeks of trying to get this get this straightened out, I got a new card today. Went through the motions of activating the card, it has a whopping $.20 on it. NOT happy! I have informed via email that I was going file a compliant with and ******** Please help me get this straight.

      This review is for ******************* I couldnt be less impressed by the lack of guidance provided and the seemingly do-while programming innate to your customer-facing platform. Youd think that if you are provided the card information that it would be good to use; however, not the case, instead my purchase from ********** was deemed suspicious and my funds suspended. A little bit of guidance and standard operating procedures would go a long way. What happened to customer-centric companies?

      **** BLACKHAWK HOLDINGS needs to be closed and audited by the State*****Its all the classic sign of this company does not have the money to support the cards.I receive $1500 4 times a year as a reward on a prepaid **** that BHN manages.They locked my card without notifying me with a reason. When I called I was advised I can get a replacement in ***** days or a virtual card. I opted for a virtual card. They did send one but it was not usable or downloadable. I called back and they advised they will send a new one. 6 days later 11 calls and over 5 hours wasted in the phone and still no card.
