1 starWithin the last 30 days, two of my orders have been cancelled without any explanation. The only information the Giftcards.com representatives have provided is that the orders were flagged, but they have not given any solid reason for this. Hello ****************,We use a multi-layered fraud-screening approach to review every consumer order it receives. This approach involves inputs from several third parties that provide specialized fraud-screening services, as well as a variety of internal procedures. The company constantly reviews and calibrates this approach with the sole goal of rejecting fraudulent orders and approving non-fraudulent orders. Like other companies, Giftcards.com never shares any details of its fraud screening approach with any customers who have had their orders rejected. We understand it is frustrating that the reason for the security flag cannot be disclosed; however, no one other than our compliance department has access to your personal information. While we are comfortable with the accuracy of our process, we do realize that no screening process is perfect and, unfortunately, sometimes good people are impacted. 1 starselling defective gift cards I went to office depot to talk to the manager on Saturday he called you guys to dispute my issue but no one solved anything.On May 11th, I bought several gift cards from office depot on *********** (*********) the transaction keep failing as the system kept flagging them.I got 2 transactions of $892.75 but the. Got refunded $543.85 and $592.75 Went home to use 1 Mc gift card of $200 and 2 Mc. Gcs of $100 each. none of those work as they said they were not activated, and no one seems to be able to help. 1 starI received the gift card and gave it to my neighbor as a birthday gift. When she called the company to activate it, she was told it had already been used. it took her quite a while to get them to understand she just received it. They said they would send out another card. She still hasn't received it. That was over a week ago. I feel so bad that she has to go through this. The card was supposed to be a joyful gift; not one of aggravation. 1 star******* mobile pays this company to handle their promotional rebate program.I changed 2 phone number over to ******* mobile. I was to receive $200 promotional rebate.Blackhawk Network sent a virtual card that went into a spam filter box, it failed to activate for use and after 4 phone calls to three different numbers I found that ******* did not want anything to do with their promotional program. Blackhawk Network confirmed I had a $200.00 credit but wanted to charge me $3.00 to make it a physical card. Blackhawk Network buyer beware of GiftCards.com, CashStar and many other subsidiaries. Their goal is to receive payment and make it as difficult as possible to utilize. They have a six month window before rebate become theirs.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starCashstar had the worst customer service as well as its service as a whole. I ordered a dicks gift card and they never sent it. First they told me I had to wait until April (11 months from order) to get a refund and after multiple emails/weeks later they said they tried to issue me a refund but said it failed. 2 starsMy latest order is terrible. I have ordered in the past from giftscard.com and had been very happy with my purchases and service. This time the customer service has been terrible at follow-up. They delivered a $200 gift card with my Grandsons name on it - very nice - but it cannot be activated. They gave us a case # right away - but no follow-up email except that they received my inquiry. 1 starSeveral negative things about this company. I do not recommend at all. I ordered a gift card for my nieces bday and I accidentally put my address for both payment and mailing. No way to change this on website, which is not current for technology now, and so I called immediately after I ordered, and they said there is no way they can change this.Really? That makes no sense that really should not be hard to do unless the product has already went out of course. I will never use them again. Also, deceiving that it is not **** itself since that is what I googled and the ordering process is not intuitive or s clear as it should be. 1 starUpon relocating to another state, I purchased 2 giftcards ($490 each) for online purchases until my debit card arrived. I contacted one vendor regarding a credit ($70.00) they agreed to provide ************ has refused to honor the credit declaring it was too much, and therefore placing a hold on my card. I was told that they would release the hold, but the $70.00 would be deducted from my original balance.I have provided all information regarding the credit, as requested, MANY MANY times.This has been a battle for several months.
