4 starsLike I stated within the survey, the helpdesk agent was helpful and quick to the point with the troubleshooting and help. Once they found the issue and identified it was beyond their scope, they swiftly forwarded it to the proper team and that team followed up with a great resolution via email.

1 starI purchased four $25 gift cards last January. When I went to use one of them I was told there was a zero balance Ive been trying to get this resolved for over six months with over 50 emails back-and-forth.Supposedly the case is still open, but they have stopped responding to my emails and arent even sending the standard this is under review emails.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

5 starsGiftcards.com has been a great way to purchase and deliver a personalized **** card with an optional greeting card for my high-school-aged grandchildren. 1 starI won a $500 gift card through a giveaway, and they used this horrible company for fulfillment. I received the gift card and tried to pay a medical bill online, on the first attempt the card was declined and flagged. I was on the phone over an hour with "customer service" people, both with horrible attitudes and talked down to me like I was stupid and a child, never got any resolutions. They said the card was locked and I would have to wait on a physical card to be mailed to me. What am I supposed to do if and when THAT card is also declined? These people seriously need to get their act together. Their customer service is not very knowledgeable at all. I could barely understand the second person who tried to help because of his thick accent and mumbling/slurring his words. DO BETTER.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.
