      The customer sercice *** was very helpful resolving my lost cards. (I think I accidentally threw them away). However, I wish that they would always give us a choice of a physical card, which i prefer over digital, but sometimes they don't give you a choice. Otherwise, I am happy with their service.

      Customer service wasn't able to resolve my problem other than telling me to use my card at a different merchant, which did not solve my problem at all. I've never had issues using these at favorite vendors until this time, so not sure why they couldn't simply issue me a new card or resolve another way. Disappointing.

      I had a great experience with Blackhawk. They were the administrators for a gift card I was awarded and then failed to use in the initial redemption term. They were able to research the term and find that I was entitled to an extension, then they made it happen!

      I ended up with a number of the gift cards in smaller denominations. I had one that could not be moved to a wallet and they resolved that by issuing a new card. Several others would not add to Apple Wallet, so I asked about those. They really could not say why some cards would give an error when trying to be added, but offered some alternatives for use. It would be beneficial if you could combine smaller gift cards into one larger denomination.
