5 starsMy ** couldn't find out what was wrong with me with multiple blood tests. Decided to order the kit..it came quickly and I had my results in about 7 weeks. Now I have some answers to my symptoms. I haven't had any issues with the subscription or billing. I did do my research from the reviews . I am really happy with the company.

1 starLies, Lies, Lies I am having medical issues and purchased the kit with all of the reports. I opted for rapid processing 2-3 weeks. We are in week 7 and no results. When I first questioned where my results were it was due to Christmas holiday delay. The second time they said next week and refunded a portion of my money. The third time next week. Today they act like I purchased the 6-8 week and told me it may be 10. I didn't ask for a refund, I asked them to get it done so I could get tot he doctor. This is truly unacceptable. People pay for the rapid results generally because they are ill, not because they are curious. Your company just keeps lying to me. I am so over it.Sequencing.com

1 starWorst service you will ever find for genetic testing. They don't let you know that they will opt you in for the premium account which charges you monthly. They make it almost impossible to cancel or opt to the free option. They also save your payment information, but you can't delete it from their site. They don't even let you keep your results. 5 starsMy experience was excellent. Took only 5 weeks to sequence my dna and get results. Took just under 5 weeks for my wife to get her results. When I had a question, support got back to me within a couple hours. The results helped me pinpoint the cause of my symptoms when nothing else had helped.Before I ordered our kits, I read reviews on trustpilot and here. I was concerned after reading the reviews here but since the trustpilot reviews were so much better, decided to give it a go. After getting our results and experiencing the service ourselves, my experience was nothing like these *********** do get to keep all of the reports that are included with your kit regardless of whether you proceed with the subscription (someone mentioned you have to pay for the reports or the subscription but that wasnt my experience because my wife didnt continue her subscription and can still access her reports). There are other reports for sale in their marketplace but Im not interested in genealogy or nutrition so I havent purchased ******** very happy with sequencing and found that they provide a very high quality service.Sequencing.com

Thank you for your feedback. A full refund was provided. We apologize for the failed kits - due to strict quality controls at the laboratory, if there isn't enough DNA obtained from the swabs then the lab is unable to proceed with sequencing. While we do provide free replacement kits if the kit fails at the laboratory, we also provide refunds if a customer doesn't want to proceed with a replacement kit.Review fromEmmi B

1 starOne star is generous. It takes months to get your data. Once you get it, you can't access most of it without a separate link from support, but support is an AI. The advertising leads you to believe you pay $399 to be sequenced and then you get the reports. That is untrue. You have to pay for reports after you have already paid the money to have your DNA sequenced. A sample health related report showed great detail on the gene and what it represents along with explanations of if you have a variant, etc. Then it gives customized prescriptive solutions. When you actually get the $119 report, you get something that says, *********, get sunlight. No narratives, explanations of the genes. I'm over $600 in to this mess and I have absolutely no usable information.Sequencing.com

Thank you for your feedback. When you purchase a *** Kit Bundle, all of the reports included in your bundle are provided to you along with your raw data once your sequencing completes. You do not have to pay extra for those reports and you also do not need to maintain any subscription to continue to have access to the reports included with your bundle. A subscription provides access to Premium features, such as our new AI Chat and new AI Reports, but is not necessary if all you want is to access the reports included with your WGS kit bundle.Review fromMagen H

1 starThis company is absolutely the worst. I paid them hundreds of dollars thinking I was going to get ahead of the 3 year waiting list to get into a local geneticist and maybe get some help for debilitating pain and illnesses I've had for years. Boy was I wrong. Tho the processing was pretty quick I will say the program they provide u with is only for u. No way to export to a file that ur doctor could do anything with or read properly. If u want something more detailed be ready to shell out HUNDREDS more dollars for likely hardly usable curated "reports". When I purchase I was automatically put into a monthly subscription thing that when it was 2 weeks out from expired gave me so many warning notices and nonsense trying to get me to update my payment method that I was unable to open a **** thing until I dropped my membership to free, 2 weeks before expiry lemme remind u. Now I've been waiting for their stupid app to repopulate my paid for results for over 5 flipping days now. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I've been trying to communicate with them asking very direct questions like "why is my data having to be repopulate when it was available when I had previously logged in and why is it taking so long?" and I get platitudes and contact us if u have any more questions. Like yes mfer I have questions. How about u answer the first one? I've escalated to management and got the same pitiful bs response. I am so mad and so disappointed. I absolutely got taken for so much money ($400 I think at this point) and I can't even see what I paid for cuz its still working on something. Buyer beware here. Do ur research and if I had a different choice at this point I'd go with ANYONE else. Worst decision I made. I'm out lots of money, I've got a headache from the stress of it all and no answers to when I'll even have access to what I paid for. This is my DNA info they r holding hostage. Makes me wonder how solid that HIPPA compliance is at this point.Sequencing.com

1 starMy report from Sequencing.com is incorrect compared to my report from DNA Consultants. DNA Consultants showed my Filipino ancestry from the ***********, as well as my East Asian ancestry from ***** and *****. My mom is from the ***********, and I currently have relatives in the ***********, and sequencing failed to mention my Philippine ancestry, instead they assingned the bulk of my Southeast Asian ancestry as Indonesian and Burmese. My European ancestry is way off to, other DNA tests like DNA Consultants and My Heritage gave my European results like Scandinavian, but sequencing has the bulk of my European ancestry as East Slavic and Balkan. I wish I never did this DNA test.Sequencing.com
