5 starsI got my genome sequenced in May of this year and it has really allowed me to identify things that I may be at highest risk of and what I should be on the lookout for. Additionally, I find it to be a great way to reference my own genetics to determine my own risk when a family member has a new condition that they've been diagnosed with.Review fromGreg B

1 starThis is a total scam. I paid for this extremely expensive genetic testing and opted for more detailed testing in cardiac, neurology, autoimmune disorders, and endocrine. I have been diagnosed for YEARS with Hashimotos and ********************. This test didn't show ANY diseases for endocrine or autoimmune. This was a total waste of money and I can't get my money back at all, I've asked several times with no response.Sequencing.com

1 starI spect $1000 on one of their DNA analysis. What caught my attention at their website was they took my purchase by scraping data from my DuskDuckGo browser, I never provide the security code. Since I was going to do the purchase I didnt think anything of it til I realize no business had never data mined enough detail to make a charge via web without my specific approval. Then I got the analysis which stated 4 serious conditions with high confidence and other serious conditions I carry according to the analysis,. Not one condition has occurred in myself, my family on mothers and fathers sides, my cousins, and my children. If fact, the analysis is so bizarre, I questioned whether I was sent the wrong persons results. I was plagued with emails from Seq throughout this process. I receiver 25, TWENTY-FIVE emails from them about the analysis. Unsubscribing did not help and I got more emails. The email plague finally stopped after identifying all follow subsequent emails as spam. And now I caught them debiting me $59 for some trial Ive never heard of. This charge is nearly two months after the analysis. I think these people are criminal creating creative billing.Sequencing.com

Regarding the data scraping info from a browser to fully process a credit card charge: I still have Sequencings two emails sent to me to reminded me to approve the purchase, which I never did, then a could days later I saw your charge. 1 starNo tracking showed up for my sample after I sent it in until I reached out to them. Their staff sent me the tracking, saying it was on its way from ******, ** to them. One major problem - I live in ********. How can I possibly trust that the sample they will send me the results from is MINE, when they can't even keep track of it before it's even in their hands?!These results are to inform MEDICAL DECISIONS, and having incorrect data could mean making decisions that are harmful to me. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable in this field.Sequencing.com

Your "support team" connected an unrelated sample that ORIGINATED from ***** to my account, and called it done. I live in ********. MY sample was accepted by the ********, Michigan post office, and passed through *******. Whatever gene sequencing you're doing, it isn't MINE.Review fromJohanna M

1 starI purchased a kit for my daughter. They lost the first test. The second test ended up being inaccurate, causing undue stress and expense. On top of that, they charged my daughter for a supposedly free trial for 9 months. They are a scam, and I regret the entire experience.Sequencing.com

1 starNot only did my test results tell me that I had some fatal breast cancer gene, but they've been stealing from me every month since I got my results back because they force you to an enroll an account with a credit card. This company is deplorable and I literally cannot believe that I've dealt with being stressed out about them for the last year over something that was supposed to actually help me.Sequencing.com
