    2 failed kits and no explanation of why. Save your money.

    Thank you for your feedback. A full refund was provided. We apologize for the failed kits - due to strict quality controls at the laboratory, if there isn't enough DNA obtained from the swabs then the lab is unable to proceed with sequencing. While we do provide free replacement kits if the kit fails at the laboratory, we also provide refunds if a customer doesn't want to proceed with a replacement kit.

    One star is generous. It takes months to get your data. Once you get it, you can't access most of it without a separate link from support, but support is an AI. The advertising leads you to believe you pay $399 to be sequenced and then you get the reports. That is untrue. You have to pay for reports after you have already paid the money to have your DNA sequenced. A sample health related report showed great detail on the gene and what it represents along with explanations of if you have a variant, etc. Then it gives customized prescriptive solutions. When you actually get the $119 report, you get something that says, *********, get sunlight. No narratives, explanations of the genes. I'm over $600 in to this mess and I have absolutely no usable information.

    Thank you for your feedback. When you purchase a *** Kit Bundle, all of the reports included in your bundle are provided to you along with your raw data once your sequencing completes. You do not have to pay extra for those reports and you also do not need to maintain any subscription to continue to have access to the reports included with your bundle. A subscription provides access to Premium features, such as our new AI Chat and new AI Reports, but is not necessary if all you want is to access the reports included with your WGS kit bundle.

    This company is absolutely the worst. I paid them hundreds of dollars thinking I was going to get ahead of the 3 year waiting list to get into a local geneticist and maybe get some help for debilitating pain and illnesses I've had for years. Boy was I wrong. Tho the processing was pretty quick I will say the program they provide u with is only for u. No way to export to a file that ur doctor could do anything with or read properly. If u want something more detailed be ready to shell out HUNDREDS more dollars for likely hardly usable curated "reports". When I purchase I was automatically put into a monthly subscription thing that when it was 2 weeks out from expired gave me so many warning notices and nonsense trying to get me to update my payment method that I was unable to open a **** thing until I dropped my membership to free, 2 weeks before expiry lemme remind u. Now I've been waiting for their stupid app to repopulate my paid for results for over 5 flipping days now. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I've been trying to communicate with them asking very direct questions like "why is my data having to be repopulate when it was available when I had previously logged in and why is it taking so long?" and I get platitudes and contact us if u have any more questions. Like yes mfer I have questions. How about u answer the first one? I've escalated to management and got the same pitiful bs response. I am so mad and so disappointed. I absolutely got taken for so much money ($400 I think at this point) and I can't even see what I paid for cuz its still working on something. Buyer beware here. Do ur research and if I had a different choice at this point I'd go with ANYONE else. Worst decision I made. I'm out lots of money, I've got a headache from the stress of it all and no answers to when I'll even have access to what I paid for. This is my DNA info they r holding hostage. Makes me wonder how solid that HIPPA compliance is at this point.

    My report from Sequencing.com is incorrect compared to my report from DNA Consultants. DNA Consultants showed my Filipino ancestry from the ***********, as well as my East Asian ancestry from ***** and *****. My mom is from the ***********, and I currently have relatives in the ***********, and sequencing failed to mention my Philippine ancestry, instead they assingned the bulk of my Southeast Asian ancestry as Indonesian and Burmese. My European ancestry is way off to, other DNA tests like DNA Consultants and My Heritage gave my European results like Scandinavian, but sequencing has the bulk of my European ancestry as East Slavic and Balkan. I wish I never did this DNA test.

    I've been being charged for premium without my knowledge or consent. Their system just auto adds without even sending an email, which is a serious security issue. Their website has also become ran primarily by AI and is difficult to navigate. I thought my results would help in future doctor ****** but now the results are from a shady company.

    I am on my third kit since last August---10 months into the process--and NO results. This most recent kit was supposed to be expedited to make up for all their failures and while the "expedited" turn around is 6-8 weeks, we're 12 weeks into this "expedited kit" and STILL no results and no explanation. Worse still, whenever I log in they try to charge me to speed things up. Every time I email about the status of this kit they say it will be done in 1-2weeks. But of course, 1-2 weeks later I get the same exact answer. They have no idea what they're talking about. I don't think I've ever had a worse experience. NEVER use this company. It's a complete rip-off and fraud.

    Don't expect to get results within the time lines they say. They said received my kit march 17th after I sent an email just wanting to confirm it arrived back to them. I purchased a kit that included free expedition so at this point I was told 4-5 week wait to be expected. I sent an email at the 8 week **** just for an update. I was then told there were some delays so expect another 1-2 weeks. Here we are passed the ***************************************** to wait another 1-2 weeks. I understand delays can happen but please give accurate time frames. And STOP promoting kits that include expedited processing times if you as a company can't keep up with your deadlines.

    Advertised rare disease bundle at a discounted rate that claimed to include premium expedited processing. Their website states that premium expedited processing guarantees results within 3 weeks. I reached out to support. They are never available via phone during their posted business hours. I called many times.Finally reached someone by email who told me premium expedited processing was not included and said how expensive it is. I sent screenshots of my order as well as the promotion on their website. I also sent screenshots of their website's definition of the processing guarantee that matched the package I had purchased. They refused to acknowledge and said it could take 7-8 weeks.I've checked and after several weeks, my test had just been updated to "received by lab"This company doesn't honor what they advertise even though they use their advertisements as a method to gain customers to choose them over competitors. They do not deserve many stars at the bbb.In addition, they have a link to their bbb rating on their website that goes straight to a message that says you've tried to access this site too many times. I've only clicked on the link once. I believe it is a false link.

    Paid for kit 2 months ago, havent even received to start process. They are offering free expedited processing, to make up for the fact that that they dont even know when they will send me a kit. They are offering free expedited to everyone now, how are they even selling kits they dont even have! They told me they had a shortage of kits. This was for major ***** issue.

    These people are scam artist. i thought I was signing up for a monthly service I can cancel at anytime. My initial receipt doesn't even list the terms. Only to go and cancel to see they will still charge me $40 a month for no new information. They should be investigated for shady practices.
