      Purchased a HP laptop in July, it started having battery/charging issues in September. I troubleshooted the issue with them, they sent a new charging adapter. It worked and charged fine for a bit then the same issue reoccurred within 6 weeks. Sent the laptop back to HP for repair after another long call to HP to troubleshoot again. They sent it back to my home but with the extra delivery restrictions on it ***** stated it's sitting in their facility and now it may be on the way back to HP. I'm out $600 and have nothing to show for it but aggravation and disappointment. I will be contacting my credit card provider to dispute the $600 if HP does not resolve my issue within a timely fashion.

      Ordered a desktop for my 18-year-old. HP promised a 3-day delivery timeline, but said the desktop wouldn't even start POSSIBLY shipping until Dec. 19., 2022. Over a month later, but okay, fine, annoying but whatever. WEEKS later, but LONG before the computer has shipped, I received an email asking me to review the desktop on their site.

      How in the world does HP expect people to leave positive feedback when they promise 3-day delivery, don't live anywhere near up to it, and then ask people to review a system that hasn't even started shipping yet?! HP wants to play stupid games, HP wins stupid prizes.

      So, I left the second paragraph as said review, tried contacting HP **************** about the absurdity of this, and they refused to answer "why" they do this. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Gave me a number and that person refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I am also former journalism management, and still freelance, most times during this year writing articles about holiday shopping. So, I attempted to reach out to their *************** Officer. Was denied email or phone number for them. So, I tweeted him, still no response days later. I guess he wants HP to be torn asunder in an article?

      HP just REJECTED my review saying, "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!"

      Purchased a laptop that they had on their website with a flashing sign only minute's left. When I spoke to the order staff they said I had to buy it this minute. Once I ordered it, the next day they dropped they price $400 dollars. When I questioned it, I was told to bad the one I purchased was a special. They same laptop is still listed $400 off, truly unfair advertising.

      Horrible agents supervisors and so on it's been over a month my desktop is under warranty and no one has fixed my computer screen nor either offering wats to solve this problem I get different pricing different locations and so on horrible horrible horrible

      If I could give a 0, I would. I've always trusted HP and their products but I will never buy anything more from them.
      I tend to be proactive, so I buy and store toner cartridges so that when I need them, I have them. In 2020 I ordered a 4 pack of toner for my HP Laser Jet Pro 477 printer (410). I received them and put them away. Unfortunately, I did not check them.
      Recently, in the middle of a large personal project, I changed the color cartridges and all was well until I was going to change the black. They had sent the wrong cartridge, 48A ($54.99) instead ofthe 410x as ordered ($171.00)
      They refused to accept an exchange, return or refund because I past the "Return date", even though it was THEIR handling and shippjng error.
      They are NOT a reputable company and t g either **************** is atrocious. Buy from anyone else!!!

      Purchased two laptops, had to cancel the order, did so after hour and a half, two hours. The store refuses to cancel the request. Claiming that the customer can only "request to close it." The laptop hadn't started the manufacturing process at all, yet they claim that it cannot be cancelled, and if they can't, they ship the laptop regardless--you can attempt a return, but they charge you a restocking fee of 15-20%. So, they ignore your cancelation request, ship you a laptop you don't want, then charge you and ask you to return the laptop. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and PayPal. Tl;Dr: they will not cancel any order you place. They prolong the requested cancelation process, still manufacture the laptop, send it to you, charge you a hefty restocking fee, and recoup the laptop.

      I tend to only review for either outstanding work, or truly despicable practices. HP falls squarely under the latter. HP Instant Ink is a true scam, and that's coming from a tech-savvy 30-something with a penchant for tech products.

      This is to say, it's my fault I left HP's Instant Ink subscription on, thinking "oh, at least they'll send me extra cartridges." Not only have I never received any products for my payments to HP, but the printer itself is a software nightmare. I've coded on Linux for a Steam Deck and can't figure out how to get my basic printing software to work? Doesn't make sense. My only hope is that *********** does a piece on Printers and calls out HP for nefarious business practices.

      2 years ago I purchased a HP OFFICE JET PRO 8025E ALL IN ONE. First off it's the worst printer I've ever purchased, 6 months into having it the printer broke. While still under warranty- took an act of congress and 8+ hours on the phone to get them to honor the warranty. In addition I purchased the monthly Instant Ink program, I never once received ink. In April I canceled my subscription because my printer was in storage and I knew I wouldn't need the subscription. Come to find out my subscription was not canceled I called November 5 to cancel again and request my money back since I did cancel the subscription. After 2 hours on the phone and being bounced from one department to another I was told there was no supervisor available to help me and I was told it was going to be 24 to **************************************** about getting my money back. 11/10 I've still not heard from anyone from HP. They have the WORST customer service and I'm fairly confident I won't get my money back for a service that I didn't use and had canceled. Beware of HP they take your money and give you NOTHING in the Instant Ink subscription

      I have an HP envy all in one, I was subscribed to the HP instant ink. I received a faulty cartridge, called the **************** line, which hung up on me twice, then kept me on hold for a half hour, and then the person in ***** would not Replace my cartridge. I couldn't understand half of what they said, so I asked for a supervisor and *******. They were in *****. I was told they did not have a supervisor there, and that there was no customer support in ******* at all. They would not , except me sending the bad cartridge back, because they couldn't find information on their end. I therefore canceled my subscription, and lost two hours of valuable time that I could've been working. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with what they call ****************. HP online support had a virtual assistant. There was no drop-down for bad cartridges or replacement. This company's support line, website, support, and anything else they consider support in regards to the instant ink replacement is absolutely horrible. I'm very disappointed.
