      On 11/25/25, I called HP to receive a promised extra 1 month freeinstant ink set of cartridges for one of their printers. I called and talked six different times to their AI representative, a machine, and simply got the runaround. The stupid machine DID connect me to a human 1x and I did get my message across, but before i could complete the order for the free (with a code I was given by HP) 1 month, I was cut off. On 11/26/25 I called again. As expected, I got the machine runaround again, and did eventually get to a human. Unfortunately again I was cut off. For a total of 7 times I had completely explained my situation with an agent of **, which wasnt simple, and was given a runaround, by machine, and a chat cutoff 2x. Their customer service is AI run and has learned to disrespect humans. For this I am complaining to the BBB.

      ** Tech support requested remote control of my computer to set up the printer. They then disabled my printer, started typing code in my terminal controls and steered me to purchase a $1000 "Life Lock" package from a third party vendor (*******************), saying the vendor was the parent company of ***************. I am yet able to get my money back and the ** tech support has called me repeatedly to purchase more or other products.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. As others have said, the instant ink subscription is a total scam. After several years of use, my printer all of a sudden went into this wacky maintenance cycle printing 44 pages before I could stop it. Reinserted the pages and it continued! Called Hp and they said there is no longer an update available for this printer and I need to buy a new one. I tell them to cancel this subscription immediately (which they of course do not do because they have to charge me another month). ************ my printer operates just fine for the following few weeks until the subscription ended. Then they lock it and I can't access my remaining ink. I buy some ink on marketplace which I didn't know was remanufactured. So then the printer tells me can't use because it is not original Hp ink. How can this company be stopped! I will never ever use them again and warn everyone I can.

      Dear HP,I am writing to request your urgent assistance with a month-long unresolved support issue involving my HP LaserJet MFP 4301 printer. My active support case number Approximately one month ago, I completed full printer diagnostics with HP Support. After providing the requested serial number, photographs of the cartridges, and confirming all troubleshooting steps, HP determined that the printer required a full replacement set of four cartridges. I was told that these replacement cartridges would be shipped to me promptly.However, despite this assuranceand three separate follow-up calls, including escalations to supervisors at the ********** support centerI still have not received:Any tracking information.Confirmation of shipment; orThe replacement cartridges themselves.Each time, I have been advised that the order was escalated and would be sent soon, yet no progress has occurred. At this point, I have spent a significant amount of time attempting to resolve this issue and cannot effectively use my printer for essential work tasks.I respectfully request that Executive Relations review this case and assist in facilitating the immediate shipment of the promised replacement cartridges. If possible, I would also appreciate confirmation of:The shipment status;Expected delivery date; andTracking information.Thank you for your attention to this matter.       If I could put zero Stars I would. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company ever. I had issues with my printer before I stopped using or paying for my instant ink subscription and then they say that they can't even help me with my printer issues because of the fact that I haven't paid my subscription well I pause the subscription because of the fact that my printer wasn't working why am I going to pay for something that I can't even use. After spending 4 hours on the phone and trying to get through to somebody and then spending another hour or so on a chat with multiple people including a supervisor just to be treated rudely and not listen to. NEVER GET SUBSCRIPTIONS OR SERVICES THROUGH **. they are the worst. I've never been treated so poorly by customer service before in my life. I spent about 6 months not being able to use my printer now just for them to tell me that I have to pay a past due balance for them to even troubleshoot. Absurd. There shouldn't even be a past due balance because I paused my subscription because I couldn't even use it. Never will use ** online service ever again. I guess I will just go to ******, ******* or target for my ink and geek squad can fix any issue I have with my printer going forward because at least they listen and respect customers.

      never ever buy from these crooks! purchased a custom aio 32" pc with custimization and they sent the basic one with lowest specs. spent and extra $500.00 for the best cpu, ram, and ssd only to be robbed. if i could leave no stars I would.

      Of course they arent affiliated with BBB, that would mean they would have to follow some sort of standard and NOT S**** PEOPLE OVER with their subscription requirements!! *** had the service since 2022. Every month $2.95 withdrawn from account. I needed paper. The fee went to $4.95 monthly. I rarely used the printer. In June 2025, I needed to print things for the state that was required for a job. I somehow went over even though I never printed or printed here and there (maybe 2 times a year). Suddenly, Im being charged $22 for going over my allowed amount of paper plus my rollover. I called. Of course I got nowhere. I explained I should have plenty of rollover because Ive had the service since 2022 and rarely printed. Of course, thats not how it works. So, I told her to cancel my services. That was in June. November 12, 2025, I found out HP INK has disabled my ENTIRE PRINTER, even though Ive paid for the printer, and their service for years, and paid for this ink cartridge. I CANT USE MY PRINTER BECAUSE I WONT CONTINUE TO LET THEM SCAM ME!????? Im so irate Im dizzy!! How is this legal? How is this NOT DISCLOSED to the consumer????? I am going to chunk this piece of ****, that Ive already had issues with, and I will never spend another DOLLAR on ** PRODUCTS! They are crooks, scammers, liars, and thieves. They also have ZERO integrity since they take no accountability for s******* their customers over!! Im reporting to any and every entity possible!!! DO NOT BUY ** PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!

      I bought a HP printer, last year and signed up for this *********** deal. They had a **** card to charge the monthly fee. I had to change the **** card so they couldn't bill me. I had trouble with their web site and had to call they charged me $5 and $48 on the same day for tech support. I'm furious. My printer would not work until I gave them the new number.

      ?? WARNING About HP Instant Ink Subscription If you sign up for HPs Instant Ink plan, the ink cartridges they send you do not belong to you. Youre only renting the ink.I paid for the subscription for years and barely used the printer. I have multiple unopened ink cartridges sitting here but the moment I canceled the subscription, HP remotely disabled all of my ink.The printer still works, but the ink I already paid for is now unusable. ** locks the cartridges through the internet and the printer refuses to print.This is not disclosed clearly when signing up. They advertise it as cheaper ink refills, but the truth is:You never own the ink Any leftover ink becomes worthless when you cancel You are forced to buy new ink to use your own printer This is a predatory, anti-consumer subscription ******* not sign up for Instant Ink, and warn others.

      ABsolutely horrible - omen laptop is *supposed* to be high quality with large ******************** to handle AI work, etc. I've barely had it 2 months & have had TONS of problems with it, from black screens, flashing screens, burning smell, inability to play video recordings, locking requiring hard reboot, too many needed updates to count, cursor jumping, internet connectivity issues.... I have *dealt* with customer service too many times over too many hours and too many weeks and find that many of their agents are horrible!!!! The call-in process is terribly flawed with horrendous hold music I've had to listen to, at times for more than half-an-hour just to get an agent, with disconnect issues requiring me to call back & listen to hold music AGAIN. And, even when dealing with agents, often they are (probably intentionally) obtuse, requiring me to re-ask the same questions so many times, I can't help but get frustrated with them; or are patronizing and treat me like an idiot, while failing to give me the information I need. I've attempted dealing with supervisors with mixed results. I've had to re-install the operating system (after, may I add, many dealings with agents giving me incorrect or partial information) and still the issues are not all solved. I have additionally spent more than $100 on devices to try to help this stupid laptop's perfomance, and, considering the $1500 price tag on this device 2 months ago, that is ridiculous, in my opinion. I would recommend to EVERYBODY: DO NOT BUY HP DEVICES, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AS A COMPANY. IT'S SIMPLY NOT WORTH THE TIME AND FRUSTRATION.
