      Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I bought a ** printer that worked for about 30 days then stopped talked to their tec department twice they got it working for about two days then it would quiet again. If you are looking forward to a very aggravating day try contacting their warranty department. Im not really sure they have one! I spent two hours trying to find someone to help me, finally I got someone on the phone who I can barely understand, he asked me several questions a bout my printer then hung up. Unfortunately ** is so large they could care less if Im a customer. My wife had a similar problem with her ****** after a 30 minute conversation with them they set her. New printer. II dont really need the aggravation so I am going to throw mt HP in the garbage and buy a ******.

      I recently purchased an HP laptop & have had constant problems. One major problem is w/ the printing ***************** refuse to help; telling me that it's not in the warranty.

      -1 in Satisfaction. ** printing seems set up to Scam! I went in store and purchased the ** 8020 printer and it stopped printing the black ink while under warranty. ** sent me a replacement printer(** ENVY Inspire 7258e?The second printer stop working and I sent it back. They sent another replacement, which by the way is a big project to set up and put in place. Never the less, the newer ** ENVY Inspire 7258 was recently cancelled without my permission. I'm expected to return this new one because to my surprise, "I was only renting it" I have nothing now and they refuse to restart the "ALL-**************** stating its impossible because my account is cancelled. It been a very inconvenient last 24 months and I am very dissatisfied. Stay clear if you can! It looked like a good deal but, I think ** Smart is a scam and obviously a rip off.

      I habd use the instant ink for years and found that the quality of the ink has decreased. As well while the cost and problems increased. When I discontinued I could no longer use my 2700 series printer. It keeps erroring and I contacted CS and did all thetroubleshooting steps to try to clear. It never cleared. I was given a a 5010 series and when I purchased HP compatible cartridge it won't accept it. I tried to refill the ink doesn't work. Not worth my time or money. I won't be buying a HP printer ever again or use any of there products. I've used this company faithfully for 20 years.

      I purchased a new Omni Desktop and from day one the service and technical support have been poor. There are issues with SW, that they installed from which I have purchased and they have refused to trouble shoot. Trying to contact the right organization is almost impossible. When you discuss a problem their **** just dictate their policy, which is not to follow up with the sale.

      ** - in specific their instant ink program is a scam. You pay for ink ahead of time and pay according to what plan you choose based on how many pages you print per month. Sounds good right? The part Im providing a complaint for is when you end up not printing as much and then want to cancel. ** forces you to order HP non-instant ink in order to keep printing from your own printer! So you can no longer print using your own ink on your own printer because your printer is linked to HP instant ink! Now youve cancelled your subscription and you have four to five instant ink cartridges that you want to use BECAUSE YOU PAID FOR THEM, and you cant use them because you have to use non-instant ink cartridges! So youre basically out of a brand new printer because their subscription program has sabotaged your printer and they wont even refund you the money for ink THAT YOU CANT EVEN USE!

      My husband bought a new HP laptop for me on September 16th because Im in a nursing program and urgently needed a reliable computer for my exams. My previous ** laptop had already stopped working, so we decided to stay loyal to ** even after multiple issues in the past thinking things might have improved. Unfortunately, this experience has been worse than ever.The new laptop was shipped from ***** and has been stuck in ******* since September 26th. Weve called HP several times, and their response has been the same every time: Theres nothing we can do. Thats unacceptable. Weve been loyal ** customers for years last year alone we bought a new HP computer and printer yet this is how they treat returning customers?Because of this delay, Ive already had to take two nursing exams using borrowed school laptops. Yesterday, the schools laptop didnt have the required program for my test, and I had to start 15 minutes late. Nursing exams are already stressful enough I didnt need HPs negligence adding to that stress.This laptop was meant to help me succeed in my program, not cause extra obstacles. Im beyond frustrated and disappointed. **, I need my laptop immediately. You have failed your customer and caused unnecessary hardship for someone trying to build their future.

      My mother bought me a laptop May 3rd with a 1 yr warranty, for my birthday. On **************, the laptop got stuck in a cycle. For 4 days, I tried to work with Tech support to get it working again. After that, I asked to return the laptop and get a new one. They told me that I couldn't return it because it had been more then 30 days, but my mother paid for a 1 yr warranty. After many conversations, I have a broken laptop that I cannot use and they refuse to replace my laptop or give me a refund. What a ripoff. I'm not done. I will get justice somehow, someway. I will continue to file complaints against ** until someone hears me to gives me a new laptop.

      The ** DeskJet 2755e is the absolute biggest piece of trash of any technological device in the history of mankind. This printer never prints without you holding the paper, it will print out a stack of paper and only print on the top sheet. This printer will not print with a border and will absolutely cause so many problems. This printer is seconds away from being lit on fire and left on ** HQ door ******* is the worst company who does not care about its customers and only cares about profits. God bless anyone who buys and ** printer

      I bought laptop hp-envy 16-h1053dx, by far the most troublesome laptop I have ever owned. One day it is fine and the next day something is not working again (audio, login, network card, CMOS battery, blue screen ... etc). Always eventually can fix it, but on average each time takes upwards of 3-5 hours to entire day to fix it, and it happens way too often. It is never a 20 minute update issue and this has happened at least 30 times that I can remember (it is much more) and almost never an easy update. I start with windows update, ***** updates (3-4 updates, separate restarts), hp updates, often it does not solve the problem, I go diagnostics for HP and windows. I try this and that. Usually at the end what works is System Restore or using maybe Advanced system care app to update the drivers. The amount of time for me to maintain a personal laptop in working condition is super huge. I think ** deserves my review for this product.Their unnecessary bloatware is a separate issue. You cannot delete them and be sure they will not affect the system sometime in the future either. Today, on the day that 1 year warranty and support expires (not that I use it) I had another audio issue again and another entire day lost again.
