the **************** **** strung me along for a week over my printer issue. My printer cartridges were not the problem apparently but it took 5 people-3 with foreign accents so bad that I wanted to screamto tell me 1) it was a printer head issue, 2) they don't sell or provide replacements for the printer head, 3) my barely 5 year old hp Office Jet All-in One was no longer being supported because it was too old?????? The original price tag was ***.00 at Office *** in ****** **** in 2017-making it a pretty price machine. I agreed to a printer ink subscription at that time. I had been having issues the last year with fading, etc. but a total FAIL last week. As I said, their c.svc people were so pathetic I ended up with a bad stomach ache, an anxiety attack, and no resolution. I have had to scrap the printer/cartridges. I noticed that even Consumer Reports does not recommend the printer I had-in fact- does not recommend HP in the top listings. How you could give that company an A is beyond me. (They rate themselves as an A from you but your own information says they are NOT a BBB member.
I am 78 years old and no stranger to technology as a retired college professor-my 'career' needed a dependable printer for my students' assignments and my reports, etc. What was even more exasperating is that it took me 30 minutes and several tries this evening to cancel my account because their directions are a mess as is their website. I would very much appreciate a response from you soon. At least it will provide some moral support. Alas, I can't give you an email address...so I can't see how you can be supportive.

      My name is ***************,

I ordered printer ink from HP on 11-26-22. I was emailed that package was on its way. I never received it. I have tried several ways to contact HP. If you don't want to buy something, they will not provide a true **************** number. I will never buy an HP product again

They discontinued supplying ink for my Laser Jet ****, which requires me to buy a new printer even though mine works.

I purchased a printer from Hp and unfortunately for me I signed up for their instant ink program, $**** for 50 pages, didn't realize that it wasn't the ink cartridges that I would be paying for, instead for the use of the printer that I had already purchased from them, my printer paper and my electricity. I was running out of ink, so I called and ordered ink, when I received the ink I was charged $***** instead of the $**** charged November 25, when they sent my first ink cartridges. I called HP to find out why I was charged more this time than I was charged in November and was told, that I signed up to print only 50 pages per month and that I had printed more than 50 pages so they had charged me for the extra pages that I had printed, so I immediately told them that I wanted to cancel the account, I was then told that if I canceled the account that would cancel the ink cartridges that I had received in the mail, I then stated if you cancel the cartridges I want my money refunded back to my account, because then I will have gotten nothing for my money, he then said to me, you're not paying for the ink, so I asked what am I paying for, the use of my own printer, my printer paper and my electricity? what will I have for
my money that you've taken, if you cancel the cartridges, that means I don't get anything for my money, he then proceeds to tell me that I was paying for the service. What service? What have you given me for my money absolutely nothing. This company is running a scam, if you've signed up for Instant ink, that is what you expect to receive for your money that they're taking from your account every month. Please Beware before you purchase anything from them and the printer that I purchased is far from being a good printer. I will never ever purchase anything from HP again.

Left hinge broken. I understand numerous customers have brought this to HP attention, however, they want to do nothing about it as there is no recall. Things are tough enough resuming a business after COVID and now your laptop breaks.
I was given a case number but it does not do me any good. Inferior product and poor **************** and this will be my last HP product.

Please DO NOT purchase a HP laptop. After just one year of buying and a few months out of the warranty the laptop died! and all they could offer was for me to send to them in ***** somewhere my laptop at my expense for they to look at it! really who is sending their laptop to an unknown place with all their personal info on it??? also, i am not a gamer, i don't surf the net, i hardly use it and the battery died after a year! what type of products is HP putting out! And why are they able to get away with it! i see a lot of people on here have the same feeling about HP - that speaks volumes on the company!!!

I purchased ink through them. A one time purchase, they took it out of my account 17 times with a total of $630 now I'm in the hole in my account and going through a whole process with my bank to fix it

I used to have an account with ********************** Ink, a service by Hewlett Packard where they send you cartridges that will only work as long as you are subscribed to the service. I canceled my account and replaced the cartridges in my printer with regular (non-Instant Ink) cartridges and the printer would still not print. I had to spend multiple hours on the phone with several different representatives in order to reclaim my printer. The Instant Ink program is a scam-- HP will make it almost impossible to use your printer after you cancel Instant Ink, despite the fact that you purchased and own the printer.

I had an issue with cancelling my HP Instant Ink account when we moved and had a different address. I contacted them to inform them that I no longer ahd the printer in question and gave it to a family member. THen I had not received the 2-3 cartridge deliveries they say were sent out. That is because they did not have my new address, as I attempted to cancel my monthly subscription. I called to explain and asked for reimbursement for the monthly charge or $6.39 from present day (12/21/2022) back to when we moved (02/05/2021) and gave the printer to a family member. They said they were not able to do so and won't do anything to help me except ensure the monthly subscription was cancelled correctly this time and waive the $5.99 final charge for cancelling my subscription. I had to call my financial institution, as they told me I could do, and informed them of the situation. Had to file a dispute and then also contact ********* Services to notify them so that the company can't recharge my debit card going forward. Such a shame that such a company couldn't assist in the matter or even offer any sort of compensation for at least anything partial for all the charges that they kept charging me without having the printer and them not even shipping the cartridges to the correct address.
