I go to school at the *****************************. A little over a year ago I wanted to invest in a laptop to use for school. After having done loads of researching I found that HP ENVY X360 was the best choice for me. Unfortunately, I recently found the corner screen of my laptop broken and I now find out that its a defect from that model. The warranty date had just passed, so I sent HP an email resulting in no response whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed in this product as I had a lot of hope for it to work for countless years. Being a college student, buying a high quality technological product is a huge investment. Now I feel like what I invested in was worthless and a waste of my money! Never buying an HP product again!!

Bought a 32 inch 4K monitor 2 years ago. Registered it so it was under warranty. I have screenshots of the "proof" and sent it to HP so they knew for sure. The screen burned out 60 days before the warranty expired. I spoke with multiple HP reps. ******* got one "*******************". He told me they would replace the monitor. He got back to me later that day and said that they would not honor the warranty unless I had the sales receipt from the warehouse I bought it from. I reached out to the warehouse (email and phone) and was never sent the receipt. HP said they won't send me the replacement monitor unless I have the receipt. Why do we register products (as proof of purchase) if a receipt is the golden ticket? Either way, it says enough about these big companies. There is no accountability and my only way to vote on this BS is not buying products in the future. I won't spend a dime with HP in the future. HP does not honor its policy/warranty. DO NOT USE HP.

This company set me up for a subscription service without my permission and stole ***** from me for over a year. I agreed for them to help me fix a computer for a flat rate that they said could be taken out in installments. They then set me up with a account that stole money long past the final payment date they agreed to. After trying to cancel my subscription, they billed my account 3 times after I told them to cancel, they had weeks to shut off the unauthorized subscription. If I had less money this problem could have left me stranded or in the negative. After calling them multiple times, and having my bank contact them with stop payment order, they still are sending me emails and having operators contact me. This company is parasitic and should be under investigation.

"WARNING THIS COMPANY TAKES FULL CONTROL OVER YOUR PRINTER"I purchased the insta ink program and at "AT ONE TIME THEY WEREN'T SENDING THE **** until I called which is why I have so many cartridges and I wasn't using the ink fast enough. I cancelled the program and my printer stopped working, I called and was told the only thing I can do is go buy ink from the store or reinstate the program. I have four cases of ink that I purchased from instaink and can't use because I cancelled the program????? So please read the fine ink before you sign up for this program AND REMEMBER THEY TAKE FULL CONTROL OVER YOUR PRINTER!! If I didn't have to leave a start they would get none, I think this is a horrible. NEVER AGAIN!!!

HP is a scam company. It does not care about it's products' functionality or it's customers' satisfaction.I bought a wireless printer. Have had FIVE cases numbers. The printer was replaced by HP, but the new one has the same problems. The tech support can't seem to be able to find the problems with this printer.HP has refused to replace or compensate. Very bad customer relations.

It's disappointing to know that I have repeatedly paid for services and have not been accommodated. I have been a member since 2019. I started off with small units, paying less than ***** a month. Well within the last two years I have at the *** paid ******+ for 30 days of paper and ink. Now, I have a small business, and a disabled vet. I have requested that my due date be on the first since it is an automatic deduction. Well, that hasn't happened. And because when the bill is due during the month, I become delayed, with printing projects and deadlines. I get behind on emails, that I typically print off for documentation purposes as I open. This has yet to happen. I filed a complaint and directed to the escalated department. I received two calls, after an email with a time that I didn't agree too, and missed, there for I could not escalate the case and it was closed. I was only allowed to speak with "******" as she was over my case. As much of a deal that I am receiving through this service, I am thinking about getting a different printer, with a different company and just moving forward.

I bought a new printer from HP. They tricked me into a 6 month free trial of instant ink. What that did was lock my printer so I could never use off brand ink. They took away my admin privileges of the printer I bought with my hard earned money. Now this printer will not work at all. This is how they work around the lawsuit saying if people own their printer they can do with it what so ever they want. Insta ink locks up you being able to use this printer with less expensive ink. NEVER BUY HP NEVER SIGN UP FOR INSTA INK. They said it is in the fine print. They don't tell you this when you sign up over the phone they know they are tricking you.

Absolute garbage! I had to replace the black cartridge on my own since HP instant ink didn't send me one. I replaced it because my printer stopped printing altogether and when I called customer service, they didn't think it was a problem with the cartridge. Instead, they tried to sell me a new printer. I naively also thought since I didn't receive any ink from HP, the cartridge is fine. But before buying a new printer, I tried changing out my black cartridge and voila, my printer works. HP instant ink stopped sending me black cartridges since I had replaced it on my own. So I canceled my subscription after several months of just getting all the color cartridges which I didn't really need anyway. Lo and behold, once I canceled my subscription, I could no longer use the cartridges that I paid for!!! When I called the helpdesk, they said "rules are rules" and said I may have a closing bill to pay. I said why would I pay for something that I cannot even use. What a scam and absolute rip off.
