We purchased a new latex 700w printer from a local vendor. We had it installed mid January, and are waiting on our third technician visit. We have wasted 40 plus hours of our time, hundreds of dollars in materials, and over a week of downtime while waiting on printer repairs. We ordered 2 print heads on own dime because we were told that the warranty replacements could take a week to arrive, and we could no afford more downtime. We have received exactly $0 for our time and troubles and lost business.

I would not even give a star! I was having intermittent Hard-drive issues with my desktop computer with blue screen saying Hard-drive not detected need boot device. I called these quakes and the went through several hours of stuff not limited to camera connecting to my phone for pics of the error I was seeing and taking over the ** remotely for updates and checks. We were left to call them if anything happened again or they would call in a few days to follow-up. We'll it happened again and once called they wanted me to wipe and reload windows! It was not being seen by the ***** Had nothing to do with Windows! Warranty is bung!!! Don't trust ***** call centers!!!

I subscribed to the hp instant ink for a few months but then decided to cancel the subscription After cancelling the subscription online, the company continued to bill me the monthly fee. Thankfully, I used a reliable credit card to pay for the subscription and I was able to file a dispute each time. After a call and going online several time, I think I finally have the subscription cancelled but frequently my printer will tell me I can print with the hp instant ink cartridges -- but they have been replaced months ago. It's like the printer has been taken over by this website. To get the printer to work I have to unplug the printer, plug it back in, start the printer and switch the cartridges (that I purchased on Amazon). If I don't use the printer for weeks, I have to do this is all over again. It's driving me crazy!

BEWARE OF HP..... BEWARE OF HP..... PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY'S SMART INK PROGRAM. While completing my master's degree and working my dream job, I enrolled in HP ink program. After a couple of years with the program receiving my ink whenever needed was great. After I cancelled the program over a year or two ago, I found an ink cartridge (I'm sure I paid for it) and loaded it in my printer. After two pages printed, my computer stopped with a message that read, In order to use this ink, you must enroll in hp program.Talk about a sorry program. I can't wait to get rid of my HP and support another company. DISAPPOINTED SCHOOL TEACHER!

I got a HP Envy ****e All in one printer. I loved. I signed up for HP Instant Ink. Everything going well until my printer broke. I purchased the same exact printer. Put the ink cartridge from old printer in the new one. It would not work. I have been on the phone with HP Instant Ink for an hour and half on my third person. So they say the cartridge was set up for the previous printer so I cant use it in the current one. How if its a subscription and I didnt get what I paid for. The current rep has me on mute for 35 minutes waiting for a manager. This is a f****ing joke. DO NOT USE HP INSTANT INK.

I have tried to take care of a printer that was malfunctioning when we bought it. First they told us we could return it to best buy they couldn't return it the store is more that 30 minutes away from where we live and fuel right now is expensive. Then they did a trouble shoot with us then they sent us a refurbished printer that also malfunctioned so I after 2 tries with the same printer called them and asked to get a refund. They bounced me and my wife around for about 3 hrs worth on the phone. Finally I had a case worker call me back he told me he could get me a refund if it was within 30 days of the purchase and told me to send a receipt. I sent the receipt to the email I was told. He said he would call back I said he needed to call at 2 o'clock. He called twice once before 2 and once after 2. I was unable to answer and had made specific arrangements for a call at 2 with my work but because of his inability to call at the prearranged time he was unable to get a hold of me. I tried calling him back with 2 minutes of his call and was immediately put on hold I was on hold for over 1 hr each time which cuts into my lunch and my work. Because of their extremely poor customer service. I worry about ever being able to get my refund.

I ordered a replacement ink cartridge for my HPPRO PRINTER the end of January. When I installed the cartridge on March 1, it was defective. I called HP and issued a replacement order on March 1st and said it would be shipped PRIORITY. March 9th I had not received and after almost an hour I finally was able to contact a REAL PERSON. They are issuing a refund (or so they say), but BUYER BEWAREWORST CSERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! They only care about sales!!!

Fraud Alert - Obviously not the first to post this -If you cancel your Instant Ink subscription - even if it is due to not using enough of the product to justify the monthly payment -THEY HAVE A CHIP EMBEDDED IN THE CARTRIDGE that turns off the ability of your printer to use the ink.I cancelled in December of 2022 and this 'delightful' company kept sending me emails that said I was past due. With the awesome threat that if I didn't change the payment method, that I would not be able to use the ink THAT IS ALREADY PAID FOR AND IN MY PRINTER. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND SHODDY BUSINESS TACTICS. I'd give them less than one star but that's not possible. Will toss this printer and never purchase another printer from them again.

I initially signed up for the Instant *********** but then realized we don't print enough to use it so I canceled it. I kept getting emails stating they were unable to send me ink because of an issue with my payment. My debit card had expired and since I canceled the service, there should be no additional charges. I responded to the emails stating I had canceled the service Then, HP locked my account which prevented me from printing to my our printer. Not just me, but everyone in our household couldn't print. I called their HP Instant Ink service and they said I owed them $6 for the monthly subscription. I am immediately going down to buy an Epson printer and will never purchase another HP product for as long as live. This is the shadiest business practice I've ever seen in my 63 years of life.

Buyer Beware! The HP instant ink service comes with hidden ransomware (which should be illegal). My credit card had expired and rather than just canceling my service, they put a ransomware block on my printer and it took my hours to resolve. I guess putting ransomware on peoples personal propety is legal if your a large multinational corporation.
