      If negative stars was possibleHP and the insta-ink program is a SCAM! They charge you a monthly fee, take your printer hostage and never deliver the goods! They claim the printer is not connected, request access to your computer and control your printer, rendering it unusable. Never received ink, never received a refund. **************** is hard to reach and basically non-existent. Cant get any help or answers. My case was escalated 3x, never resolved. HP insta ink is CRIMINAL!!! Theft!

      Absolute disgusting company. I had a free trial for ink which I attempted to cancel before the period ended. They didn't cancel it and then proceeded to charge me $85.79 for ink that I purchased out of pocket and refilled my cartridges with on my own. When I complained to the company they basically told me to kick rocks and offered to sell me more ink. I will never buy another product from hp and recommend that others do the same.

      I ORDERED A LAPTOP FROM THEM THEY DIDNOT SEND IT WHEN THEY SAY IT WOULD COME THEY CHANGED THE DELIVARY DATE 3 TIMES IT WAS TO COME IN 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER 15 DAYS HAD PAST IT STILL HAD NOT ARRIVED I CALLED THEM ON THE 6TH DAY TO WHICH IT HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED, NOT TO SEND BUT RETURN MY MONEY, THEY SENT IT ANYWAY ON THE 12TH ARRIVING I THINK ON THE 15TH I WAS NOT AT HOME THE POST OFFICE RETURNED IT UNOPENED NEVER TOUCHED AND BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SEND IT ON TIME AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND ALL MY MONEY WHICH IS $303.12 THEY REFUNDED ****** SO ALL ELDERLY PEOPLE BEWARE

      Have had nothing but issues from printer and their instant ink department. The insta ink program is a con if I ever seen one. You buy the printer, the paper, the ink and you have to pay to use the printer if you use hp's insta ink program. I was originally told I would be paying for a subscription to receive ink every month or as needed according to the ink level that notifies HP when it's low. The worst customer service and they even messed up my wife's laptop and had to re-install stuff they remotely removed from her computer that didn't have anything to do with the printer. Worst experience ever and don't recommend using HP printers but more so their insta ink service

      HORRID practices! Printer warranty is a lie, expedited shipping, next day all lies. escalate this case does nothing, more lies, management will call you within 24 business hours, again MORE LIES. Printer hasnt printed correctly or connected to Wifi in 2 weeks, AFTER HP support erased all the settings remotely.

      Worst business practices ever, when selling a printer there is no information stating it needs HP ink. Monopolizing ************** for their printers under the guise of theft-prevention. Locking ink to the printer doesnt prevent theft at all, no one steals printer ink they just all buy it from non-hp companies!

      I have always used HP printers for my office. I purchased an HP8025 earlier this year and it worked for a few months until we had a windows update. I've tried reinstalling the driver and uninstalling the printer, reinstalling and it still won't work. I contacted support today but because this a small business they cant help. They suggested I contact my IT person, I explained I"m it and I usuallly don't have this kind of problem. What has happened to customer service???????? I informed them I shouldn't have to pay someone to come in and pay $300.00 to do this.

      I purchased a new HP printer about 20 months ago. I made the mistake of signing up for their Instant Ink subscription service. It sounded like a good deal at the time, but it turns out, it slaves your printer to their service, and without their ******** can't print. My printer constantly said it was not connected to the network, but it was connected, otherwise it could not print. After messing with it for months, I just let the service drop when my card expired. But they kept billing me anyway, even though the printer was not communicating with them, no ink was being shipped to me, and my card was expired. I finally cancelled the service, but the ink I had received then no longer worked. I purchased ink from a third party supplier, but the printer rejects those cartridges. How can it be legal for HP to disable a PRINTER THAT I PURCHASED unless I submit to purchasing their ridiculously priced HP cartridges!? This is extortion. If there were a rating lower than one star, I'd give it to them.

      Ordered an HP laptop on 9/11, sent in cancellation 9/12 since it took too long to ship. They told me it can not be cancelled and I have to wait for delivery and return. Fast forward to 9/24, they have not even built the computer and still refuse to cancel the order, all they are doing is sending delay of shipment week by week. And they have charged my CC from day one, I'm out the money and don't know when will get the **** laptop so that I can just start a return.Try to avoid this company at all cost!

      HP makes the worst products! Biggest waste of money! New laptops last 1 year if your lucky. Printers never work after 3 months and they have NO support for anything unless they can **** more money from you. Yes you actually have to pay to get the crooks to assist you in operating products that you bought from them. Talk about a scam! They sell products that don't work the way they should, then charge to get assistance for the products!
