      Support agent drug out resolution, HP sold me TWO DEFECTIVE COMPUTERS FROM MANUFACTURE AND DENIED THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHEN YOU COULD SEE IT WITH YOUR OWN EYES!Then CHARGED MY CARD 6 TIMES THE AMOUNT FOR A REPAIR AND THE **** MANAGER SENT A LOANER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, ACROSS THE ***** I RESIDE IN!

      HP is a horrible company. They changed the firmware so it would not accept non HP ink. So now I can't print. I will NEVER buy from them again!

      Hp has the WORSE printers known to man. I bought a hp deskjet ****e all-in-one printer, that connected through wifi for the first month of having it, and it was printing fantastically. After that, the ** app was showing that my printer was online until i tried to print something. The pop up "print" window said it was offline but the app said it was online, leaving me unable to print. I restarted my router and printer as directed 12 times on 5 different occasions and it still did not work. there was no option on the ** app to delete and re-add, no re-connection option or anything. I also called ** tech support and was transferred 3 times within the same loop, no resolution. i also tried to talk to a virtual assistant which was only repeating steps that do no work. This company has no interest in helping fix issues, even though it seems like they do based on numerous pages of instructions on how to fix this connection issue. I will never buy another ** again and will recommend anyone in search of a printer, DO NOT BUY **.

      I had an HP laptop that was only 6 months old and the screen stopped working. I sent it in to be repaired because it was covered under there one year warranty. They did a video chat with me to look at the laptop and troubleshoot with me. After the technician said that I could send it in for a free repair as the laptop is in perfect condition. I sent it in for repair and they stated that the damage was my fault and I would have to pay for it. They said there were scratched on the screen even though before I sent it to them the other technician never notated any scratches. I will never by another on of your products again. You lost a customer for life by not backing up your warranty and faulty parts.

      Who would like to start a class act law suit against them! I am currently on the phone with a rep right now over an hour. Not only have they been charging me monthly for a subscription I knew nothing about, they had the audacity to say they would only give me back **** after months of charging me for unauthorized subscription. I am livid right now. They are thieves and because its such a big corporation they do things in very small increments little by little so one can almost miss it every time. I do not have stable steady employment and for them to just randomly take my money is unacceptable. These phone reps are trained to lie and do their best to ******* people into believing the error is on the customers part! No it is on the crooks behind it all! Who wants to start a class action against these thieves???!!!

      I have several horrible experiences with HP and would never buy another printer from them again. The customer service is horrible and not helpful. They make you do the same procedures for everytime the connect you to a different representative. HP Instant Ink was not able to fix my issue with printer after making 3 phone calls and an average of 2hrs on the phone. They do not want to replace the printer even though the issue is not fix.

      I purchased a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw printer from Coscto. It is a professional office laserjet and not cheap. After a couple years of ownership, right after the warranty expired, and automatic firmware update bricked the printer so it no longer prints. The printer display shows "Resend update..." after rebooting. However, after many attempts of resending the firmware update and downgrading firmware manualy - the issues remain. The printer will not print, fax or perform any else.I even manually updated the firmware via a USB cable and tried jumping the ** update circuit on the circuit board directly. Nothing worked. The threads on the topic go on and on about the issue - with no fix, help or support from HP. They do not respond to the issue This appears to be a frequent issue with HP - bricking printers with firmware updates. I can see online many other models with the same issues.DO NOT BUY HP PRINTERS - they do not support them, nor will they help you when their own firmware updates brick the printer. Their ink is overpriced. HP Sucks!!! They need to go bankrupt.

      I would advise anyone dealing with HP Instant Ink to refrain from or discontinue using this service. After dealing with incompetent support services with HP, I discontinued the Instant Ink program. The cartridges, that I paid for through their service, were nearly full and were rendered useless by HP when I cancelled, on the last day of the subscription period. What they do should be illegal, and a class action lawsuit initiated to provide justice to everyone who uses or has ever used this ongoing scam. They should either refund money, or allow the remainder of the ink in the cartridges to be used.

      I ordered INK and it says 3-5 business days - over a week now no sign of it. Ok maybe it is back-ordered, so I try to access sales support and all I get is a loop-around recording that never answers. OK, then I called the different support numbers and still had the same loop-around recording. Their website for help is not functioning so cannot access there. They have a major problem with transparency and reach.

      Well I canceled my subscription about a month ago for ink and paper because the price was unbelievable. I am a student in school so therefore I will print at different rates. I have not been able to print for over a week and today my card was charged for $61.50. On September 27,2023, you charged my card $85.04, which is the date that I canceled, so how can you continue to charge me for something I do not use. This is horrible business and every chance I get, I will make sure everyone knows how you operate. I have reported you to the better business bureau and I will slander your name every chance I get. Now you have a blessed day.
