They sell you ink "at a discount" but then charge you based on how many pages you print, and when you stop their monthly extortion fee their ************ stop working. I will never buy an HP product again.

This is a pro level workstation laptop that cost $8k!Ran for about 3mo and the laptop completely died. Turn it on and all it would do it blow the fans.Sent to HP after it took them 10 days to send me a box. They got it and diagnosed it as a bad motherboard.Took them 8 months and hundreds of emails to repair it.It came back looking like someone had used it for a hockey puck. Scratches and dents all over the machine.Sent it back again. Again they had to send a new freeking box which took a week. The put all new plastic on it and returned it to me.Worked for about a month, then a big red line appeared on the screen (dead pixels) and horizontal and vertical lines came off that covering the whole screen. Wasn't anything I'd done, the machine had sat on my desk the whole time.Sent it back again, again with the week long box issue. This time they returned it one of the hinges is sticking up 1/8" and they STOLE the **** module - that's right, HP outright stole a part off my laptop. Now they say their policy is to replace the laptop because there have been more than 3 hardware issues. But they are refusing to do this because I didn't buy it from an 'authorized reseller' whatever the heck that means. They want to send me another box and repair this junk machine again. At this point I have zero confidence in HP being able to repair this laptop, I have been a good customer of HP's buying dozens of laptops and servers over the last 25 years. NO MORE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HP PRODUCT AND HOPE YOU DON'T EITHER.They finally returned it and the laptop is BENT IN HALF! HP has refused to resolve this.

Beware of HP Instant Ink: A Disappointing Experience with Products and **************** I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Hewlett Packard's Instant Ink program, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment as a warning to potential customers. My encounter with HP's products and customer service has frustrated and dissatisfied me.Be cautious if you are considering signing up for the HP Instant Ink monthly subscription. While your printer *** function seamlessly during your subscription, canceling it can lead to unexpected and troubling consequences. After canceling my subscription, I ran out of ink and attempted to order replacement cartridges from HP's website. To my dis***, I discovered that the cartridges I had just paid for were rendered useless because I was no longer a member of the Instant Ink program.Even more disheartening is that, despite my predicament, HP offered no reimbursement or credit for the now worthless cartridges. I had paid for a product that I couldn't use, and my attempts to seek a resolution were met with indifference. Even after explaining my situation and having only printed a handful of pages, including informational sheets, I was left without a remedy. The entire experience feels like a bait-and-switch tactic on HP's part. My dissatisfaction with HP's Instant Ink extends beyond this isolated incident. I own an HP ENVY **** Model All-in-One Printer, and despite initially being pleased with its performance, this recent experience has tarnished my opinion of the brand. In conclusion, I strongly caution others to beware of the HP Instant Ink program. What *** seem like a convenient solution can quickly become an unexpected and costly problem. Before committing to HP products and services, carefully consider the potential pitfalls and be aware of the possible consequences that *** arise when you least expect them.

Bought a hp printer in February 2023 keep having problems and its still under warranty and they wont honor the warranty . HP gives me solutions on fixing the problem but it doesnt fix the problem.. You spend your hard earned money on a printer and you wanted it to work correctly. I am tried contacting HP for this problem. My printer warranty is up soon and all I want is a replacement and want someone from hp to make that happen from HP !!!

By former reputation, I thought Hewlett Packard would be a BBB-Accredited Business. However, with my recent issues, and seeing other peoples issues, Im not surprised to see HPs F BBB Rating or its 1-star out of 5-stars customer rating. I that saw both founders ***************************** and ***** Packard passed on around the turn of the century, apparently along with the companys quality and self-respect. I ordered a $4,000 custom-built HP computer about 8 months ago with the best warranties, including on-site repair. Ive received 3 brand new computers in those 8 months, each one arriving with hardware issues. Each time they made excuses why they couldnt repair the computer on-site, and I had to choose between sending it out for repair or send it back to be replaced, with a month-and-a-half wait in between. The first two I sent back for a replacement, but with this third one, Im really trying to get the on-site repair because its just a fan. However, theyve stalled me for *********************************************** past the 30-Day cutoff for refunds and replacements. Ive been computing for 40 years, and *NEVER* received 'one' PC that had any issues with it. Thats about 10 computers in those 40 years, problem free, but yet HP has sent me 3 brand new computers in-a-row that all arrived with problems, and wont even fix a fan. I would likely void a warranty if I tried to fix the fan myself. *** also told them Im old and my back cant take the constant packing and unpacking the computers, but they dont care. Will they pay for surgery if the next one breaks my back? Not likely. By the way - HP's custom-builds are built in *****. The same ***** thats supporting our enemy ******, in the war against *******. The same ***** that threatens ******* sovereignty and terrorizes the South China Sea. The same ***** that Congress fears will use Nvidias AI technology in their weapons. If something happens to me following this complaint, youll know who to blame.

Horrible corporate sales and customer service. They unknowingly subscribe you to an ink service and when you cancel you can't use the cartridges that you have already paid for. Very corrupt and unethical practice.

The worst, don't buy from them. I ordered an HP Spectre **** laptop on line from HP based on your reviews. You need to know this bas **** the worst customer service experience ever for me. Unfortunately it's a long story, but to summarize, I they said it would be shipped by Dec. 1st, which I needed is asap, I paid for expedited shipping. On Dec. 5th I got an email saying it would arrive before Dec. 25th. I called to cancel the order, first they tried to upsell me $300 for one that could ship that day. When I called them fraudulent then magically one appeared at the same price that they shipped that day. I then said it should just be an exchange and the said it has to a cancelation and a new order. I ordered the new one and canceled the original. The next day I got an email saying that my cancelation wasn't approved. Between all of this I spent hours on the phone with them, they lied, were fraudulent and now have charged me for 2 computers. Then I disputed the credit card charge as of yesterday. Now I just got notice they shipped the original ordered computer abd I am responsible for returning it when it gets here if they approve the cancelation. What?!!! Don't recommend HP, they are a terrible company. *************************

I am looking for a space blue 14" 2 in 1 touchscreen x360 pavilion laptop with backlit keyboard. There are many sellers that sell this laptop specifically. Best ************* Amazon, and even third party sellers for **** and ******** I can find this specific laptop through these sellers and others easily. The problem is the descriptions on the websites, on the boxes themselves, and features provided by the sellers say that the laptop comes with features like backlit keyboard, Fingerprint Reader, and a physical cover for the webcam to ensure privacy. But when i call or contact via text to ask about these features, especially the backlit keyboard, the sellers either sell me the laptop they claim has these features or i have to insist that they verify for me that the laptop has what their advertisements say. Two times two separate sellers reasured me that their advertisement is correct. I order one. It arrives. And guess what? They are wrong. Those advertised features are not included. So i return it and order from a different seller who have the same claims and reassurances. The 2nd laptop arrives and guess what? Those advertised features again are missing. And it even says on the box they are included. So now i have to return the 2nd laptop. I'm finding this laptop all over the internet claiming to be equipped with the before mentioned features. Why? Why is Hewlett Packard doing this? It's false advertising. That's a law being broken. I'd be happy to get this laptop with just one of those advertised features, the backlit keyboard. But i can't find one with that feature. But boy, i sure can find tons of them with a list of features that include backlit keyboard. I even held one in my hand at ******* that actually had the backlit keyboard. But it was an unusual gold color. No way i was buying that one. I want space blue. So either Hewlett Packard is deceiving the sellers and the sellers are unaware. Or, there are a ton of sellers lying to customers.
