What a dog s*** company. Bough a computer for my girlfriend over a month ago, expecting the computer to ship on the 5th of December. Today is the 26th and it has just arrived. Inbetween those 2 dates, we've called dozens of times to get it f****** cancelled so I can buy something else. Ultimately the dumb fuckwads in their service department failed to cancel the order over 10 times. Nobody knows what their job is, and I'm stuck with this computer after christmas after already purchasing a different one. The products are excellent, but I have never experienced such a horrible convoluted return process. If I got a job at ********* and spent as much time flipping burgers as I have getting sent to various departments just to hear Indians either lie straight to me or have no idea what they're doing, I would've already gotten my money back. It is absurd how much time they waste, I can't believe HP can afford to pay all these people to waste my time. I hope HP goes under and puts all these people out of a job.

Very bad experience with customer service. Feel like customer service is only to make money. Even they dont care about customer. I was told to buy new one and give 20% discount on the same junk printer that we bought from Amazon. They agree it is manufacturing default and since i we bought from Amazon and even it is from HP store, they can not do anything. Asked to talk to supervisor, she told the same thing. They just felt sorry for me.

I have an ** **** that indicated the yellow ink cartridge was low, and as is typical, falsely stated a second (Cyan) ink cartridge was empty after replacing the first yellow ink cartridge. I have grown accustomed to replacing two ink cartridges at the same (even though I know the second is not really empty) but given that I did not have a Cyan ink cartridge, I attempted to print in black and white. The issue is the printer would not let me print in black and white, even after emptying the print queue, rebooting, and recycling the printer. Clearly there is a ** software bug that is storing something in non-volatile memory that is preventing me from printing in black and white. I contacted the ** Printer support number to see if there was a resolution to this issue and the first phone call was dropped, and the second person hung up on me when I did not accept his response that I could not print in black and white until the color cartridge was replaced because that is how it works. If by chance that is how it works, ** should not be displaying a message stating a user can print in black and white if a color cartridge is empty if that is a false statement. Needless to say, I did not realize how bad **s **************** was until it was too late. Their level of incompetence and value is fully documented online.

Worst business ever to exist (outside of, maybe, Chrysler). My dad bought a laptop from them for me back in 2020, and it's been a headache the entire time. It feels like a ripoff. He originally bought the cheaper version, but there was a defect where the screen was curved slightly, and we sent it back and got the higher-end version. While I'm definitely not mad about getting a better version, I am mad that the better version still had the defect from before. It's also slow (as in, can barely handle Windows 10 or 11 without running into some issue of some kind) and, as stated previously, can't seem to be used without some issues. The battery life of the product is terrible (1-1.5 hours for $700), the mouse will regularly stop working, and overall just feel like a ripoff. They can't even run some basic modern games (like Fortnite or Minecraft) without dropping framerate, even on my brother's laptops, which have historically been amazing for gaming (despite also coming from HP). My next complaint about this terrible mess of a company is their anti repair practices, and this mainly consists of their lack of simplicity to do such repairs/replacements/upgrades. While I haven't experienced it myself, some of the biggest complaints I've seen online are about the incredibly stupid amount of screws these machines have. Lastly, my mouse seems to lag around and malfunction after, sometimes, less than an hour. It makes it incredibly hard to use and has contributed to it's overall view by me as a ripoff company with no regard to it's consumers.

Lied about a purchase made during black Friday arriving on time. I was promised in 2 emails that it would arrive on time. I'm the last email that said it would not arrive until well after Christmas said that I could exchange for a "read to ship" option. Called the company and was told that they cannot do that, as promised in the email. Had to talk to a supervisor who would not help at first but after being on the phone for 2 hours and 4 minutes, finally helped with the issue and canceled the old order and provided a new one at a discount. Still couldn't "exchange" and had to purchase the new one and wait for the cancellation to process on the old. Still haven't gotten the confirmation of cancellation on the old order, so I hope I wasn't being left to believe something once again that is untrue. It's not my fault that they ran a special that caused high volume in orders. You shouldn't promise something you are not ready for and cannot provide. But telling the truth might have caused them to lose orders. Well this will cause them to lose a lot of orders now.

Ink subscriptions are what a terrible company does for cash when they have inferior products. Buyer beware. AVOID HP at all costs
