      Trying to get someone to help with printer issue on HP Envy **** home printer.No support through virtual assistant or actual person to talk with.

      I purchased a computer for my grandmother, who lives in a rural area where internet service is not available. As such, I purposefully purchased the ********* word package to be installed before the computer was ever sent out. I am super frustrated that HP did not add this to the computer before shipment. I had the receipt that indicated the ********* package was ordered, but every person I talked to told me that no such thing existed. Excuse me, all 5 people I spoke to, but it definitely does exist. Theres a such thing as a lifetime license- that I paid for- and not just the 365 ********* subscription. That option is a dumb thing to try to sell someone that has absolutely no internet connection and has no way to even work towards getting an internet subscription. There are many locations in the rural areas of the US with this issue of no wired internet access nor reliable mobile connection, so do not try and sell something to someone that cant access it. This frustration was never resolved. The company kept transferring me to another line and finally the system hung up on me. I still have not resolved this issue, and now they will claim that the period to resolve this issue has passed. I have now lost $200 due in ********* product due to the ignorance of the tech group. The tech group tried to tell me that when I buy something from a 3rd party that it is not added to the computer. I actually kept having to tell them that I bought both the computer and ********* package from HP.com; there was no 3rd party and I even put in the customization notes to pre install the ********* suite. Why did I add this customization note: BECAUSE THERE IS NOT INTERNET SO 365 SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT AN OPTION So, if you have made it this far, just know that you may 1. Lose money with this company 2. Get frustrated as h*** with this company 3. Lose about 8 hours of your life, just to be hung up on 4. Still cant get what you have already paid for to have pre-installed on a computer

      I am overall very disappointed with HP! I bought my HP laptop only a few months ago, before I learn that it had a battery issue. I am told that I will have to send it to a repair center, to get the battery fixed or replaced. Also, I am told that it would take a few days to fix and that it would be returned to me in about 5 to 7 days business days. Keep in mind, I did not cause the hardware issue that this computer had, since I used my laptop very sparingly and carefully. Instead, it will be a month when I can get my computer back, not a few days. So what am I supposed to work on? After all, this is the reason I bought the computer in the first place!!! This is such an inconvenience and a problem for me, since I also have online classes that start soon as well. I always had a favorable viewpoint of HP and its products, but not anymore! My next computer, guaranteed, will be another brand and made by a different company. I thought I bought a good quality computer for my work, and now I cannot do my work because it's going to take this company a month to fix/replace a battery!?! I am beyond disappointed, and frustrated!!! NO MORE HP computers for me!!! Please do better (to your other customers) in the future, HP!!!

      HP thinks they own the ink jet printer I bought from them 8 years ago. The downloaded and installed a firmward update that prevents it from printing unless I use HP ink jet printer cartridges. I have had it with this company and am too old for monopolistic fascist acts like this. I won't even waste my time trying to get this resolved and hope that others will file a class action lawsuit.Meanwhile, I gave my HP Ink Jet All In One Printer to a college student and warned them that they will have to use HP Ink Jet Cartridges.I bought a new Epson EcoTank printer, a company based in *****, one of our allies in the Pacific, which was built in *************** and it is working great. I have put HP on the list of companies that I will absolutely never do business with again. How about dem apples ???

      Deplorable customer service. They refuse to give tech support for their products unless you pay a fee. In addition, they lied to me about my printer, saying it's incompatible with my internet provider, Spectrum, which is not true, as I found out later. To make matters even worse, after lying about this, when I called back to tell them they lied, they tried to apologize and offered me a $50 gift card to Best Buy. I never rec'd it. Of course.

      I bought a HP Z2 G9 Tower Workstation $2300.00 the sound went out after 3 months it has a 3 yr warranty I been trying to get it fixed for the last 5 months all you get is high call volume recording, 30 transfers, hangups, parts on back order, long phone waits, wrong department, somebody forgot to order the part, no follow-up, people you cant understand what their saying, I mean ******************. They will not send you a replacement just make you wait months then you call back then it starts all over again. This is so frustrating, why is every part on backorder? why is the warranty so slow to solve your issue but it only take a second to take your money.

      HP Instant Ink plan. I have had this printer for 3 years; at the time of purchase I added the instant ink plan. As it turned out I did not print as many pages as I thought I would, so I never received any ink. I did call one time and had them send it to me. After 3 years of paying $3.99 a month I tried to cancel the plan on their website and by using their virtual chat without sucess. I finaly called and spoke to a representative to cancel and was told that in the future I would need to buy all ink at retail locations AND the *** I HAVE WILL NOT WORK SINCE IT WILL NOT BE ATTACHED TO THE INSTANT *** COMPUTER PROGRAM. So not only I have paid for ink for 3 years any only recieved replacements when I called NOW the ink I have for replacement will not WORK. I am taking this printer back to Best Buys and will NOT ever BUY a HP product again!!!!

      The company has poor communication skills. They just do not communicate end calls during transfers and don't return calls. A complete waste of time trying to resolve issues. Finally achieved speaking to someone in a chat. Their solution was a small percentage discount and three months free of ink which they already offer. This company is laughable. Do not buy their printers.

      A complete scam, if you don't use their insta ink you printer does not work. This is a way to obligate you to buy directly from them. On a personal printer how much you ***********? not much. With a monthly charge of $5.99 its not much but, its ridiculous to pay for a membership that you. will not use.

      I have been through so much bs with this company. ** purchased a computer August of 2022 and in January 2023 it started glitching constantly. ** had a warranty but didnt use it yet because we thought the problem could easily be solved. I went back and forth and troubleshoot with went through several people transferring me to this person and that! HP thought it was a software issue even charging me $49 to fix the software and joined Smart friends within a few days it glitched again. So once again I called HP and got the run around and they said again its a software issue. No its a defective product. In June ** sent in the computer to get it looked at and hopefully fixed. Came back good for a few days then glitched again. I wrote BBB then I received a phone call from escalations and sent it back in. Came back good for a few days then glitched again. HP laptops are cheaply made especially the one we have. Its past warranty and tried to contact the escalations manager with no return phone call or concern. Its a defective laptop and we will never purchase a laptop from HP ever again dont recommend it.
