So they can monitor everything on your printer, but when you need assistance or ink you have to notify them. We run a business and cant afford to be down for days while they try to figure out their own processes. I had an ink cartridge that wasnt empty, it failed due to something electrical. They couldnt get me ink right away so I had to buy store bought ink. Once the cartridge was installed I immediately got emails basically yelling at me for using store bought ink. They never pushed me another cartridge. A month of this and I cancel my plan because they can basically no longer support me. Then they say I owed them more money even though they are monitoring usage of my printer with STORE BOUGHT INK. They refused to credit me for any of my inconvenience. Support was less than helpful, the lady barely spoke English so there was a language barrier when explaining what happened. She refused to let me talk to an higher level supervisor or someone who could understand me better. Instant ink is a scam, just stick to store bought ink and save yourselves the hassle.

Total scam. Have been paying into this for over 6 years. Have received ink twice. Figured I would cancel and was told my ink wouldnt work anymore. I asked what I was paying for as the service is called instant ink. They said so that I could print 50 copies a month. So, I was paying them to print on my own machine using my own paper. Who in their right mind would sign up for that? It was never explained that way. So sorry I didnt check with BBB prior to joining as they are rated an F.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the customer service I received from **'s technical team. We have been enrolled in the HP Instant Ink Program since 2018, and despite being charged $6.41 monthly, we never received a single cartridge. Subsequent attempts to use non-subscription ink have been unproductive and led to persistent error messages which led us to replace the printers and Ink we used several times. ** accepts only their ink and not other Ink.Everytime the printer crashed,we thought something was wrong with the printer and we bought a new printer,we encountered the same problems.I complained to the ** CEO, my email never reached him, someone else responded and said, they have escalated this issue. One guy by the name ******* was communicating with me and said the he would reimburse for the ink that was not delivered plus for the Ink Cartridges that I purchased in Staples. He asked me to get the receipts, after a week,he said, sorry we will not be able to refund you any money. His reasons were" your printer was not connected to the internet" that is why we didn't mail you the Ink.I have to find a way to send the email again to the CEO.I am at my **** end. Can someone help

HP sold me a Victus desktop computer and it crashed after only having it for 3 months and I barely ever used it. Even with the extended time I got for returning it, it was still 10 days after they no longer accepted returns. However, they would not let me leave a review because for some reason that time period had expired too, after only 3 months. Which seems extremely strange and suspicious to me considering that a computer is designed to function a certain way UNLESS it has been tampered with by either its creator or user, and seeing as I barely even used it (less than a dozen times with basic stuff even a windows 98/XP could handle with no problem), the creator has some explaining to do!I could not get in touch with someone about my problem and I kept getting told to update the computer or some such nonsense. I was literally in the middle of doing an update on it when it crashed! This should not be happening when it's only 3 months old! And the only reason I even bought this new computer is because an older computer i had bought from them was crashing and blue screening all over the place after only having it for 4-5 years, I assumed the older one had finally caved to the abuse I kept putting it through, but now a brand new computer from HP is doing the EXACT same thing as an old piece of junk?!?I am not attached to this new piece of junk at all and I spent everything I could spare to get this. If nothing else, all I wanted was either a functional computer or my money back. I get that I can't return it past the cut off date, but I can't even get assistance or a replacement or even leave a review for them?!? This is the absolute last time I trust HP with a huge chunk of my hard earned money!!! And I'll tell everyone I know to avoid them like the plague too, because h*** if I'll let such a business survive even a second longer because of how it treated me.

Every time I get new printer cartridges from HP, someone tries to steal my identity. Tonight I just got an alert, that someone use my credit card to obtain my credit report!

0 stars!!! Please please please, do yourself a favor and don't purchase any of their products. My $600 printer lasted 2 weeks! HP support said they would send me a new one next business day. Here we are over 2 months later and they are telling me it's still going to be another 2 months at best. I should have done better research like reading the reviews on this site and others so it's my fault for thinking they were a reputable company with good product. But customer service has no excuse for p**** horrible as they are.

      1. It's ridiculous how their printers accept only their brand name ink.2. Their ** Smart software isn't so "smart". I had my printer and my computer connected to the same wifi yet my ** Smart recognized my printer as offline. I did all I could such as turning things on and off, reconnecting to the same or different wifi, etc. etc. What made it finally connect was me logging in to ** Smart.......3. I can only print through the ** smart application. I tried printing through the web browser like any normal computer and nothing happens. I now have to go the extra mile to download the image, open up the hp smart app, and print the image. This compared to a simple print page button is ridiculous.

Purchased an extended warranty on a all in one printer. The printer started jamming, so I called in to have the printer replaced within my warranty time period. They're telling me a supervisor has to call me back and all that fluff. 1/20/2024 was the initial call and a case # was generated. It's the 22nd and still no call, no replacement, no nothing. I need a printer, I'm in school and desperately need to make copies.

Charge you money every time you use your own printer. They make you sign up for an ink deal and constantly charge you, but never send you ink. They will also shut off your printer and not allow you to print. This is crazy. Just want to throw the printer in trash and be done with it-but, spent a lot of $ on it.

Hp.co/ support should not allow the support centers to talk to consumers the way I was spoken too today. Of course he would not give me his name & was not understanding in the fact my computer was not responding to his like. I have had so much trouble with this hp printer than any I have owned. Hp envy **** It constantly drops connections & doesn't print good quality pics. I reached out AGAIN for help with the printer only half pages. The guy on the other end was totally disrespectful to my person & to my complaint. I couldn't finish a sentence without his repeating insults. I want to talk to someone from the ** headquarters preferably an American without an attitude. The guy I spoke with was from *****. I cant use my printer & cant get help. Sorry sorry company.! If my complaint cannot be resolved then I have no option but destroy all from ** .*****************************
