      We bought an HP ENVY Inspire printer. To try and save some cost, we purchased after market replacement cartridges. Initially the replacement cartridges were fine, but because of the **** from HP, their firmware rejected the cartridges. I had an online chat with their technicians who agreed that I should be able to use them but would not assist in bypassing the firmware on MY printer

      my laptop crashed literally a couple weeks after i got it so we sent it to them under my warranty early janurary. it's now march, i haven't gotten my laptop. my case manager, *****, went on medical leave after trying to call me, DIDNT CALL MY OTHER NUMBER I GAVE THEM, then comes back a month later to just ask for consent to ship me a new laptop because they COULD NOT FIX IT MY PREVIOUS ONE. i still have not gotten my new laptop, she said i'd receive it in two weeks. ITS BEEN THREE AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE AN UPDATE AND ***** IS UNAVAILABLE. this business f****** *****.

      Purchased an HP Omen 17 laptop even though I was advised against it due to HPs general reliability issues and lack of support. This is my first HP laptop and will be my last. It's made cheaply, overheats, has a bonkers huge power adapter, and 3 months after purchasing it the display hardware is going bad. After going through a lengthy process of reinstalling drivers, wiping it, reinstalling again (HP set up / reset of a new PC takes at least 4 HOURS with the crazy proprietary installers and c*** that runs on top of Windows), they finally agreed that it's the hardware. But, they refused to send a replacement because they said that my warranty doesn't cover that... So, they said that I have to send it into HP for service, which takes a minimum of 2 weeks. I use this laptop for work and can't be without it for that long. So, they said take it to an "authorized service center". The only "authorized service center" in town is BestBuy, and ******* told me that they'd still have to send it out and that it would take a MONTH to get back. I contacted HP again and will have to figure something out while I send it in for warranty work... If I get it back and it turns out they've done nothing, as some reviews here have stated happened to them, I am going to be VERY unhappy. HP should be investigated for quality control.

      I bought a laptop online from HP store and wanted to return it right away because something came up to spend the money on. They charge a restocking fee no matter what.They made the return as difficult as they could and have not refunded the money even after 10 day .Never experienced this with **************** Best Buy or any other online retailer.What a shame

      I used a company benefit program to get a custom built HP envy on HP website. I created what I wanted and used my PayPal to pay for it. PayPal used my checking account to pay for it and I called HP within 20 hours to get the money moved to my credit card I had initially thought I used. HP would not do it, they said it was too late and then spent a half hour delaying me trying to get me to keep it. I told them I just wanted to use another card as it has made me overdrawn and all my bills are being rejected. They did not give two you know whats. They then sent me an email saying it may get cancelled but it did not. They just sent me an email telling me I have to pay for it, I will send this piece of c*** back the second it gets to me and I am sure they will s**** me again and charge me a restock fee for something that was never in stock. Do not use HP unless you don't care about good service or good products.....I will never use those greedy crooks again.

      Absolutly awful! Sent my laptop back to get repajred for blue screen of death. Sent it back and ************* yo me you could tell they didnt even do a full diagnostic because there was no evidence of opening up the laptop to fix anything inside. It blue screened the first time i turned it on. They did nothing to fix it and refused to give me my mo ey back because it was after the 30 days. Even with the warrenty. Tech doesnt do their job and neither does customer support. This company is rude as well. Ive never been more ****** at a company.

      I should've known better, experience with HP product has been good, but there customer service is the worst in the world , just to give qq heads up, the will sell you a extended warranty with the explanation that is in addition to your 1 year factory, and guaranteed no questions asked it can be cancelled at any time, WELL THAT IS THE BIG LIE, it will automatically cancel your 1 year factory warranty and they will never allow you to cancel with a million excuses, THAT MAKES THEM THE BIGGEST PIGS IN THE INDUSTRY, you have been warned.

      If I could give them less than one star I would! Purchased a laptop for Christmas and it had a defective key!!! After hours on line with customer support telling us it was a software problem(.which was clearly a hardware problem) they promised to call back to see if the updates worked. It didnt and they didnt!!! We have been constantly asking were the replacement laptop is. They fail to return calls and keep changing the shipping date! Now its estimated ship date is Feb 27th!!!! They send us emails saying they will call as at a specific time and never do call!!! If I dont get this laptop in two weeks I am filing a complaint with my credit card company! I will never ever purchase another HP product!!! Buyer beware.

      The experience I have had with hp products and their customer service has been horrendous! My product has not worked, I've contacted hp multiple times over. They did not ship my replacements nor was I contacted about it. I'm pissed!

      i cannot believe what the Instant Ink representative just told **** called to cancel my subscription because I was getting too many cartridges. I was told that if I cancelled my subscription, I would not be able to use the 3 cartridges that I have once my subscription services ends in March.This is a total SCAM.I have never been so infuriated. I plan on contacting the *** office as well as *** Investigative News.This has to stop.************************
