HP is the worst! Their products are the worst, and their customer service is the worst! They want to charge you to assist you with issues that are a result of inferior products. I already purchased a stupid extended warranty and am continuing to have issues with the touchpad. They want to charge me to assist me with a problem that is caused by their crappy products because that is a software problem and not covered by the warranty. I wish I had the money to replace this piece of ****, but I don't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought an expensive computer from them still making payments, it fell off the arm and cracked the screen I took to a computer person and was ready to pay to fix, he found out I still had 14 days on the year warranty contacted ho they said I should have gotten accidental insurance which I wasnt offered and they refused to talk to him, what blows me away is when I contacted them they said look at your warranty which when I clicked on it says unavailable, when I go to look at my account its unavailable and I have screenshots of this, when I call always on hold what can I do about this?

HP is scamming customers! Taking money for their Instant Ink subsciption and if you stop the service any ink cartidges you were sent will not work with your printer any longer. I had fraud on the credit card I used for this subscription and it was canceled. Once HP could no longer bill this card they stopped my printer from printing with a message on my printer screen saying HP account issue needs to be resolved before using my printer can continue! I called to cancel and customer service was awful! The one thing they were honest about is explaining there is a microchip in the printer and that HP can make it so that you are unable to use your printer if you have an account set up with them. What a dishonest company!! This is a complete scam! I will never purchase a product from them again. Trust is gone!

HP is in the EXTORTION business...not the printer business HP is no longer in the business of making printers. They are in the business of extorting their customers via Instant Ink. DO NOT BUY AN HP PRINTER FOR ANY REASON! When they fail to provide ink, and you are forced to buy whatever is on the shelf at the office supply store, HP bricks your computer and it never works again.

HP promotes their '***************' as hassle-free coverage no matter where you travel. In reality, this warranty is misleading. Unless your exact product model is available in both countries, your 'global' coverage is useless. I purchased an Omen laptop in *******, trusting HP's warranty. When a *********** like the ** port failed in ****** after 5 months of the purchase, HP refused to fix it, claiming they didn't have the parts for the US model. This feels like false advertising from a big company, and it's incredibly frustrating for anyone who relies on their laptop for work in different locations.

HPs instant ink program is a scam. My printer stopped printing in color, so I ended my service only to find out that I could not print with the ink that I had remaining because I was no longer enrolled in the instant ink program. I was told that I could purchase ink to continue printing. I only purchased black ink because my printer is no longer printing in color. Im still unable to print because the printer does not allow printing with missing cartridges and even if *********** in black ink since my other cartridges are instant ink cartridges and Im not enrolled in the program, I cannot print. So my printer is essentially unusable since I cant print without purchasing color cartridges that I cannot use. I have serious buyers remorse. I feel like HP has taken advantage of me. I hope that a class action lawsuit is filed against them so I can join. I 100% would not recommend purchasing a printer from HP with an instant ink program.

Bought a printer that never worked, the replacement did not work and they would not fully refund despite never using the product.

I would rate HP with 0 stars. POOR customer service and does not stand by their products. They offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty and will not stand by it. The additional 4 year warranty was purchased through Staples/Asurian but cannot be honored until HP sends a denial letter for not offering full refund. HP of course will not do that and wants to offer a pro-rated refund of about 25% of its value when this HP printer just crashed one day. Very disappointed!!!

We bought an HP ENVY Inspire printer. To try and save some cost, we purchased after market replacement cartridges. Initially the replacement cartridges were fine, but because of the **** from HP, their firmware rejected the cartridges. I had an online chat with their technicians who agreed that I should be able to use them but would not assist in bypassing the firmware on MY printer
