      Hey yes , To who this May concern Im contacting you because Im having a issue with my cash app account with the card I cant use it at all and they keep holding my money and wont let me use it I cant even use it to pay cash app money thats I owed . Only because I send money to ******* ****** using the name **** only because of thats and the reason I send thats name was **** was part for a car thats person was gonna buy the car part for me thats why I told ******* Cuba and I always send money to ******* ****** and never had a issue with cash app before in my entire life so I dont understand why it takeing them a month to resolve my issue i been patiently waiting on them since Aug 5 2025 and now we on September 3 ************************************************************** and telling the same thing over and over and thousands times what Cuba mean and I ready explain to them I dont knows if I being hack by them oh Im talking to a scammer can u explain to me what going on please I will wait for your response Thank and Have a Blessed Day!       Date of Transaction : 8/13/2025 Amount money: $135 I sent $135 to my daughters cash app account $Kimoraalwaysnumber1 contingent upon the fact that she would send the money right back. When she attempted to send the money back Cash app blocked her account immediately. She tried to refund the money back to me but it blocked her. We called Cash app and was told her account is Frozen so the $135 will return back to the sender which is me. I have not received it as of yet. I tried to request a refund but when I did, I received this message this refund could not be processed, please contact customer service for more information. I have contacted customer services 2 times through the app on 8/13/25 and 8/14/25 and 5 times over the phone on the following dates listed below. 8/15/25 1:33 PM 8/19/25 12:05 pm 8/28/25 9:06 PM 8/29/25 1:01 PM 9/4/25 12:36 PM Each time I contact customer service I receive the following messages 2 messages:1. Your payment is under review to check that it meets our Terms of Service. You can track the status of this payment in Activity. You will receive an email within 2 business days requesting more information about this payment.2. Cash App has a policy to comply with U.S. laws regarding economic sanctions. Engaging in transactions that involve jurisdictions or groups sanctioned by the United States, or engaging in any ************** that violates U.S. sanctions is prohibited under Cash App's General Terms of Service.48 hours have now turned into 22 days and I still have not received my money. The money never showed up in my daughters cash app account.

      I had an account with ****************** that I was using to receive my paycheck from. The company closed my account and stated that I violated their terms of service. I only used it to receive my direct deposit and transfer the funds to my account. The closure of the account caused issues for me as I had to have my paycheck be re-routed to another account. I contacted their customer service for them to do a review of my account and no research is done on their end and no reason for the closure is given. I also had several fraudulent charges on my account and was never given my money back in those instances.

      Monday, September 1, 2025 - 3 1/2 hours on the phone....I had a ********* issue with not being able to get the ** channels. I went on line to ********* chat. This chat routed me to a "service tech" who went through the normal trouble shooting routines. He had me to download an app call RealVNC Connect in order for him to troubleshoot further. From there, this "tech" went into my Cash APP and stole $750 and into a Credit card for an additional $400. I immediately filed a dispute with *************** denies this tech is part of their empire, my bank is saying it's a Cash App problem and now Cash App has denied any fraudulent activity based on the fact that it came directly from my account and the credit card is still working on it.The number of the supposed ********* tech is ************. He goes by the name of *****. He has even communicated with me after the fact, via text and voice, that they took too much money and they want to refund it. They want me to re-install that same app so they can "put" the money back.Of course, I'm not going to do this. I believe Cash App should reverse the transactions based on the accounting of the events. I'm not sure what they consider fraudulent if it is not this.The whole interaction was a service tech from Direct trying to fix my ** problem. This tech someone infiltrated the *********'s Chat line. I thought I was dealing with Direct the full time. There was no break in the conversation. He just kept going from one thing to the next "trying" to get the ** working. I had no idea he was really hacking my banks.

      I am rejecting this response because:  This issue is still active.  I have received the refund for the $249, but not the $499.  They resolved the one withdrawal in my favor and not the bigger one.  These withdrawals happened back to back.  He tried to get more with several other attempts.  Even the next day, he said he had taken too much and wanted to refund to me, just needed my account information.  I absolutely denied this.  The guy went into my account and attempted several withdrawals without my permission.  He was pretending to be ********** trying to fix my problem.  Some how he infiltrated my on-line chat with Direct.  He had me going back and forth to my Direct Equipment as if he were trying to reset everything, etc.  He stole from me during this time when he had access to my information thru Direct.  I have sent the conversations he has had with me to Cash App and to the BBB.  I have also sent his email address, his phone number (which has since been disconnected).  Again, Cash App gave me back the $249.  Cash App denied the $499.  Cash App needs to refund the $499.  Direct has denied this person being a part of their company.  I just need the stolen my money back.

      Complaint Against: Cash App (Square, Inc.)Complaint Description:On August 25, 2025, I was contacted by an individual who falsely claimed to be law enforcement. This person told me there was a warrant out for my arrest and that I needed to pay for a bond in order to avoid legal consequences. Under this false pretense, I was instructed to send $1,750 through Cash App.After the transaction, I realized this was a scam and that the individual was not law enforcement. I immediately recognized that Cash App was the payment method used to perpetrate the fraud. I contacted Cash App for assistance in recovering my funds, but I have not received any meaningful help or resolution.While I understand that Cash App may not be directly responsible for the actions of third-party scammers, the company facilitated the transaction and has not provided sufficient support for fraud victims like myself. I believe Cash App should have stronger protections in place to prevent scams of this nature and to assist customers when fraud occurs.Desired Resolution:I am requesting a full refund of the $1,750 that was fraudulently taken from me via Cash App.Thank you.

      Cash app refused to give a provisional credit for something that was obviously a mistake on there behalf. I was in a hospital and my money of iver $******* was transferred out of my account into a account that I have never even had. I requested a refund but they closed my account prior to this so in there eyes I don't matter. $******* is a lot of money to me and I'm very upset about it. I didn't authorize nor receive or benefit from this ******* there insured for this sort of thing so why can't they be more helpful instead of judgmental.

      I received a message from Cashapp that my account was being closed due to a violation. I reached out to them on several different occasions to get answers and questions. for almost 45 days I have been receiving the same response that is not consistent to the information that was presented. they keep stating they are escalating my case and reviewing information and nothing has been resolved. there is not anyone to call or talk too and they continue to send the same misleading information.

      I had been utilizing Cash app to transfer money to family friends etc in the midst my personal information was compromised and it's costing me daily.       Cashapp. Card information stolen. Fraudulent activity. I have used them for years and all of a sudden a few thousand dollars to one vendor unauthorized. Contacted support, closed cards, gave information requested. Account closed with no follow up, no information. Logged in to contact cashapp support and was blocked from them with no ability to speak to support and was not provided documentation or follow up questions. Thousands gone and just blocked. Im at a loss, I followed all regulations, answered all questions and just blocked.
