They make this as confusing as possible just to get one payment I've spent an hour and support tells me to do things and click tabs that don't actually exist that I'm supposed to know what they are I wouldn't ask if I knew stop using about 3 years ago turned back on to accept the payment have had a horrible day and support doesn't seem to understand anythingReview from Mark J

Horrible customer service. I treid to download/login etc after 5 years of not using it. They said my account was closed due to violation of TOS, but they literally hung up on me 3 times without being able to find what the violation was. I have NEVER violated TOS on any program and there was 0 history. I asked for a superviser and was hung up on. Ridiculous. Luckily I found a workaround and will continue using Zelle, Paypal and Venmo. Cashapp sucks! ZERO stars.Review from Leilani D

**************** via app and phone *****. Over all I never had a problem, but the one time I do, they refused to help. So I called the company I purchased from, found out they dont have a hold on my money, and since I have no confirmation email, clearly there is no reason for money to be missing from my account. So i chatted, there said the business had the money and waiting for it to finish processing, false, so I called. They said it again, but this isn't some tiny company, it is medieval times. Could you imagine trying to tell me that medieval times would somehow fail to give me my reservation and still take my money? No, so I asked for them to turn off the hold on their end, cash apps end, nope. Not at all, did not happen. They told me it was impossible. I was like, it very well is possible, banks and bank cards do it all the time. Some banks call the other company to verify it was a transaction error. Nope, not cash app... I got hung up on. Did I get emotional, yes, because the worked kept blaming the other company for everything and refused to hear anything I was saying. So now I am down ****** that I hope will one day return and now have nothing for my husband for our anniversaryReview from Alexa E

Cash app is a fraud. They always have people that you can't understand and who can't understand you . I am a disabled Grandmother raising 4 of my grandkids, $1000 dollars were stolen from me. My email address, pin number, and phone number was removed from my account while I was sleep at night. The next morning when I woke up, I immediately noticed it and contacted them to report it. They could clearly see that I never sent or received anything from this person. They took everything and left me with $12. No other mobile bank has any fraud problems like Cash app. Please help..it needs to be investigated and shut down. Our funds suppose to be protected and money is supposed to be given back....This App doesn't care about the people. Please help us...this site is a joke...please help usReview from Beverly H

I wish I could give 0 starsfirst, they promote getting your tax return sent to cash app, only for them to lock your account when trying to move the money from your cash app to bank account which is in the same namethen you get to e sarcastic customer service agents who are of no help. They just send automated messages with no explanation. I literally tried to cash out my funds to my bank and my account is locked for 24 hours. I explained to them it was me and provided proof it was me, only to bstill have to wait on money I very much need. I cant wait until they unlock my account so that I can cash out and CLOSE THE ACCOUNTReview from Aaron W

When you want to use the card they block it the night before last I was asleep and I wasn't not using the card and somebody was deputy me. I don't know who's running Cash App. But I get woke up with a text. The night before last and now they shut my card off when I did not tell them to what kind of idiots run this company. I need my card when I need it. What if I was out someplace stranded? I guess it doesn't matter to them. Because after a certain time they want, you'd awake until morning. The most inconvenient way to spend money. I used my card at a gas station with the knowledge Id have a hold but that it ALWAYS goes back into my account in 30 mins. I made the payment on Friday when I got paid. ITS NOW MONDAY & the transaction completed but there is STILL a $175 hold on my ********* being told I have to wait 7 days to the exact timestamp to see if the hold lifts & if not then I have to give them a call Monday. I have several medical bills, visitations with my kids, phone bill & need to buy a refill on my medication that I HAVE to take daily. This resulted in me having to borrow money once again putting myself in a deeper hole because they are refusing to take the hold off and Im being told it can be taken off manually by the company yet cashapp is refusing to take any blame or consideration. They dont even want to consider reimbursement for the extra money I had to borrow for necessities because I dont know what else you want me to do I did everything just wait the 7 days. **** wont be using again most definitely & super sad cause I just ordered a new card for $5. As much money as I use in and out youd think theyd have the courtesy to remove the hold ONE TIME
