  I was scammed by a fake appliance repairman named *** ******* of *******, **. He has taken thousands of dollars from others. I notified CashAp multiple times and they find no fraud despite proof. Stay away from s*** ap. And never pay anyone in advance for any service.

  Account was closed permanently and I was told i gambled. Not one representative could provide proof of this. I used cash app for years, sending and receiving money for bills, gas, food, etc. Never once have I broken law or gambled. Its ridiculous and unprofessional how they are doing people. Do not use cash app!

  They cancelled my account and never told me why or gave me a chance to fix anything. They just said I violated their terms of service -even though I asked multiple times and disputed it. I still have no idea what I did wrong.

  I completed a transaction which was try it before you buy it I authorized 5.95 five dollars and ninety five cents cash app allowed them to overdraft my account for ****** one hundred thirty eight dollars I complained tried to get my money back they denied it then I never received the products so its been two months got a notification that cash app will steal another 133 dollars from my account Im getting a lawyer

  I have been using Cash App since 2019 and have experienced consistent success. My God has authorized me to use the account for her business purposes. I primarily utilize the account for transactions related to vending machines at my workplace, and I do not use it for paying bills. The Cash App advance feature has been beneficial. However, recently, I attempted to use my account at a vending machine at work, only to find that my account had been unexpectedly closed without any apparent reason. Upon researching on Reddit, I discovered that hundreds of users are experiencing similar issues. I contacted customer support, expecting a brief explanation; however, I was only provided with a script stating that the process would take approximately thirty seconds and that the terms and conditions would be read. Unfortunately, none of these terms applied to my situation. This situation is unacceptable, and I believe that action needs to be taken. I hope that a class action lawsuit will be initiated soon to address these concerns.

  On September 8th my son sent me money to repay a loan. On that same morning an account was added to my account as a ***** for deposit. I only had my bank account on the app and pushed instant transfer. My money went to someone else's credit card and CashApp will not help me recover it. Do not trust this app it has and can be hacked costing you hundreds of dollars.

  I have a protective order against an individual and in an attempt to circumvent a protective order issued in Colorado, who has jurisdiction. The subpoena came from Alaska, which does not have jurisdiction. I had notified block of the circumstances per there policies and regulations such as A legal document, specifically a court order, such as a permanent protective order, can prohibit Cash App from releasing information related to a protected individual. Cash App is generaly obligated to comply with valid legal orders, including those that require the preservation of privacy.

  A permanent protective order acts as a legal shield, restricting Cash App from releasing information related to the protected individual to the person named in the order.
  Privacy Concerns:
  The protective order acknowledges the need to protect the privacy and safety f the protected ndividual by limiting the release of personal information.
  Legal Consequences:
  Cash App would need to comply with the protective order, and releasing information despite its existence could lead to legal ramifications.
  They still informed me that I would have to file an objection with the court in Alaska who does not have jurisdiction. I even showed proof that colorado had jurisdiction, and they still did not pay attention. This particular individual has a very violent history. And has sexually abused my daughter, and physically abused my son as I also sent in records of that too Cash App to make them see how severe it is. And how important it is for them to follow their own policies, but also my protective order, they chose not to. So for anyone who has any regards for safety, they will release your information, they will release people. You associate with information and will not take any regard for your privacy. Whatsoever, although their policies say otherwise they do not follow protocol or professionalism, they will overwrite it. I am currently filing a lawsuit because of this matter.

  This is crazy. I've been using cash app to pay my bills forever. I opened one up for my daughter and granddaughter. My granddaughter works. They flag my account for fraud. What the heck. Her checks are dropped into this from auto zone . Not one if us can access our money. My account never gets more that 100 put in there weekly from my own husband. They said we have to wait a month. This is awful and unfair and a scam

  I have been using Cash app for six or more years now with zero issues. I mainly use it to transfer money from my father to myself or to my children. Out of the blue, they closed and locked my account and said I went against policies. I cant imagine what I did and they will not tell me. I tried to fight it, and I was denied. If youre going to cancel something on somebody, you should at least give them a reason why and maybe a chance to explain what they did if they did anything at all I dont feel like I did anything. I am a jokester by nature so in my notes, I may say funny things to the person I am transferring money with, but to somebody else it may not be funny. If thats the reason it should be private. I dont understand.
