  Dear Cash App Support,I am writing to formally request a review of the recent closure of my Cash App account. I received a notification that my account was closed due to a violation or suspicious activity, but I have not been given a clear explanation as to what specific activity led to this action.I would like to clarify that I use Cash App strictly for personal purposesprimarily to send and receive money from family and friends. I also use it as a convenient way to manage bill payments, similar to how I would use a traditional bank account. I do not engage in any activity that violates Cash Apps terms of service, and I am unsure what may have triggered this action.I respectfully ask for a full review of my account and activity history. If there is any misunderstanding or if further information is needed to verify my identity or activity, I am more than willing to cooperate.Please let me know if there is a way to appeal this decision or to recover access to my funds. I would appreciate any clarity you can provide regarding the reason for the suspension.

  My Cash app got hacked and every time I call its really hard to understand and get good customer service because no one speaks very good English. I will take cash app to court. If I have to to get my money back they let this happen and I would never recommend this app to anyone.!!

  Do Not use cash app I believe they work with black market because they let someone hack our checking account took all of our money including my paycheck don't want to pay me my money back so be careful with them

  If I could give 0 stars I would!! My 12 year old daughter has $40 on her cash app that she cannot use due to a investigation that nobody can tell me why it was even flagged. All she did was try to send $11 to my cash app because she didnt have her card so she tried to use my card but it declined. This said investigation been going on almost a month with no explanation. I dont understand why they have customer service because they always have to send to special team!! They doing too much about my baby $40

  Cashapp refused a merchant refund (from **********) but it was processed on *********** side and shown as completed. Being how ********** shows the transaction was complete, and I have the receipt along with additional documents from the **********, they claim there is nothing more that they are able to do. Cashapp refuses to do anything and claims that the merchant entered the card information wrong (everyone knows that no card information was entered, it was just a reversal used from the original purchase that processed just fine) ********** claims they processed it correctly and has the documentation to prove it. cashapp has the money and will not release it. Being how no one will do anything at cashapp, there doesnt seem to be anything that can be done. Cash apps customer service is a complete joke, you cant speak with a supervisor, you cant get anyone to actually understand the problem and they just continually circle the same lines. They do nothing to resolve the problem.I do not trust them! If there is ever a problem it will absolutely be met with no resolution. Do not use cashapp!

  Cash App doesn't provide protection for business users , they allow people to fraud especially small businesses for example a woman by the name of Ernecin ***** ,Cash App users name ,**** **** on September 4 , get service at my salon at the cost of $180 .00 claim that she send the money through cash app, but no money was credited to my cash app account, when I alert cash app they inform me that the money was not credited to my account because the client didn't complete all the required step ,and that is was my responsibility to get in touch with the client, which I did over a 3 days period, the client keep telling me that her bank already pay cash app ,and follow up by sending me a screenshot of the payment, but I have not received any payment from cash app or the client, so I reported the issue as scam to cash app but they are telling me there's nothing that they can do ,not even to get in touch with the sender ,This is clearly a scam and should be dealt with by cash app

  Cash app does not care about there customer service. I had a fraudulent charge. thankfully I was only charged once for this fraudulent charge the company in question keeps trying to charge my card. When I went to cash app about a refund they were no help only telling me to contact the company that keep charging me. Like I haven't thought of that. Tried that the company in question can't be reached When I explained this to them they basically told me there is nothing they can do. They can't refund me. So after I got ahold of the company in question they refused to refund me. Trying to claim i had no proof when I indeed had screen shots and downloaded documents form cash app. When I got ahold of cash app they tried to tell me the same thing o with a new advice why not block the company that's charging me? After explaining to them I did this and do not want a refund just for them to investigate my clames so I can comfortably use cash app again without worrying the company in question will take out any money form my account especially since I was using cash app for convince with payments form my clients they told me they would send my request to a specialist. I already did this I told them and never heard anything back. It always fells like I'm talking to a AI whenever I message cash app customer support service or if anyone is on the other end they have a script they go off of or something because I eventually asked them how to request a new card. Then they asked me to send them the transactions so I sent them every one thinking we were getting somewhere Only to be told to block the company that was charging me. Wow like did we not have this conversation a few minutes ago? Then after explaining how I told them we already talked about why that didn't work the customer service employees said well request a new card. Wow like I didn't recommend that before or something like I didn't ask how to do that in our chat.

  Cashapp suspended me from using it completely, no reason just to take my money. I deposited $1000.00. Bought bitcoin and instantly lost money, I left it on Cashapp until I recovered the losses and withdraw it back to my bank account. They claim this is fraudulent behavior. Don't trust Cashapp

  Cash App will not allow me to sponsor my son. They keep saying I violated terms but will not tell me the specific term I violated. I have had no wrong doing and resent the company being accusatory without providing me with the exact offense I supposedly committed.
