      Zero stars if it will let me leave it blank I wish I could do negative two stars. I need with u guys too long to be going thru what im dealing with for a month now. I have an account. For like 7 years now I have two paychecks 2400 bucks jus sitting and I've had direct deposit with yall over 4 years also. I have tried for almost 4 weeks to get my card unlocked or transfer it then transfer it from old cash app to new one. No kne seems to be able to jus give me my money I answered all the questions all the birthdays social number pin numbers passwords all that and I have been on the phone dealing with this 20 times for an hour each time and the results always the same. The system won't let me do it. Well the system ***** if that's what im supposed to be dependant on to get my own **** money. My lights are bout to get cut off my internet already did I need my money and im done with the excuses I'll get a lawyer I r whateveri gotta do i need my money yesterday. Yall gotta figure something out or im jumping ship for sure

      Ca$h app has had $500 of mine for 7 weeks in an account I can not access as I was assaulted and robbed. They have been unwilling to transfer the monies to an account I can access and will not return the monies to the senders. I have asked for a call from a Manager and to date that has not happened. They refuse to help and placate via online help. They also will not provide the contact information of their General Counsel, so as to begin legal procedures! 7 weeks! Rediculous! Terrible Customer Service...if that's what you call it!

      I am filing this complaint against Cash App due to the unjust closure of my account. I had trusted Cash App as one of my main banks and set up my direct deposit to it, along with requesting a card. Due to frequent travel for work, Cash App occasionally declined some transactions, which was inconvenient but understandable. My main issue began at ***************** when I tried to buy a ticket back to ******** and discovered that ***************** did not honor the Cash App card. This was a significant concern, as I had not been made aware of this limitation. Consequently, a kind individual named ******* ******** paid $369.18 for my ticket, which I reimbursed in cash, and also covered an additional $40 for checked baggage.Later, at ******, I realized I had left my card at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, and unauthorized transactions followed, including multiple charges at that restaurant, *********, and other places like ********* ***** and ************ Despite my detailed evidence, including my boarding pass showing I was in ******** at the time of the unauthorized charges, Cash App dismissed my claim as fraudulent and closed my account. Furthermore, when I tried to contact Cash App support for a second time, I was informed that I could not reach the decision-makers and that any appeal could take up to 30 days, with no further communication. This lack of transparency and support has left me feeling betrayed. I request the ***** assistance in reviewing this matter and ensuring a fair resolution.CASH APP IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY from this app no security no transparency no customer service just foreigners that are hired to pretend they can help but ends up shutting down i cant even get my own acct number til i get escalated to a different team thatll only email me but i cant be transferred in the phone call so i have to hang up and wait for an email thatll look professional and just tell me to f off in **** without giving me what i need

      fix your system so people arent getting scammed out of money. I have ligititmate refund requests and they all get denied with no accountability.

      So far my experience with cash app has been great I mean you've got the overdraft money you've got the loan money. I've been with them a while and I haven't had any problem. But after reading all these reviews it's a little bit scary. The only problem I have is they just added a thing called a pool I'm not really liking that. But so far I haven't had any trouble reaching customer service Transactions have been quick.

      My paychecks were getting deposited into cash app and because of a certain situation that was harmless. They have frozen my account and is now been a month. It does not take a month to check somebodys account and fix the problem. It got to the point to where Im getting evicted now because cash app wont get off their tail to do what they need to do so I can have my money. I kind of feel like cash app is broke And just playing with my money and Im not talking a little bit of money. Im talking a lot and I want my money.

      They added money on my account twice knowing that my bank ****************** doesnt accept any over draft fees at all. If the money isnt there, its not there. So, now my bank account is in the negative and theyre telling me that cant do anything. My bank teller was confused because they denied and it still went through unfortunately.

      I contacted cash app about my card and he kept answering the wrong question and telling me I couldn't read. I know how to read, why couldn't he f****** learn how himself and answered the correct question that was asked. So if you ever need help do not speak to *****.

      I was trying to withdraw and accidentally hit *********** needed to withdraw the entire amount which changed the % taken to the highest amount. The transaction took under a min to fix my mistake. But still after calling to explain, they basically told me oh well. The app is set up where you could easily make this mistake. Yet no relief from the company. No sympathy from C/S. Saying we'll provide you with a complaint # but this actually has no meaning, just pacification. You should update your app to ask if your sure youd like to deposit because ppl make misclicks regularly. Seems like you dont mind because it give you a better % money in pocket right? Touching a button cost me over 20$ not great customer service. Nor a moral business plan.
