      On 11/26/22 I made 2 transactions to buy Bitcoins. 1. $147.00, 2nd $10.00 Total $157.00 to pay *************** that only accepts Bitcoins through Cash App.A message showed that I need to get verification by scanning my government ** and a selfie photo holding the ** and the verification will take 1-2 days.I've received text messages through Cash App Support on Tuesday from ***** saying having to send to an advocate. This went back and forth for 8 text messages. I received text message from **** needing to pass to a specialist. I sent the same documents 3 more times message back could not verify. this has gone on for 3 more times sending the documents stating it will take up to 4 days. then they send a text that they cannot verify me to send the documents again. These text messages have gone on everyday since Tuesday. (Wednesday, Thursday now Friday) asking me to rescan my government ** and selfie.I just want to cancel this transaction and refund my money, but the advocate texted back saying no refunds on Bitcoins.This purchase doesn't work for me if I can't get a verification. My *************** subscription has expired I've got $157.00 in Bitcoins I can't use.I want a refund of my US cash dollars.

      My cash app credit card number was stolen on line and used in a total amount of over ******* I reach out to cash app on Nov 23 to get charges refunded. Did everything they wanted send what proof I had and the keep denying the dispute. Called in multiple times to talk to a manager to get answers and the customer service representative say there is no Manger on staff but they will reach out in email. I get a email from a Manger and can not response to talk to the Manger due to its no reply to email.i called several times yesterday because customer service representative say the are escalating to the next department for Investagition but half hour to hour later I get denied claim email.talking to two rep yesterday same no manager on staff one customer service representative by the name of ****** while asking for a Manger and explain how unfair this is that I can't talk to a Manger hung up on me.the I called back spoke to another rep by the name of ************ stated there's no manager and nothing else he can do if I would like him just to cancel the claim on his end because there is no manager to speak to then hung up on me. I've been going back and for with cash app from Nov 23 to Dec 1st trying to get a resolution to my missing money that was tooken out my account to some sports betting site .cash app stated to reach out to the merchant which I did twice threw email because there base out in ****** and have no number on there website and the merchant keeps stating cash has to request the refund. Sending all the paper trails from the merchant to cash app and still not getting anywhere.

      I have multiple disputes on transactions I never made. Cashapp policy says it can take up to 45 days for the investigation, but if that decision is made then a credit to the account will be given. I have multiple disputes over 10 days and they will not give me a simple answer to any of my questions. All copy and pasted messages. Im also getting made to feel like Im being a huge burden on their days simply because that money was taken from me and I really need my money I work so hard for it. They just keep playing around even after I sent them their own policy after they said I was wrong. I was actually right but no resolution has came at all.

      On November 1, 2022 I was completing a cash out the transaction cancelled. Got an email saying funds will be returned to my account. After waiting all day I contacted and got no response until they were closed.their is no phone number and you can only chat. The representative stated it was cancelled for lack of funds. They took the money from my account cancelled the transaction and never returned the funds. Yet even with thousands of complaints the BBB gives them an A+ obviously this must be a joke. Either that or they pay someone for this rating. Please dont give your money Ive closed my account it wasnt much money so ****** learned. Too little to take to small claims court. I provided an email and address to return my money but closed this account immediately.

      I recently received an email from cash app for a business account. I do not have a business account with them. So I decided to chat with someone twice about this situation. I never did get a response, so I closed my account and today I called and he's couldn't help me since I closed my account. So I ask him how do I take care of this situation. He couldn't give me no knowledgeable information. Than he hung up on me. I see why they ?? are being sued. I just need answers to my question. What a unprofessional company. Never Again!!

      So my card was used to to book a hotel room off Agoda. Someome copied down my number number. I reached out to cash app to file my first dispute because the other one was still pending. Maybe a few weeks later they supplied me with ****** as provisional credit. I then file a dispute for ******. I got a email from ***** stating that I needed to contact my bank to resolve the issue. I sent a screenshot to cash app inside the app. APPERENTLY cash app support act like they don't know how to handel customer complaints. They turn around and closed my account talking about I was in violation of their terms and services and they had no other information. Now just they other day cash app sent me a email telling me the credit that was given was final and permanent. The they turn around and denied my dispute for ******. Which to me makes NO SENSE! Both charges were fraudulent. So how do I win one dispute and lose the other. You know the crazy thing is cash app has a history of denying people disputes leaving customers without any real reasons. Now I called cash app and explained to someone in detail and they said that it makes no sense either it to return all my money *** told me to file another dispute and I did. I wanted up today and got a email saying denied ?? . Look keep the account closed I could careless about doing business with a deceitful company that's all about money and not customer satisfaction. But I want my money. I'm on a fixed income and don't need anyone stealing money from me especially a company like cash app. Please return my money .

      When I woke up on Tuesday Nov 29 @6:30am I checked my phone it said I had 19 unknown pending transactions on my cash app. Im confused & frustrated, someone bought 6,810.87$ worth of stuff on these unknown apps Ive NEVER bought from before. I tried calling cash app support to see if they can block and put my card on lock & report it as well as filing disputes for each an every single one if the transactions. I have screen shots of the unknown payments that were made while I was asleep during the time. Most of them were declined because it was marked as suspicious activity which were! They couldve taken more from me, but didnt. I filed disputes for everyone of them and yesterday @9:02pm I got emails saying they were denied.. today Dec 1, 22, I gotten couple more emails saying the disputes were denied. Im highly upset because *** never bought anything while I was asleep. I tried contacting the merchants to see about stopping the payments to get a refund through anything from my card used on their app, no response. I also know for a fact I have no receipt showing that I was the one that bought any merchandise from them. I know I wont get anything because I didnt do any of it. Please help me get my money back.
