    I have bought from Spring several times, with great satisfaction. I am now a Creator on Spring. I'm just getting started and have had a couple hiccups along the way. Their Creator Help has been very informative and helpful.

    I had to contact them about an order and I got a response within 24hrs. They were able to clarify my order. I had got one saying email saying I ordered 1 shirt instead of the 2 I ordered. They looked into this and found out it was spilt into 2 orders and the person resent my order email to showing the 2 shirts. They also made sure I was satified which I was.

    Shirt I have received is excellent. Colors, sizing, etc. I thought it would be ** sizing, so I ordered up and it is a US 2X and big. But ****** learned. Slava *******

    I orders item in April. *************** lost my order twice. Each time I contacted customer care they sent a free replacement. Third time was the charm. I finally received it today. Great service putting customer first. Thank you again.

    Great customer service- was able to get my product a lil late but received a reprint after having the first one lost in the mail? Also very prompt on responding once had access to the help center :)

    To be fair they are a really good place to start but if your business starts to boom DO NOT USE SPRING! I was doing several HUNDREDS of dollars a day and at the time my shirts did not go against ANY terms of service. They unlimately shut down my account and threatened to hold my money... They later changed their terms of service to specifically ban my type of designs and NEVER gave access again.

    Was accidentally double charged and product had not been received. Had timely and effective email replies with ****** and we were able to solve both issues in a timely fashion. Can't wait for my shirt to arrive.
