    Ordered 3 months ago. told them to cancel my order 3 weeks ago they said ok. So I ordered from another company. Now 3 weeks later after they said they canceled they said its been shipped and they cant cancel

    In business for 10 years and they continue to scam people!! I placed an order one month ago and am getting nowhere in regards to requests for the status of the order. ****** should ban from internet sales.

    This company is a scam. Worst customer service. I had to close my tee spring account and contacted them to do so, they did not send my available balance yet and when I asked them, the reply was you should have taken the money before requesting to close the account. What a joke, nobody told me this when I requested to close my account. Moreover, subscription renewal has happened without any notice. Contacted a few times to solve the issue but no reply from them yet.

    Worst customer service. We are a non-profit, we make money to run the league by selling merchandise. We never received a payout for our first sales run. I reported this issue on December 1st, it's now January 3rd and it's still not resolved. The only updates I get are when I contact the customer service to request an update. They have no tracking system for these issues. In addition, a few have come to me stating they never received their orders from over a month ago. I'm closing our store and looking for another service.

    This company is a scam...Insults and rips off veterans.Imposible to contact and or get responses from their contact support link. No numbers to contact, no physical addresses to find.Products are NOT made in America.ie: ???? All items are designed, printed & shipped from the greatest country in the world! ????Multiple companies associated w no information leading one into a spiral trying to track a paid for order - from ********** **, to *************, to back east etc. Product quantality is beyond inferior and made in *********.I ordered 3 shirts on the 16th of December w 2 day shipping. Received one shirt after Christmas, and two never received to date. 1st shirt 1st wash shrunk more than one size in cold.No response from Spring to date. Lost money (stolen)Scam not legitimate.

    I ordered from teespring in June and haven't received the product. (6 months later). Asked several times for it, and also for a refund. Was told via email that they would refund my shipping costs, but even that has not materialized. I have asked 3 times for a full refund, but have been categorically told no to a refund, and the standard response is that it's been "delayed in production". This company/website is a scam to me and I'd like the buyer to beware of making any purchases from this site. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

    I've ordered from Teespring several times. The products come as advertised, in a timely manner. On the one occasion I had an issue, I contacted them and received prompt follow-up from a representative (****), who delivered resolution even beyond what I expected. Professional, and patient. And because of that, I will be a repeat customer.

    These people took my money and never sent the merchandise. They have no way to talk to a live person. They also do not respond to emails. I ordered a phone case and was given the order number XXXXXXXXXXXX. It claimed on the site a ***** day arrival date. I ordered it Oct 9. This is November without it showing up. Actually my 9-year-old granddaughter ordered it because she follows someone named ***** ********* on ******* who sells merchandise and we ordered it from her store, not knowing this TEESPRING scam would be involved. Anyway, it never came ( I suspect the creators are not being told about orders for their merchandise.. and Teespring just keeps the money and ignores customer complaints). Anyway, I have emailed as instructed, no response. I went to chat like the voicemail instructs. The chat asked my order number and then said it is not a valid one because it is too short. Well, THEY provided it to me and it is still showing as that order number on my Afterpay acct. So Teespring chat said without a better order number they cannot help me at all. In other words, they are stealing my money, not looking into it and they hope I go away. I was a journalist for 30 years before I retired and I wont go away. I will be looking into a complaint with the **************************

    I am absolutely delighted with my purchase! I ordered it as a Christmas gift for my daughter and it is so perfect, that I actually want to travel the 400 miles to give it to her, just to see the look on her face when she opens it!The picture was extensively packaged so arrived safely. As an added bonus, it is ready to hang-a frame would detract from its perfection. Every year, I wrack my brain trying to find the perfect gift, and this is it! Thank you so very much!!
