    I've just started my business brand with TeeSpring and I have to say I'm impressed and very pleased with the excellent customer service as well as the helpfulness they offer with newbies like myself in this arena.

    I have been using this business to make tumblers and mugs for the past few months. I have never had any issues until last night when I got a tumbler that had a cracked lid and a few scratches on the tumbler it's self. I got onto Instagram and asked if I could get a new tumbler and was told my new order number along with a email telling they are reprinting. I have read so many reviews of how terrible this company is but I have been nothing but amazed at their products and customer service.

    I ordered a Shirt and a sticker on Feb. 1, 2023 and have not gotten anything from them on what is now April 8th of 2023. I wanted to see the quality and turnaround times in order to market some goods, but there is no way that it should take two months to get a shirt and a sticker. I have ordered things that were manufactured and shipped from ***** that took less time, during the middle of the pandemic. Absolutely terrible timeframe. I have not seen the quality of the product, because it has still not gotten here, but it better be fantastic. Not impressed so far. ***********************

    Wort printing company I have ever worked with! Horrible experience with the graphics peeling of the first time and then they BEGGED me to use them again for my business and they again messed up. Blurred graphics, merch sent with only one side doneHORRIBLE COMPANY! We are a non profit of abuse survivors and I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! they dont even care when I told them, now did they let me take care of the issues for my donors. They made everyone individually reach out. So disappointed and dissatisfied. Furthermore, it feels like a very dishonest company in general. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    I ordered a sweatshirt on January 24th 2023 and it showed delivery of the item would be the first week of February. The middle of February still showed my item in production. I wrote an email to see if I could get an updated delivery date and I was told it could be a couple of weeks. I waited a couple of weeks and checked the order, still in production. I emailed again and they said nothing new. Today is March 24th and the item is still showing in production. I don't know if they are growing the cotton to make the item but having to wait 2 months and having the item not even make it out of production is past the point I was willing to wait. I have now asked for a refund. I will probably have to wait for months to see that now

    My granddaughter ordered a t shirt for me for Christmas. Teespring (Spring) sent the incorrect t shirt and after 3 months of promising to print the correct t shirt and send it, Spring cancelled the order (against my stated wishes) and stated they were refunding the money. As it was a Christmas gift, the money will not come to me. I informed Spring of this. Terrible customer service.

    If I could give Spring a 0 I would. The most unprofessional group I have ever had to deal with. Any time there was an issue involving customer service they would promise a timeline and then not only not meet it, but go beyond the estimate by weeks. I requested prices to be updated, they said ***** hours and it would be done. Six weeks later and it still wasn't done. I purchased a domain name through them for my shop and had it set on auto renew. Well the auto renew date came and went and it didn't work. I contacted support and they told me that feature doesn't work and it would take 5 weeks to get my domain back. Two weeks into the process I changed my mind and told them to release my domain to me because I had too many terrible experiences with them and wanted to cut ties. They said another five weeks and I would have the code. Six weeks later and they tell me oh we actually can't release a code on an expired domain (even though it was their fault) and they didn't provide any other way for me to get my domain and they didn't take any responsibility for the issue. Spring is full of liars and has THE WORST customer service. If you request to speak to a supervisor they tell you that "they monitor closely" but they will never reach out to you. They are a terrible company and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Half of the shirts I got printed were ruined after one wash cycle also. Terrible quality and the absolute worst people you ever have to deal with. STAY FAR AWAY!! They are now renamed SPRING, stay far away!!!

    I bought 8 stickers for $51. All were supposed to arrive in no more than a week. I waited about two weeks for the first four stickers. The others, I waited THREE MONTHS. after 4 weeks of waiting, I tried to contact them to see what the problem was. I didn't get an answer until two months since my order was created. When I got a reply, they didn't bother to tell me why it was taking so long. I talked to three people who had no idea what was going on. To try and help the situation, they refunded shipping which totaled $3.50...It wasn't until month three that they finally told me they were changing printing partners, and that my stickers were put on hold until they got new ones. I told them that was rediculous, and that im outraged that they didn't tell me this three months ago. I asked if I can get a full refund WITH my product for all of the hassle, and waiting I went through just to get them to answer my emails. They refused to give me both. They said I can have one or the other. Product, or refund. So, I asked for the refund, we'll see if I even get that in the next three months.I was just trying to support a friend's small business. Now they'll never get the support they need because of this terrible company.I really hope this hasn't happened to any of my friends other patrons.

    Definite scam. I seriously don't understand how they stay in business. Been trying for month to get the status of an order, to no avail, and once I finally did, they hesitated on saying how long my refund would take (still hadn't even gotten the order and they couldn't even tell me what the status was lol) I'm curious to see the refund for the (******) order. It's a shame you can't add screenshots to this system. It's seriously crazy how bad this was. Ironically I had ordered from someone else's store. I have stores with them myself, after this experience, I'm closing up shop and moving my own shops to another company. I would never do this to a customer.

    Ordered a shirt Jan 5 that was estimated to be here by Jan 30. Its March 7 and it says it shipped yesterday who knows if Ill actually get it. Ridiculous wait time and zero communication. I have reached out to both emails 3 times and can not find a way to speak to a live person.
