    I placed an order for a t-shirt and hoodie from Spring (formerly Teespring) over a month ago. Since then, Ive gotten nothing but the runaroundautomated responses, no real help, and no official response for over a week.On top of that, I am also a designer on the platform. I requested a payout of $98.15 on September 6th, 2025, and as of today I still have not received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, all I get are canned messages and empty reassurances.This company has taken both my money as a customer and my earnings as a creator, and refuses to provide any real communication or resolution. Their BBB rating of F is well deserved. I am demanding a refund for the order I placed and the payout of $98.15 I am owed.Spring/Teespring needs to stop hiding behind automated replies and start honoring their commitments to both customers and creators. Until then, I strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with them.

    Total scam. Ordered a tote bag that was never delivered. The site immediately says it is "in production" so you cannot cancel the order even after months of no updates.

    easy to do business with / purchase a "music related" t-shirt / l bought one other shirt from this company in the past / their quality is way above & beyond almost every other t-shirt seller l have deal with / the look - the feel of material used - the ******************* durability of the design on the shirt is excellent / these people are "first class" !!!

    After several emails, a broken chat on mobile and a conversation on my computer, they failed to do anything to help get me my order. They even said they would prioritize it, but they obviously lied **************** garbage customer service, garbage business practices. Both sellers and buyers should avoid at all costs

    I should leave less than 1 star, but they eventually refunded my money. Worst online shopping experience ever. Avoid like the plague. They will take your money and string you along for months. They initially blamed "heavy holiday orders" even though my order was placed in May. Then it was supply chain issues. Do not order from this company.

    They were very nice and they understand my complaint and what happened to my items about not arriving so they send a full refund and should get my refund between around 3-5 business days Thanks again

    This company has to be a scam. I ordered 1 item on 04/28/25. Still haven't received it on 08/01/25. Cannot get any info on my purchase, just a run around. I actually unsubscribed from the ******* narrator whose store i purchased from. I'm so disappointed. Don't order from spring powered by amaze ***********. You'll be sad too. I was going to give NO stars but I am required to so reluctantly I gave them 1 star. I feel giving g them 1 star is totally dishonest but what am I to do?

    WORST shopping experience EVER! Ordered T-Shirts on May 2nd. Its Now July 30. Still no t-shirts OR refund. **************** is impossible to get ahold of!! I am done with this company. FUMING MAD!!

    DO NOT order from this company. I placed an order in early March with an initial e-mail saying the product would be delivered by May 5th. PERFECT! This was to be a gift. May came and went with no product, however the full price had been deducted from my account. June 1st I sent in requests for information on the product. Constant run arounds, new "ticket numbers", chat bot conversations all with hollow promises. This item was very important to me. The message on this hoodie was "Mental Health is Mental Wealth". Let me say my mental health was definitely challenged by this run around. Finally, after filing another inquiry on July 11th, I received a response saying they would refund my money. Well, here we are, July 28th, and I am still waiting on that refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Your mental wellness will thank you.
