  I had ordered a hoodie that when it arrived, it had printing issues in the image; like there wasn't enough ink but you could see streaks like a barcode. And also that the image was like pressed into the hoodie really harshly and that if the hoodie stretched, the letters would split. So I contacted CS about it and they got back to me within 24hrs. Then over the next few days we emailed back and forth (weekend in the middle) and they kindly replaced my hoodie with a new one in a new color and size since the XL looked like a 2-3X. Much appr to the help of ***** thru it all. They were very kind and listened. Thank you.

  Great customer service, hands down! Prompt, professional and courteous! Their login is a pain in the **** and their UI needs improvement, but other than that they're awesome.

  At first I had some problems with my order and with the first person I talked to about rectifying the issue. I talked to a gentleman named ****** the second time and he immediately dealt with my issue. I first waited 2 months before reaching out again and once he understood my issue, I received my hoodie in 2 weeks. I would not recommend the first woman I talked to, but ****** was very diligent in dealing with my order and correcting the issue. He provides amazing customer service! I would give 1 star to the woman I first talked to, but 5 stars for ******. I settled on 4 stars for that reason. Again Im very greatful for him correcting the problem.

  Ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered by Aug 28th. **************** for ********************** said to wait 10 business days. Meanwhile, DHL has erased my tracking number and **** has never received the item for last delivery. Was it stolen? Was it abducted by aliens? I want the item and I want the shipping charge refunded.Do better, Spring.

  Wonderful customer service so will definitely utilize them again. My only complaint is that the 2x shirt I ordered did not seem true to size. It seemed small and was definitely short. Typically this size is roomy on me but this was snug and short. I contacted them, they responded the next day and immediately sent out the next size and told me to donate the previous shirt. Now, I wish sizing was different as I have never in my life worn a 3x but overall the quality was very good and the service will have me using them again.
