  One of the best experiences I've had with an online purchase. Timely and courteous customer service. Then when the product got to me, I was also very pleased with the size, ************** of the hoodie. I definitely recommend.

  **** recieved according to tracking but still hadn't delivered so Spring refunded my shipping costs and was willing to replace my order if I didn't receive by 10/20/23. Happy to say order was recieved today.

  Ordered a tank top 4 weeks ago and still haven't received it. It was supposed to arrive last week. The tracking number they gave me never worked since the beginning. I ordered it early enough so I could have gotten before I leave on vacation this week. Very disappointed. Never again

  Fantastic customer service when it came to my issues. A replacement was on its way within days of opening a ticket and I feel confident that the problems with the original will be remedied this time around.

  Whenever i contact customer support, they respond quickly, courteously, ensure the issue is resolved, and make a concerted effort to be helpful. That is something I really appreciate. As of today, i've placed six orders on the site and thought the quality was good for five of the six shirts that i ordered. One shirt was real subpar. On one other occasion, i was sent a shirt that was missing the image on the front. When i sent support an email, they immediately reprinted another shirt and sent it to me. At times, It's not like sailing on glassy water, but it's smooth enough, and if there is an issue it will be taken care of quickly, and in a way that is painless for the customer. The quality support overrides the blemishes which is my rationale for the five rating; which i think is kind, but just as accurate.

  I've had my online store for a few years, now, and it has been a great experience! I love the quality of the t-shirts and the printing, and the fact that the items are available worldwide + ship directly is so conventient!I've had a tiny bit of trouble when creating ~ had to have a separate listing for colors that had the exact same image but required a different color font, (black font on light colored items, white font on dark colored items) and also had one customer reach out to me directly to show a photo of the zippered pouch she purchased with part of the design getting stitched up along the edge. This shouldn't have happened, since I made sure my design was well within the dotted line when creating. **************** is great, always so responsive and helpful!

  The first ****** ***** shirt I ordered was ok but was missing ***** front stamp on the back. I messaged the seller and told them about the mistake. They did an awesome job at fixing the issue. They sent me another shirt at no cost and did a great job of keeping me updated on the making and shipping of the product. I call that service!!????
