    I made the mistake and ordered two of the same poster. Right from the beginning, the customer service has been wonderful. ****** kept me informed with easy and concise instructions. Also, the response was always very quick. Often when you have a problem with a company you swear youll never use them again. I would have absolutely no qualms about ordering from them again. ****** made the process stress free. Best customer service Ive had in a very long time!

    I ordered a t-shirt to be shipped to *******, ******. Unfortunately the package got lost in transit, and the different transport organizations that were involved were not helpful at all. I felt like I was getting send from *** to **** to ************ Spring customer service representative ***** was great; he took the time to understand what was going on, and ordered a replacement t-shirt that I received in a very short time. Excellent customer service, quick turnaround. Thanks *****!

    Best customer service ever! I bought a ********* limited edition t-shirt from Spring, I live in ***************, but it never came, troubles with *** (Shitty delivery firm) I contacted Spring (*****) and they were so nice! My t-shirt was restend twice to the ********* but again I didnt receive it. I asked ***** if it was posible to send it to an ******** adres, so that person can bring it to *************** when I see her, it was no problem at all. Yes I do wait a really long time, but again its not Spring there fault, its ***!! ***** from Spring was really nice and listened to what I had to say and was looking for a solution. So in the end everything is oke! Im grateful that Spring has a customer service that will listen to you and take the time and effort for everything. They could have said, Owh its your problem, but the fact that they didnt do that and resend my t-shirt in total 3 times is amazing. A lot of stores can take an example of their customer service! Im still waiting until I receive the t-shirt from that friend in *******, but this week we will see each other. Im really happy! Thank you and i will order once again! My compliments to ***** and his team! I would definitely recommend them! Thanks once again and I wish you the best! ??

    The customer service agent I spoke to was fantastic, I did not even have an order number and she was super efficient in tracking and assisting me with my problem. When we were through a replacement had been ordered, and I found a complete trackable history of our interaction and the replacement order in my inbox.

    Excellent!! One of my items arrived torn. It was most likely damaged during shipping. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly. They sent out another and I would definitely purchase from them again!!

    My customer service agent (*********) was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer my questions and provide me with resources to review the information for myself. I appreciate her patience during the process because I had a lot of questions. It was nice to receive the whole conversation via email for my records.
