    I was quite pleased with the customer service I received, when I had only received half of my order. Their responses were timely and my issue was resolved quickly. I was given two options on how to proceed, which was great of them. I would buy from them again.

    Months have went by and I still haven't received my item. I have emailed multiple times and I just get the same cut and paste response that they are behind and my item will ship in the next few weeks. Originally ordered in March and now it's the end of July.

    **************** is good. I closed the account because I just don't have the time it takes to make it work. Its would be nice to have easier access to tutorial for beginners. Or have a new user section for everyone who opens an account.
