      NEVER PROVIDE A CARD TO GOOGLE OR PUT YOUR INFO INTO GOOGLE. tHEY GOT MY INFO SOMEHOW AND STOLE MY MONEY. CONTACTED BANK AND BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK, BUT GOOGLE ***** AT GETTING YOUR REFUND. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND GOOGLE IS REFUSING TO DO ANYTHING OR SENDING MY MONEY BACK. GOOGLE IS NOT A GREAT COMPANY.

      Over the years I've noticed many interesting things observing my time online.Misleading information for many government assistance websites that include and disclude the same people ********* tiktok, Instagram and ******* all in my time using their platforms has kept me from going live interrupting the flow of my lifestyle on a regular basis and even sent me false information regarding my opportunity and information I provided.I suspect hacking and lots of observations with communications and things are planned for me being and individual with ********* the observations doing as they have they obviously have rights as well but this report is for myself.Straight Talk and many services are misleading people and spending their well earned earnings burning data and using loops like *** Max recently did me. Taking away content that they had advertised for the subscription. I make my reports.Nothing else I can do.Thank You Better Business Bureau. I ask everything in my life be acquired to better investigate all the people globally site by site including the agents and government ************* freedoms are being prevented from me by unknown people and I'm an assistance possible to the same people who are misusing my name and my families and friends in my state

      Genius to just write 'you never have to reach to customer service' sums up half the 'issue': there IS no customer service or support to speak of?! Within 1yr of buying a Chromebook, courtesy of Google + ChromeOS opaque 'auto update policy' that despite tech background I'd NEVER heard of, never seen on any document of any kind, certainly NOT shown on the BOX or spec sheet of the device when it'd stop updating: it was a total paperweight & zero recourse. Worse than the *********************** of support: the date of sale or date of manufacture mean nothing at all. It's when the 'platform' was released. The rule of no customer service leads to 'help' pages 99%+ inaccurate & useless. On the device it tells you to contact the maker, which is rich since ChromeOS runs & controls literally EVERYTHING. Fully knowing that: I spent a DAY on the phone with the maker somewhat 'whistleblowing' ALL the things their dedicated 'Chromebook' line was CLUELESS about & each next person so alarmed yet totally unable to verbalize themselves - passed up the chain to explain it to them myself. They'd unknowingly made version after version after version upgrading the same 'platform': totally unaware THAT left those devices with 1 or possibly 2 years of normal function?! Since they didn't own/run the *** they couldn't help at all - literally unaware of how nearly anything worked & without powers to do anything, as well as technically not the responsible party for my loss! Increasingly onerous controls imposed upon users of ALL Google, ChromeOS, Android devices: forcing THEIR *********************** junk on users with NO way for users to override, change, opt out, uninstall the stuff!! All the while mining & selling our data.... no way to opt out of that either & punished for turning off tiny controls [by other things NOT working at all]! Legislators are many decades behind: I can't wait for the days/YEARS of lawsuits to recompense users when regulations finally exist!! CHANGE COURSE GOOGLE!!

      These guys are always flashing promotions that their customers aren't eligible for. You're Better off changing your media provider every few years. Over 3-4 years iv missed out on 19 months worth of ******* premium (now a 266 doller value) from buying 2 Google phones as well as reintroductory offers. These guys will even resign you up quietly at the year anniversary of you not being a customer just to make you ineligible. Now after over a year from that entire debacle they're back to showing me introductory promos that they STILL will not honor for any reason. Why is it so hard to get any free months for being a Google customer?

      I was charged for extra storage on my phone but didnt get the extra storage and now cant get important emails because it keeps saying my storage is full , no matter how many items I delete it stays full and I paid for 2Tb of storage and the message will not go away.

      In April 2025, my verified Google Business Profile was suspended. I submitted all required documentation (business license, lease, signage photos) and filed a reinstatement appeal. On April 23, 2025, I received a rejection with the vague reasoning: Google Account not in good *********** date, Google has:Refused to explain what the specific issue is Refused to offer instructions or next steps to resolve the issue Blocked my business from being discoverable in search and on Maps Their customer service chat team admits there is no workaround, and repeatedly tells me the decision is final even though I have no violations, and no way to remedy this ************ a result, I am losing clients, revenue, and credibility. Worse, individuals posing as helpers are now exploiting this confusion and offering to reinstate listings for a fee which feels like a violation of small business trust and security.Google's refusal to provide transparency, assistance, or a legitimate appeal process is causing harm to my livelihood. Their automated systems, outsourced customer service, and lack of escalation options leave business owners like myself helpless.I am requesting:A real human review of my account and business profile.A clear explanation of why my account is flagged.Reinstatement or a proper path to compliance.

      I was charged for products I didn't purchase through google gsuite which I do not have an account. They charged my **** and there is no customer service phone number listed for any of their offices. The number that is given is automated and in order to get customer service you have to login to your account which I don't have. So I can't report a fraudulent charge to have this information removed. Who runs a business this large and not have a customer service contact number listed? I was charged $948.29, $40.54 and $32.98 worth of products and services.

      Used to be good, I almost never leave critical reviews but this is a long time coming. Cant even get results for anything relevant anymore just about. I can type something in 10 ways and get the same 10 answers which answer nothing and are even ads and things completely unrelated. The ** being literally forced upon people is making the internet dymber than the average person in 6th grade and even just a simple task or getting an answer or using the **, is like coaxing a toddler. I thought it was supposed to be Smart and intelligent technology. They just dont have it. The icing on the cake is, it seems no one is home at the Google hq because all I ever get when trying to contact a human being(who apparently dont work there and cant be bothered) is about as likely as a relevant result. There is a whole community begging for answers to all these things and desperately trying to get in contact with these people even at times anymore, and its been years of unanswered or poorly answered questions. It seems pointless and the reputation for this company has been destroyed effectively by how much garbage has been going on and all we would have needed was someone to actually maybe pick up the phone on the other end. In the end, I would say this company has lost just about all the respect it can and is using cheap tricks that dont work(**, updates that dont work or make it worse, etc) to try and survive but the actual reviews from actual business sites and actual human beings speak for themselves really. I hope this company gets it together because they are killing whatever is left of the morale of their customer base. Have a good day.
