      Don't get these phones. Google does not care about their customers. My Pixel 7 Pro has a battery/mainboard issue after the updates and they're refusing to fix it nor admit its their doing.       I am personally getting tired of google being a mega monopoly on the internet search market. I've branched over to private options. Brave and duck duck go are their replacements. I'm getting very annoyed with google being "forced options" for signing in and most places are doing away with manual set *** in lieu of google sign in. Google does share your data with other places and despite it being a declared "no" it has happened. I am beginning to dislike all the updates they're doing to google maps. They need to fix "this is your best route option" and allow you to have main road alternatives. When traveling this is horrid, it's constantly trying to take you down wired service roads, or making you go half way across town to avoid a small slow down. Just because it's a "faster route" does not mean it is more convenient. Please allow us to select alternative routes on our phones instead of waiting for the map to update it self. Please for the love of God stop asking for my recovery information. 1 you already have it on all my google accounts. and 2 you are asking so heavily it is becoming annoying instead of frustrating. I only have one address and one phone number google why the f* do you want me to keep re-entering that bs? End this garbage, give us a opt out of reminder button. Tired of google having real searches further down the page. Google can can this bs of paid promotions for top searches. Real results now don't start displaying until almost count 15 or 20 in some cases page 2 or 3. No, this is frustrating and annoying.

      Regarding Case Id (nest cam cancellation attempts), I was stonewalled over and over again since mid August 2025? So, it appears to be a power grab move and/or a bully ball move? It appears they simply do not want to issue a credit?A trillion dollar company do not want to issue a $90 credit? Go figure?

      Trying to cancle a subscription through google play, every single page will load, except the ones I need to load to cancle the subscription. I went through ****** and locked my card, miraculously the subscription page finally went through, after a dozen attempts and 20 minutes (literally) of trouble shooting. Cancled the sub, now trying to cancle all payment methods and, once again, every single page except the ones I need will load. Constantly getting Timed Out errors or No Internet Connection, yet every other page, including on Google Play Store, not only loads fine but also quickly. Yet the payment methods and subscription page takes 5+ minutes of loading before failing to connect. This is scummy and I believe 100% intentional. Scummy, fraudulent, par for the course for a company of such stature.

      I submitted a warranty claim and they sent the packaging details. The shipping company was on strike for 2 weeks, and by the time they came off Google has already cancelled the claim. Now they're saying it's out of warranty.

      Keeps canceling my Google Fi order because of violation of "Sales Terms". Yet, support refuses to tell me which set of terms are being violated.

      Our entire business profile has been off the internet since May 7, 2025 despite being approved from an appeal of a violation for an improper address for our business. Our profile has not been reinstated and we going into a AI generated loop when seeking remedy. There is zero way to get actual help from a real person and it's affecting our business. We have an existing online presence with many five star reviews that are not visible or accessible and we don't want to start over. We have no idea how to fix this problem and there is no way to get any help. It is beyond us that a company as big as Google offers no support to the business profile members.
