      I submitted a warranty claim and they sent the packaging details. The shipping company was on strike for 2 weeks, and by the time they came off Google has already cancelled the claim. Now they're saying it's out of warranty.

      Keeps canceling my Google Fi order because of violation of "Sales Terms". Yet, support refuses to tell me which set of terms are being violated.

      Our entire business profile has been off the internet since May 7, 2025 despite being approved from an appeal of a violation for an improper address for our business. Our profile has not been reinstated and we going into a AI generated loop when seeking remedy. There is zero way to get actual help from a real person and it's affecting our business. We have an existing online presence with many five star reviews that are not visible or accessible and we don't want to start over. We have no idea how to fix this problem and there is no way to get any help. It is beyond us that a company as big as Google offers no support to the business profile members.

      I strongly recommend. Don't buy Google Play Gift Cards since Google does not give the card credit to your account. ********************** is refusing to issue the $200.00 credit to the account for cards purchased at least a year or more ago and was unable to load them due to family issues at the time when purchased.

      If I could give 0 stars I Would!!!! For the last 4 days I have been trying to re log in to my Gmail and Google account after someone attempted to log in. Well Google keeps kicking me out and making me reset my password.then on top of that the account recovery I cant use because no matter what they need me to verify a code but the text never sends to me. I verified my devices and my account recovery but it basically is a scam. So while Im needing to access my email for **** reasons dealing with my husbands aggressive stage 4 cancer I am dealing with google and its bs . Not too mention no one has responded to me and when I call they hang up being so rude.

      Using AI to verify age is an infringement on our privacy (forcing people to show government ID to prove they are not minors). There is so many ways this can go wrong and they are for sure going to abuse this system. This isn't right and I will not be using ******* or Google if this is implemented.

      This company is attempting to ad ** age verification to ******** and requiring the uploading of ID or A CREDIT CARD if the ** ""accidentally"" flags your account as underage. This is in violation of various rights and laws in various states, and is not the job of companies to monitor children, that is the job of the parents.

      The AI-powered age verification rolling out on ******* is absolutely ridiculous. They claim it's to "protect the kids" but there are already parental controls. If that was really the goal, maybe advertise those more. I'm almost 30, I shouldn't be subject to having to submit my **** driver's license to access "inappropriate" content because an AI made a mistake-- because that neeeeeeeever happens, right? This obvious censorship and datamining, and considering how much y'all already do, you'd think enough is enough.

      Google lies and feeds its customers one sided fake news. It does whatever it can to cover up the ****************. But it wont do anything to tell the truth and spread what the currents administration is doing. It directly put slander and lies on its news page about *****. Google is helping to try and cause social strife in our country. Google you are disgusting.
