Bought three Google Nest Cameras and they stopped working within the warranty period. After spending several hours on the phone with "support" over several days, they still refuse to give me a refund. They keep offering me replacement products - that I have accepted, they have sent and they still DO NOT work properly. Very disappointed and will NEVER buy another product from them again! Beware before buying anything from them, they will not honor their warranty.

My clients have attempted to post reviews to my Google page several times. Google has not published the reviews. When inquired about it, Google would state the reason why the reviews aren't being published are due to some unexplained violation. One client in particular opened a google account just to post her review because she only had a yahoo account. She then posted the review. It went unpublished and she's been fighting for it's publication. Google claims they can't find it but whenever she goes to my Google Business page, she can see it. Only she can see it. No one else can/ So apparently it's there. My client was very positive in her assessment of my business and my assistance to her.

      DO NOT USE GOOGLE ADS!!!

I am a business owner and have always used done free marketing. However, I decided to give Google Ads a try. I called and was matched with my "ad specialist" ****. I was sent an email to set up a time to speak with **** and launch my ad campaign. Then I was called. Then called again. Finally, I had the time to set up a meeting with **** via the link he sent. Then he called me again the next day to tell me to set up the meeting (I ALREADY HAD). Then he sent me another email and called me "***" when my name is *****. Not a good start...

The day of the meeting came and we set up my campaign. Within 24 hours of launching it, I received countless wrong number calls to my cell (which is also my business phone). The calls came as early as 6am and as late as midnight. I did not receive one single call that was actually meant for me, but rather people looking for other businesses. I reached out to ****, who suggested we eliminate the word "massage" from keywords. I wrote back explaining that I was getting calls for many different businesses, so eliminating "massage" would not help. The response? Crickets... The wrong number calls continued, and once again I reached out to **** as well as *****, with whom I had spoken initially. Once again...CRICKETS. I promptly deactivated my ad campaign after only 10 days, and immediately the wrong number calls stopped.

Lo and Behold, my bill for the 10 days shows up on my credit card statement...$350. For various "clicks" on my ad. By whom, I have no clue since nobody that wanted to use my business was clicking and calling! I attempted to reach out to Google Ads to complain and was told my case was being escalated to a supervisor. I was PROMISED someone ( and NOT ****) would reach out to me to discuss this within 48h and...you guessed it. CRICKETS. Now I am counting on AmEx to resolve this for me.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Google ads will steal your money. DO NOT USE THEM!!

I have been trying to call Google HQ for a customer service question and holding for 50+ minutes each time. I am attempting to recover an account, but the options for account recovery are so limited that I may not be able to. It seems that Google has become so established in society that they have gotten away with disposing of their customer service departments entirely.

Google adversities know scams all over the place. They are paid to do so, How is this Legal??
I know some scams are more sophisticated but some are clear as day! THese are over looked so they can take the moeny. These scams affect a lot of people! I like some of what google does very much but this scam stuff has to stop and google is feeding it to every one, Face book too.
I'm looking to get a class action law suit going on all these companies that advertise scams for money with no consequenses. my Email address is **********@-gmail.com
if you know how we can get this ball rolling contact me. lets get even, or get back what they took

I have a free account with ********************** LLC who will allow reviews of local businesses but anything having to do with showbiz, movies, television shows, etc they cover up public opinion by stifling speech. They host the reviews as going live on your account but many that look find that the same review does not actually exist on the actual page of the subject at hand. Don't know if it's a ********** thing as they are so very different there than the rest of the nation? Assume it probably is more deeper than that delving into Far Left "for sale" politics, they notoriously cover for each other. It is definitely a fraud & false advertisement promoting a deceptive service to prospective customers who may wish to separately expand via the corporation in the form of an ad buy!

My 97 year old Dad being billed without authorization. We purchased nest cameras BEFORE Google acquired. There was no service charge at that time. We thought the Nest Lab charge was for his medical labs because we received no notification of charges when it changed to Google. Shame on you!!! We purchased these cameras to keep dad safe, not rob him!!!!!

I was billed twice for *********** $64.99. I don't have more than one account. It's posted to my account. Twice in one day. After basically blaming everything else in their help, there's a link to submit a claim. 7 days turnaround. I don't think I want to do business with them anymore. Thieves.
