      Google Account Recovery Failure Refusal to Accept Verification Documents Issue Summary:Despite numerous attempts (over 50 times), Googles account recovery system has failed to restore access to my account . The automated process only provides a useless recovery link in a loop, refusing to accept any identity verification documents (such as government ID, past passwords, purchase receipts, or associated phone/email details).Key Problems:No Human Support Googles system denies manual review despite clear proof of ownership.False Recovery Options The same broken link is provided repeatedly with no real solution.Violation of Googles Own Policy Google claims to accept documents for verification , but the system blocks all *********************/Data Harm If the account contains important emails, purchases, or business data, mention the damages.Demanded Resolution:? Immediate manual review by a Google support specialist.? Restoration of account access or a valid explanation for denial.? Proof that Googles recovery system is fixed to prevent this for others.

      This ************************** is now adding advertising to the feeds of ad free paid accounts. It shows as a video in the feed but it can not be deleted or take any action that can normally be taken on a regular video. So, we paid over $20 to have the service they force on us and not what they selling. This is false advertising and breach of contract.

      Google sold me a brand new Pixel 8 which could not connect to the internet. They claim that they tried to help resolve the issue, yet I scheduled 3 different phone calls with tech support and each time they missed our scheduled appointment. They would then call me during work and harass me saying things like "it will only take 5 minutes, we dont need to reschedule a time."This went on for months before they simply stopped responding. They still, to this day, never showed up to a single scheduled appointment. I have the email and call logs to prove it. They offered me a 25 dollar credit as an apology for my 1000 dollar device simply not working.

      I use Google voice and I haven't had any problems yet. I have a lot of my calls forwarded to my Google voice account that way have record of it on the cloud

      Google's ****************** has repeatedly charged me renewal fees despite confirming multiple times my account had been closed. This has become a yearly occurance, every July I have to call to dispute these charges then deal with the inconvenience of waiting for a refund to process. They are also refusing to refund me the fee they improperly charged me for in 2023 despite 1) Canceling well ahead of time and 2) Providing proof in the form of a bank statement. Even more alarming is the fact I removed my payment information yet these charges are still being debited from my account.

      No star of i could. I've contacted them over several times letting them know unauthorized purchases eye mage and never even once out of 10 to 15 times did they ever help me or refund me. They are plain out and damaged ***** of company and watch as they burn because I'm going to see to it that they are exposed

      I come to the State of Utah, *********************** Services everyday and log into my Gmail account, to view all of my important messages. There are times when Google, LLC plays with me, as if I am ignorant and stupid and will not allow me to go into my Gmail and will then take me to the link where I need to verify that it is me. They know very well that it is me, however last night I received a text from Target that I have an interview and that I need to go into my email. Once again Google, LLC is not allowing me to continue. I am homeless, jobless and as a result of no job, I am penniless and go through very difficult and hard times in ****************, sometimes without food or any money for the bus, to get to my destination.Please contact them to stop these games, because I do not appreciate the fact that they think that they can do whatever they please with my Gmail and make it impossible for me to go forward. They have all kinds of people working for them, which also includes "Professional Cyber Hackers" and they think they are entitled with entitlements and will do just about anything to prohibit you from becoming successful.

      Ive been a customer of ********************** Ads for about a year, using the service to support and grow my healthcare business, Up until March 2025, everything seemed to work fine.However, on March 20th, I was shocked to receive a fraud alert from my credit card company for a charge of $13,500 from Google Services. I had not authorized this charge. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that since I had willingly given my card information to Google, it couldnt be treated as fraud on their end.I immediately reached out to Google, explained the situation, and spent weeks going back and forth while continuing to accrue interest on the fraudulent amount. Eventually, Google acknowledged that the charge was fraudulent, though they provided no explanation for how it happened. They refunded the money not to my bank account, but to my ********************** Ads account.I requested that the amount be refunded back to my original payment method, as I needed those funds to keep my business running and meet payroll. I was told that once I closed my account, the remaining credit (after any balances were settled) totaling $13,471.82 would be refunded. I closed my account on June 3rd and was informed I would receive the refund by June ******* is now July 3rd. I still havent received my refund. I have sent five emails to Google, tagged them on social media (******* and ********), and received no response whatsoever. Meanwhile, *** had to pay interest on the charge and make financial sacrifices, including only paying my wife half of her salary to cover software and marketing costs.This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. For a company as large as Google, the lack of accountability, transparency, and customer support is unacceptable. I trusted Google with my financial information, and I feel completely let down.I hope this review helps others understand the risks of using Google Ads especially when it comes to dealing with fraud and seeking support.
