      Hello 4 weeks ago my account has been hacked , we have tried to get it back but no luck , also sent my id twice to ********************.       On March 8, 2023, I was playing an online casino platform High Roller through the Facebook profile ********* Sweeps. Everything was going fine until I asked them if I could cash out my winnings and which they replied ok wait. So, after like 30 to 45 minutes went by and I still had not received my winnings, I decided to reach out to them again. I asked them how long and to please have my winnings cashed out to my cash app by 7 the next morning. It was already getting late so, I went to bed. When I woke up around 6:15 the next morning and I saw that they had not sent me my winnings, I reached back out to them. I told them it had been 7 hours and they had not even attempted to send me my winnings. They continued to ignore my messages as I continued to ask them where my money was at. At around 8:42am I messaged ********* Sweeps again asking them why they had not sent me my money. Still they never even attempted to pay me nor answer my messages. So, at 10:22 that morning I messaged them and saying since they have failed to send me my money, I had recorded all the messages and that I would be reaching out to the appropriate individuals about the matter. Then at 3:50pm I messaged them again asking them if they would please send me my money(my winnings) that I had been waiting on since the night prior. I even attempted to call the profile user and they would not answer my calls. Then at 4:41pm I sent yet another message asking if I may please have my winnings please and told them that I am trying to communicate with them in every way possible. I have sent numerous emails to Facebook about this issue. I even emailed ****************** and neither one of them ever reached back out to me about the issue. I even followed the messenger guidelines to report a profile and still I never heard back from anyone. I have screenshots of our conversation, all I want is my $300 winnings that I won fair and square. They locked me out of my gaming account.

      My Facebook account was recently hacked, June 6th, by a cyber criminal. This computer terrorist hacked in to my account, changed my password, email, phone number, deleted my profile information, changed my profile name and picture and effectively shutdown the entire account. They signed into my messenger account linked to my bank account. They now have access to all my personal information including where I work, my home address, date of birth, all the financial information from Facebook Pay. Its a disaster. The support inbox wont load on my account. I cant reach anyone and now my account is going to be deleted waiting to speak to a human being. My email was changed by hacker to *************************** my name changed to *******************************. Which violated community standards. My hacked account was then disabled by Facebook and no human being available to speak to for help. Even though it wasnt me, there is no one to talk to to fix the account. The entire account is locked so I cant reach anyone to verify or restore anything. Years of my memories are about to be destroyed and you cant speak to a person. Ive been trying for several weeks. Its insane

      I`ve been using Facebook since around 2007 under the name ***************** and Instagram @brialexphoto. They were shut down by Facebook for no real reason. The facts:- on 21st of November 2022 at 8:24 PM (East European Time) I received an email from *************************************** on my email address *************************** that my account has been suspended because it doesn't follow the Community Standards it said.- I immediately disagreed with the decision and it went into asking me to confirm my identity with an official document ID, which I did - My mistake was that instead of uploading my ID card, I uploaded just the picture with me from my ID card - on the same night 21st of November 2022 at 10:51PM (EET) I received an email from ****************************************** saying that "We cant give you access to this account or help with your request until we receive an accepted form of ID"-then on the same night 21st of November 2022 at 10:56PM (EET) I received another email from ******************************************************* saying that "We'll review the information you provided and get back to you when we have an update on your report"- then at 11:14PM (EET) in the same night I received another email from ******************************************************* saying that "Weve determined that you are ineligible to use Facebook. [...] Unfortunately, for safety and security reasons, we can't provide additional information as to why your account was disabled. We appreciate your understanding, as this decision is final."- after I realised my mistake I tried to upload again my ID this time in full but it didn`t worked since my account was already disabled - all these emails are attached to this form Now I`ve opened a new account with same name. I would highly appreciate it if you could help me recover my old accounts again. You will find even more details in the attached letter.Sincerely,****

      I paid for a shirt on Facebook Marketplace from a seller using Facebook Purchase Protection. The order was confirmed on June 23, 2023 at 1:07PM and the shipping label was supposedly created June 23, 2023 at 8:26PM (Tracking #1Z2A480R0338005613). I messaged the seller/user 'Salma **** on June 27, 2023 at ******* to ask when they were planning on shipping the item. They replied it was shipped the same day it was ordered. I messaged again with no response. On June 29, 2023, I messaged them again with no response. The seller blocked me. I still have not received the item, and the *** tracking says only the label was created and it was never shipped. I contacted Facebook and they denied my report. I am unable to even reach the user to report their account. I am also unable to ask for a refund from the seller because they blocked me (which is what Facebook asks us to do before involving them).I only ever decided to pay for shipped items on FB Marketplace due to the Purchase Protection offered by Facebook. Their protection program states you can request a refund if:1) You didn't receive your item 2) Your items are damaged or not as described 3) You didn't authorize the purchase.I purchased the item through FB Marketplace, which qualifies me for Purchase Protection, as well. Facebook has made it incredibly difficult to find someone to speak to and I tried many different ways to try to mitigate this. I have just received information through Paypal that they will be refunding me instead of Facebook; however, I feel Facebook should have done what they promised since they keep advertising it is safe to order things from Marketplace with a full guarantee we will not be scammed. I hope Facebook can report this seller and protect customers more.

      My Facebook account was hacked and highjacked. The perpetrator changed my password, then deleted my email account and telephone number and substituted their own email so any recovery codes would be sent to their email and not mine. Because they deleted my email and phone, alternate methods of recovery could not find my account as the recovery method depends on either of those pieces of information. There is no known way to contact them and actually reach a person to remedy the situation.

      In the early morning hours on July 2, 2023 I discovered that My FaceBook account was hacked by people from a Page who created a Page that Facebook allowed entitled This Page has been reported. By the time I discovered this I had already submitted a photocopy of my driver license to them as they appeared to be Meta and threatened to suspend my account.. This occurred on June 25, 2023.All the while I have stayed vigelient of this and reported what turned out to be a Page that stated it was a Marketing Page. What it really is a Page created to dupe people who have Business Pages such as myself out of money while at the same time trying to destroy Our Business Reputations as well as Our Businesses themselves.I noticed that when I tried to recover My administrator right to My Pages I was unable to do so as the hackers stripped me of this. Facebook's methods would not allow for me to do so within their Website. Furthermore they have no phone support whatsoever to assist Customers who experience what I have. What's even more infuriating is that Facebook would even allow a Page to be created that appeared to be them!!I would like my Page restored to what it was prior to this. I would also like a Public apologize from FaceBook as well as my Pages and the ads accounts restored. FaceBook ought to pay for the lost time as well as the products that were not added to My Page as My Page is used for other Business purposes. Time is of the essence and this needs to be dealt with in expedient manner. Thank you.

      Meta Platforms In have restricted our Facebook and Instagram pages from advertising without providing any reason. This has caused millions of dollars in financial and reputation losses. Meta Platforms refuses to issue refund.

      My Facebook account has been hacked and the hackers have change my password and e-mail on the account. They have posted items for sale and are trying to take money from person. Weave tried to have friends post on the account that the page has been taken over r and they are blocked immediately. We have tried all of the i **** options that Facebook has proved and noting has worked. We cannot contract them because they donot have a phone number to contact them and any online **** has to be done with a Facebook account which I cannot get into. I need Facebook to contact me so I can repair the issue and they can fix the account takeover. Before some one gets scammed and give them money
