      I would like the hackers information removed from my Facebook email so a code can be sent to the email that has been on file for over a decade and I can regain my account. This is crazy they need a department that handles just that... HOW ARE HACKERS ALLOWED TO DO THIS CONSISTANTLY TO SO MANY PEOPLE AND WE HAVE NO FREAKING RECOURSE... THIS IS CRAZY!!!!!!

      I have had the same Facebook account since ****. On July 3-4, several attempts to login to my account from another state were made. I updated my password each time, added an authenticator app for 2 step login, and still my account account was breached - twice. I received several emails from Facebook documenting these activities. The hacker then changed my login name and password so that I could no longer access. Facebook then disabled my account for violation of community standards, which I did not do, and will not allow me to recover my account or appeal. With the amount of integration the Facebook app has with outside apps security should be better and account recovery should be possible in these situations.

      Quit adding restrictions to my account and get YOUR s*** together,do YOUR job and realize my account was hacked..

      Facebook marketplace is not allowing our listings to be viewed. People are complaining that they cant purchase with shipping. I have hundreds of listings that offer shipping. Marketplace is not allowing them to be viewed by potential buyers. Something needs to be done about this. Every time I contact their support they tell me nothing is wrong or its a robot response.

      Facebook has taken down both my Facebook and Instagram profiles without any explanation. It's been over a year and I recently requested a review on April 4th 2023. I do not understand why my profile is still deactivated and I am very upset because I cannot contact people in my life that I need to contact because of this. I also lost a son in 2010 and the only pictures of him are on that profile. I just want my Facebook profile and my Instagram back.

      I have a Facebook profile, I've had it for 16+ years, this account was hacked, stolen from me, and then I believe sold to someone. They have changed all security info, the password, and removed my email address so we can no longer get into the account. I have spent numerous hours trying to find a way to get Facebook to help recover this account. They provide absolutely zero help with these kinds of issues. I search their help center, and they just keep sending you in circles, and provide no way to contact them, when you can no longer log in to your profile. My life is in this Facebook account, photos and everything for the last 16 years. It breaks my heart that someone has access to all this information and there is absolutely nothing we can do. ALSO, that they potentially have information on other people and are disguised as someone people know which puts others at risk. All I want is for Facebook to return the account to us. We have proof of ownership. I've had the same email on that account the whole time, until they changed it. This account is connected to other family members so there is plenty of proof it is ours. There were emails sent to my email account, but we didn't get to the issue in time. Emails were sent changing the password and removing my email. Please help by reaching out to Facebook to have someone get in touch with me to resolve getting out account back.

      My personal Facebook account ***************** ****** what is compromised by a hacker. He removed my email and my phone number and replaced it with ******** code and his phone number. None of the recovery efforts will work because now Facebook says I dont even have an account thats because he stole my identity. Ive told them this numerous times and no one from Facebook will help me Ive sent over 40+ emails Ive tweeted numerous times and told them that they need to remove this phone number from my account and put my real phone number back on so I can login with my identity but they will not help help me This person now has access to all of my young daughter, who is only 12 all of her pictures everything regarding my family, my business accounts, my ministry accounts, and Facebook will do nothing to help me He also tried to increase the budget on advertising because my credit cards were in there, but I was able to stop all payments through Facebook before he could rob me of my money but of course Facebook wouldnt help with that either.When I ask for help all they do is send me a link that will never work because it keeps asking me to login. How do you login when someone stole your password your identity your phone number everything but they dont care because theyre $1 billion company they dont care that they left this open to hackers, and they dont even try to help you so that this hacker wont access all of your money.I want them to remove this person out of my account remove his fake phone number out of my account thats tied to my name remove his email and put the email that I tell them to so I can get back in my own personal account. Its been seven weeks now and they wont do anything.

      My facebook account was hacked by someone in *******. They went into my facebook account and changed both my email and password, so that I can no longer access my account. I have made several attempts with facebook but keep going in circles. Because the person in ******* has changed my password and email, I can't go in to change it or even deactivate my account at this point, which leaves me completely vulnerable. Facebook has been of no assistance and I just want this resolved immediately, so that I feel safe.

      On March 8, 2023, I was playing an online casino platform High Roller through the Facebook profile ********* Sweeps. Everything was going fine until I asked them if I could cash out my winnings and which they replied ok wait. So, after like 30 to 45 minutes went by and I still had not received my winnings, I decided to reach out to them again. I asked them how long and to please have my winnings cashed out to my cash app by 7 the next morning. It was already getting late so, I went to bed. When I woke up around 6:15 the next morning and I saw that they had not sent me my winnings, I reached back out to them. I told them it had been 7 hours and they had not even attempted to send me my winnings. They continued to ignore my messages as I continued to ask them where my money was at. At around 8:42am I messaged ********* Sweeps again asking them why they had not sent me my money. Still they never even attempted to pay me nor answer my messages. So, at 10:22 that morning I messaged them and saying since they have failed to send me my money, I had recorded all the messages and that I would be reaching out to the appropriate individuals about the matter. Then at 3:50pm I messaged them again asking them if they would please send me my money(my winnings) that I had been waiting on since the night prior. I even attempted to call the profile user and they would not answer my calls. Then at 4:41pm I sent yet another message asking if I may please have my winnings please and told them that I am trying to communicate with them in every way possible. I have sent numerous emails to Facebook about this issue. I even emailed ****************** and neither one of them ever reached back out to me about the issue. I even followed the messenger guidelines to report a profile and still I never heard back from anyone. I have screenshots of our conversation, all I want is my $300 winnings that I won fair and square. They locked me out of my gaming account.
