I purchased $14.00 off Instagram in order to boost, a video. It. Never. Boosted.Trying to communicate with what appears robots on the other end of Facebooks customer service is incredibly frustrating. Ive given them everything they requested and more in order to find my account and fix it. I wanted them to go ahead and boost my video OR refund my money back.Facebook owns Instagram so you deal with Meta customer service which is possibly the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Probably why Im having such hard time communicating with them, they are probably (which I have NO problem) but they dont understand English and be able to do simple problem solving. They keep closing my concern, and Ive been waiting and waiting and waiting them to either boost or refund. All I get back is weve closed your concern. At this point, Im good without boosting. Ill stick with TikTok which has excellent customer service and they really boost videos, unlike Instagram/Facebook. Please refund the $14.00. Photos attached of charge from my bank, the many many email conversations that WENT NO WHERE.Initial Complaint

My Facebook account was hacked on July 15, 2023. I attempted to recover it using all of Facebook's recommended methods through their help center. All attempts failed due to the hacker removing all my email addresses off the account and my phone number. Facebook's recovery methods don't work unless you have either an email or phone number attached to the account.I spent the last several weeks sending somewhere around ***** emails and messages to every email address and social account for ********************/Meta I could find and have received zero response. Their phone number just has a recorded message saying they don't offer phone support. My account was attached to two business pages and several groups which have all now been lost along with 15+ years of memories.I want Facebook to recover my account.Initial Complaint

******* ***********************, aka **** *****, is running a backyard breeding operation facilitated through her Facebook pages. She currently maintains at least 2 separate accounts, one as a backup in times she's been muted on her "main"Main account: ***************************************************** Backup account: ********************************************************************* Over the past 48 hours she has posted numerous photos of her most recent breeding operation to solicit customers for the 12 puppies her underage dog just birthed. I have reported the posts and Facebook/Meta has determined they doing violate their TOS against sales of animals. I assume the bot is looking for particular words, as ******* is very careful to not use words that will get her muted again. In addition, she has recently begun shilling "vitamins" making ridiculous health claims. Again, the Facebook bots didn't find anything against TOS. This woman is not only spreading harmful information and creating a bunch of unhealthy inbred dogs, she is using Facebook SPECIFICALLY to target vulnerable individuals and take their money. The multiple accounts alone are in violation of TOS and should have her removed: *********************************************************** "It's against the Facebook Community Standards to maintain more than one personal account."Initial Complaint

To Whom It May ******* at ****************************** am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the absolute lack of assistance and support I have received in relation to the compromise and subsequent disabling of my Instagram account. I am reaching out before taking the step of legal action, as I am left with no other recourse after six agonizing months of being ignored and neglected. On January 18th, 2023, my account was first compromised, followed by another breach on February 10th, 2023. Since those incidents, I have diligently attempted every conceivable method to establish contact with Instagram support to rectify this situation, only to be met with a wall of silence and indifference.I find it utterly astonishing that a platform as substantial as Instagram, owned by ******************** boasts such a pitifully inadequate support system. It is my right, as a user and a customer, to expect timely and efficient assistance when facing such a critical issue. The fact that I have gone to extraordinary lengths to rectify this situation further highlights the complete absence of accountability and concern on your part.I have explored every possible avenue for resolution. I have reached out to state attorney generals, representatives, senators, and district attorneys in my relentless pursuit of justice. I have written three formal demand letters, made countless appeals, and contacted Facebook business support in vain. I have utilized the data access and privacy rights forms, reported the issue via the app, and taken my plea to social media platforms. I have even tried to establish contact with your employees, resorted to watching ******* tutorials, and meticulously studied online articles - all in a desperate attempt to regain access to my account. My new email address is, ******************************* as I no longer trust the email associated with my compromised account.Thank youInitial Complaint

My Facebook account was disabled on 8/8/23 without explanation. When I tried to restore the account and submitted my ID as requested in the form, message said decision cannot be reversed because I did not follow Facebook Community Standards. I'm not sure what standard I may have violated since no explanation was given. I just want my account back.
