      On April 21st I recieved an email from meta stating action needed on my account. With in minutes I tried to complete this action. Was denied stating my account was disabled due to against standard policies. I've emailed several emails to meta. I try the help section everyday with no help. I have credit cards saved on this account and now someone has access to 13 years of my life. They have my Pictures and are my contacting customers and now has my account disabled. I just want access back to my account. They changed my name to ***********************************, changed my email and phone number and I'm unable to access account no matter which way I try to contact meta. I've tried emailing, LinkedIn app, Instagram, and ******* with no replies. I'm hoping this will help getting someone to contact me after 3 months of trying.

      Facebook is making it impossible for me to permanently delete my account. And they also make it impossible for me to contact them via email or phone

      I have been disabled from Facebook on Aug 11th without any explanation from Facebook. I tried to contact them numerous times through email to understand why and to fix the problem but they have not gotten back to me. I did get a pop up window saying for further help go to the *********** but I cannot access because I cannot log into Facebook. If I do not get this fixed I be permanently disabled. I do a lot of business with Facebook through running ads. That is when the problem started. Someone tried to hack into my account because there were several false ad charges all run at the same time. I declined those charges through Facebook and that is when my account was disabled. I have multiple pages under my one account and use those for various businesses and have spent money with Facebook ads over the years. I this does not get fixed my account will be permanently deleted by something that was NOT my fault. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service by ********************, especially when you spend money for a service. Resolution All I am asking in resolution is that they reinstate my account so I can continue to use it. That is all I ask. Thank You!

      8-17-2023 Today, 8-17-2023, I was sent a notice over Facebook regarding my fine art photography project - The Ballerina and Yogini Project - ****************************************************************** suspect this is a phising scam for it direct me to a page outside of Facebook which wants my login credentials - ?????????????? ???????????????????????? : **********************************************. I doubt Facebook would us an outside URL. If this is really a Facebook message, I have no way of knwoing b/c Facebook only communicate one-way, I own all the photos on my page as the watermarks indicate. There are no photos of anyone else. not infirnged on others' copyright. Any allegations to that effect are false! Facebook and I are being scammed. I want Facebook to investigate and findout who made the false report. I want them to cooperate with law enforcement and myself. I want to file a police report to start with. I have a special login email for Facebook ******************************************** That email is only used to log into Facebook and is not checked. Facebook is welcome to verify through that email but must send a duplicate email to my general email ********************** Facebook should accomodate my disability under the Am. With Disabilities Act. Amongst other things I do not use a phone. We can work on this compplaint over email. Note ********** is the number for people without phones. You can not reach me there.       I was unable to log into my account. using the password recovery function does not work. I get an error You Can't Use This Feature Right Now We limit how often you can post, comment or do other things in a given amount of time to help protect the community from spam. You can try again later. Learn More considering I have not been able to log into my account for over 5 years, I'm pretty sure there was nothing I was doing. why is this a problem to reset the password using the company's own tools? basically it will not allow me to change my password and that was the problem over 5 years ago. I updated the password and the company choose not to update anything. I want a function to work or someone to explain why this is a problem

      Facebook keeps supporting the ******* invasion in ******* by removing all posts that I make to bring public attention to this issue! I don't lie, I post the facts known by everyone from the news. The facts are: 1. ******** invaded ******* and kill non-military **********, including women, children, elderly; 2. ******** take away ********* children from their parents and forcefully move them to ******; 3. ******** destroy ********* cities, including my home city, *******. I have multuple friends and family members currently living in *******. I talk to them via Skype, Facebook, and Telegram several times each week. I also read official ********* news daily. So, I am very well informed about what is going on in *******. However, when I have posted on Facebook these facts, Facebook has restricted my account multiple times for hate speach!! The only thing my posts persue - to get public attention to the Genocide of ****** against **********! How come it is OK for the ******** to kill peaceful population, but not OK for ********** to write about this?? Where is the freedom of speach? Also, I reported multiple posts made by ********, that ******* invasion in ******* is "good", and "justified", etc. Facebook has never removed any of those posts!! Who makes those decisions? Are these decisions made by ******* Facebook employees?? Does corporate office in the ** knows that this has been going on? Or is Facebook as corporation supports ******* invasion in *******??I request immediate removal of my account restrictions. I demand Facebook in the ** to control the issue of unfair removal of posts made by **********.

      Account was suspended due to their "technology". I've never posted anything on facebook and they suspended the account. How does that make any sense? I had to get facebook in order to play certain games on my phone and now their 'technology' randomly suspends the account for literally no good reason other than the 'technology'. There's no contact or support to actually resolve the situation. No explanation or anything to avoid quote suspension. Literally no customer service for a service that they've made the wider public dependent on? I did their appeal and have heard nothing. As swiftly as their technology can suspend accounts they should have someone or their technology to unban accounts especially when I've jumped through all of their little hoops to prove that I was a human. I had to prove I was a human to a MACHINE!!!! How does that make sense???

      As a joke I put that my friend was my sugar daddy in my bio. My account was immediately banned due to solicitation. If I had received a warning I would have removed the joke immediately, but my account was immediately banned. Additionally, my friend had her account reinstated after appealing but mine is deleted.

      Items that I have posted on Facebook marketplace have been taken down for no reason. Facebook claims they violate community guidelines and yet there is nothing that violates the guidelines. I have requested reviews and still get my items taken down. It is unfair and unacceptable that there is no one I can speak to in order to state my case or get understanding as to why my items are taken down. Facebook marketplace is supposed to be a place to sell items and they are preventing me from doing so.
