      Im3 days in a row I've had someone making fake accounts messaging and screenshoting pictures of my family and my 4 year old kid. I've reported it over and over to Facebook but now there'd a account they refuse to remove. This has all.been happening on my business profile on Facebook. I've also contacted law informant

      Toward the end of July, 2023, I received an e-mail presumably from Facebook stating that someone tried to change my password. I subsequently logged in and changed my password to be safe. About a week later I received a second e-mail similar to the first, so I changed my password a second time. On 8/9, I received the attached email asking if the P/W change was me. A few days later I attempted to sign in and received the attached "Your account has been disabled message. Since then I have been trying to no avail to find a way of reaching Facebook. Following Facebook instructions takes me in circles and back to messages that say the disabled account decision can not be reversed.I have never and would never post anything violating Facebook policy and rules. More importantly, I am the Facebook manager for two Veterans Organization's Facebook pages which are linked to my account. If I am blocked from Facebook these two organizations lose their Facebook presence and the history on those pages. These organizations are Veterans United Outreach of ******** (Facebook - Veterans United Outreach) and DAV **********, Chapter 108 (Facebook - JamesDRader108).I am asking that my account be reinstated to enable these organization to continue their Facebook presence without losing their historic data or interrupting their known Facebook addresses. I have done nothing wrong, and as far as I am concerned this action by Facebook is arbitrary, and does not provide any means of appeal.

      Re Meta Pay A few weeks ago *** sent fraudulent mail to me for $1.95. It looked very legitimate and they said they are trying to deliver a package and told me for a second delivery I had to pay $1.95. My bank account has been hacked. I am very concerned with what Meta Pay is going to do with my bank account. I never heard of Meta Pay. I received a gmail that a new payment method was added to Meta Pay the customer service number is ************. It went on to say if this number was not added to Meta Pay to contact us immediately. When I called this number, I didn&#**;t get to speak to anyone and was connected immediately and it said thank you for completing an account with *******, followed by Our qualified experts are ready to provide detailed estimates to you day or night. Then it said to use this password to sign in to Askcrew account. I did not push that button. Since then, I received a message from Meta Pay asking for my credit card information, which I did not give it to them. I am very concerned that I have been hacked by *** and now Meta Pay. I have never heard of Meta Pay and they keep requesting credit card information and when you call customer service you never get to speak with anyone. I asked them to send a confirmation number that this has been cancelled.

      I would like to restore my accounts with facebook and Instagram. On 9/11/23 They claim I have violated community standards which is NOT true, I may have been hacked but there is absolutely no way to find out as there is NO live person to speak with,

      I made a purchase on H31383138**37373437H Marketplace. I ordered an item and it wasn&#**;t the item pictured nor the part I wanted. I tried to contact the seller and I never got through, I made several claims against him with **** and they have not responded to my complaint. I applied for a refund and they have not responded to me. It has been 10 days and they were supposed to respond in ***** hours. It has been almost a week past this and still no response. They haven&#**;t sent me anything, even telling me no. The seller blocked me. I am getting stonewalled from this purchase. The way it reads is that I have one more step to file the complaint and I didn&#**;t get a confirmation. I would like a refund of my purchase.

      My account was hacked yesterday and I cant even reset my password and my phone number was changed and email was changed but still on the account account email is *********************** and I need to recovery profile ****************************************************************** when I am on Ive lost access to my login page I cant upload my id it just reload back to the same page please help me recover my account and my phone number is ************ to be added on the account and add email *********************** on the account and remove the other emails and phone numbers and remove the login access from my account.

      My Facebook account was compromised as well as my business page. ****** charged $250 to my ad account. After receiving an email that I have 180 days to dispute my accounts being disabled, they were immediately unavailable for logging in or downloading any files.       The filter post algorithm says my posts are ****** or sexual content and says I have violated their community standards. However, the images do not show explicit material. Why is this happening? I want to stop this attack and reinstate my account to regular status. I want the algorithm and AI to stop harassing me.

      I was notified by Facebook about my credit card. I was not aware that Facebook had my credit card, so I started looking at my profile and noticed that my picture was on my profile against my knowledge. I got in touch with Apple customer service and talked to a supervisor he told me everything was close but how and why was Facebook still downloading my pictures each time I took a picture?

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Facebook regarding a recent issue I have encountered with my Facebook Marketplace account. I am deeply dissatisfied with the way Facebook has handled this matter, and I believe that their actions have been unfair, unreasonable, and have caused me significant inconvenience.I discovered that my access to Facebook Marketplace had been inexplicably blocked without any prior warning or explanation from Facebook. I was completely taken aback by this sudden restriction.The sole purpose of my Facebook Marketplace activity was to list a video game console for sale. I provided accurate and detailed information about the product, and I was committed to conducting a transparent and honest transaction. I followed all the required steps to create a listing.Despite my best efforts to rectify the situation, I have been met with a complete lack of transparency and cooperation from Facebook. I have made multiple attempts to contact Facebook's support team, but I have received no response or assistance in resolving this issue. It is deeply frustrating to be left in the dark without any clarification as to why my Marketplace access was blocked.I strongly believe that Facebook's actions in blocking my Marketplace access without providing a valid reason and refusing to restore it are unjust and unacceptable. This situation has not only affected my ability to sell my video game console but has also hindered my overall experience on the platform.I kindly request the following actions be taken by the Better Business Bureau on my behalf:1. An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the blocking of my Facebook Marketplace access.2. An explanation from Facebook as to why my access was blocked and what specific policies or guidelines I allegedly violated.3. A prompt resolution of this issue, including the restoration of my Facebook Marketplace access, so that I can continue using the platform without further disruption.
