In the early morning of 05/12/2023, my Facebook account was taken over and subsequently disabled. I have not been able to access my account since, and there has been 0 support from Meta. Furthermore, multiple charges were made from my account to PayPal after I lost access to it totaling $130. I have been fighting with PayPal as well to get my money back.Meta's lack of support or care for their customers is ridiculous. You can't even report hate speech because you just get banned yourself and nothing happens to the person you were reporting. The y have no support line, and 0 ways to contact them. Everything is poorly automated.I want my account and money back. I can provide screenshots of the emails sent to me saying my account was taken over, and as well as the downloaded data that shows when and where my account was accessed from.Initial Complaint

Good day, I was hacked on the Meta platforms on the 6th of June. My data and information was compromised Currently I have no access to my data on Facebook and so far the hacker is using my account pretending to be me and messaging the people I know. I have made my reports to the *** and GDPR and was directed to message here for help via email.I kindly appeal for you assistance to reach out to META to successfully assist in recovering the data and account if possible. On numerous occasions I have tried to report to Facebook that their vendors are scams. They dont care and I have been ripped off twice!My Norton scam filter warns me every time I click on a link. I sold an item on facebook marketplace that said it was paid and to ship so i did. The buyer signed for the package and i have proof of delivery and that it sold. I was looking for the payout and facebook said theres an error. Facebook told me an item was paid and to ship now they are saying there was an error after it was delivered on December 13th. It is now December 17th and they are no help. The item was for $350 and that is alot of money to get scammed for. I want my money NOW. They said wait till the end of January and i will get it in the beginning of February. That is bullcrap and i will never be using marketplace to sell again since they have no seller protection. My name *****************************. I had a Facebook account for more than 10 years. Above 3 weeks ago, someone hacked my Facebook account and gained a full access to the account. In addition, hacker changed the email and phone number to the account, and therefore i cannot access the account. I followed the steps noted at meta site, but was not successful. Now someone is using my account with my personal information and pretending to be me. This has privacy and legal concern. It has put my friends at risk also. I am shocked that meta does not have any support to address these serious breaches. What I want at this time is to regain access to the account or account to be completely deleted. I got a message from Facebook/Meta today claiming I violated rules and posted spam which I have not and I would like to be contacted by the company. Facebook/ Meta claims they removed some of my ancient content just today claiming it violated their rules. (Please See Photos - 3). I never posted anything to sell bitcoin. We track down scammers on Facebook and report bitcoin and criminals which Facebook/Meta ignores our complaints. These groups are not even active in fact BBB *********** ************ has no members and no one has posted in there for years. Please see screen shots there is zero information on what the violation was and Facebook/Meta just slammed me with three at one time so I should be able to file three separate complaints.Initial Complaint

On December 9th, I sent my daughter 200$ on Facebook messenger. She had set her Facebook messenger up to receive the money using PayPal. Ive asked Facebook customer service to please send the money again. They told me it will be five days, twice now and it has been more than a week since the money was sent. I have been trying to get my old hacked account deactivated for 2.5 months and they are refusing to do it when someone is pretending to be me and trying to sell fake stuff and are asking my friends and family for their phone numbers and money.
